Always helpful to recharge my deep cycle battery I use for my ministry PA equipment.

I had an issue with my radiator. I needed radiator fluid and went to this location. The young man that had helped showed me which antifreeze was best to use for my car and then helped me in filling the radiator tank. Showed where it says min and max on the tank and he was very knowledgeable. People like him should be recognized and highly commended for their knowledge and service for people like me who don’t have enough knowledge about cars and fluids and such. I’m so thankful for this man’s help. I am one satisfied customer.

Bad experience, they couldnt test a simple alternator of a regular chevy truck, all they wanted to do was sell me the big expensive alternator, when i asked about a universal alternator they offered no help

It seems Im always going to auto parts stores being that I like the wrench on cars but this is my favorite AutoZone only because some of the guys working there and girls actually know something about the parts and theyre selling instead of just whats on the screen and when I cant find parts anywhere else these guys find them

Closed so we went to OREILLYS, open until 11 pm.

I finally was able to reach the Motor Oil because Today, 10-28-2020 it was at my eye level normally it was very up high.

Store Manager with excellent knowledge of his job.Very helpful and cordial. Fully recommended.

The customer service was down rated because the older gentleman could have helped. I uselessly kept purchasing fuses and he only responded with one word answers or grunting.The younger gentleman probably could have helped more with a solution but Im certain he was watched like a hawk. Yet, he did provide a viable short term remedy.Quite unnerving as I was not from the area with a young child and really could have benefited with a few tips that would not make them liable and kept a community member safe.

The person who help us was extremely helpfulThis was on Thanksgiving Day, & in good spirit.At 1pm threw 130pm.

I went in to look into replacing an alternator under warranty and switching out my spark plugs. The staff was helpful and directed me where to go and showed me where the items were that I needed. Once they checked the alternator, though it didnt fail, the guy helping me asked me a few questions about the performance of it. He went a head and switched it out. I appreciate the focus on people and that my experience was more about my needs, then the bottom line and whether or not it lined up with exactly what the warranty stated and the test performed. I will be coming back because Auto Zone stands behind their products and I know I will be treated fairly and generously.

Went in today to get a rear wiper, when I asked if they could look it up, they said it didnt show on their computer. Yeah sure, buddy I googled it myself and found it in less than a minute. FYI other Autozones have a booklet for customers to look up their own parts.

The guys at Auto Zone are great. Always helpful, and willing to help. Very nice store.

Want to be treated like a criminal then go there. You arent aloud to hold items. Employee will take everything you pick up or look at to hold behind the counter for you. They have no knowledge of what they are selling. And when was asked if I was keeping them from going home they said we close Soon. I asked him, oh im sorry what time do you close. At 10. That was at 9:25. I wish I hadnt spent the money I did there looking back. I wont be returning to this location again. If youre that miserable w your work that you are a constant grumpy old man you should find new work. Hello OReilly!!!

Terrible service. I had to call several times and wait a long time to finally ask a simple question. Employees have strong accents which makes it extremely difficult to understand the words they mumble out of their mouths.

Im not a fan of Duralast batteries or brakes. Ive gone through 3-4 batteries in 3 years for a 2004 Cadillac CTS-V and the brakes for small/mid size sedans squeak. The service is very friendly.
