Shame on ME for not writing a review sooner! I have been a customer for 8-9 years and I am so GRATEFUL to be one of their many regular happy customers. I started out seeing Anthony and now I mostly see Charlie and every time I come in for repairs he goes WAY above and beyond with the service he provides on every level. The many reviews speak for themselves so for anybody looking for a great mechanic look nowhere else, and when you come in for your first experience with them you will never need to look for another mechanic again, you will know that you are being well taken care of. If you want a good mechanic who is honest and fair this is a place to go. I was dealing with Toyota of Orange and they tried to upsell me $3,500 when all I needed was an oil change and when I left from Toyota of Orange they didnt put any oil in my car needless to say this is the only place I will be going to moving forward. I started using this shop 10 years ago. I had an older vehicle at the time with high mileage and it was always in need of something. I had a noise in the front end and was told by multiple other shops that I needed a new axle, new tire rod...I took it here and it was a loose caliper. I trust them and recommend them to everyone I know looking for excellent service and a good price.

Anthony and his were team were awesome. Anthony is very professional and very honest. His prices are very fair. He fixed my air-conditioning on my 1999 Lexus GS300 and its works perfectly now. My family and I have been coming to B&C for years. Charlie and his guys have become like family to us. He is one of the most honest and professional people I have ever met. They do great work for a fair price and are just good people. When you find a good Doctor and a good mechanic, you keep them for life! Charlie is a lifer! Really nice car repair shop in Santa Ana. I  repaired here my Honda Civic (changing low control arms) the price was $450 for two (labor + parts). I was waiting until my car was repair in nice waiting room with WiFi, coffee, water and TV. The staff is really friendly, mechanics are not talkative but still friendly.Staff here speak English, Spanish and Vietnamese.When I came the place was not busy (it was at 3pm).Here you can also make a smog check for $52. I want to thank them for the work and I definitely recommend this car repair shop in Santa Ana to my friends and other people who need to repair their cars.

Owner Anthony is very honest and a straight shooter. Ive been taking my car here for years before he took over the shop. His level of service is second to none. His manager Charles is a great guy as well. They are very detailed on what is wrong with my car and informative on what is needed to fix it and how long it will take. They have a nice waiting room and the bath room is very clean. Car issues can be a headache but the guys at B & C will try to make it as painless as possible.

I took my car initially b/c the tube for the fluid to go through my transmission became loose. I googled auto repair shops close to where I live and B&C Auto repair came up right away. I read the reviews and I was comfortable to take my car there. When I first arrived I had the pleasure of meeting Khahn ( I might of not have spelled the name correctly). He was a real gentleman and helped me. I let him know my situation of my car. What I love is that he gave me options and not pressuring me on what I need to do (being a female not knowing about cars). I feel that he had compassion seeing just only me and my son. He let me know of the other issue I had with my car which I kind of already knew. What I loved about Khahn was that he shows me everything and gives details. He never pressured me and said it was a must I had to get it done. I mentioned to him what would be the price of repairing all my car needs and gave me a good price. I told him can we please get all this taken care of today. He was a a nice man and took care of my car. I was very pleased with the service at this auto repair. My care runs really well now.

I’ve been bringing my cars here for a long time. Whether I get just an oil change or any other service they give a fair price. They are honest and do really good work. I recently brought in my car after awhile (because of the good work they do). I was helped right away and didn’t wait much for an oil change. Even wearing a mask (because of covid 19)Charlie remembered my name, that’s some excellent customer service!

This place is great I thought I needed to replace a starter or the ignition switch. BC AAR told me it was only the battery, I appreciate that Honesty.

Charlie is great. He will breakdown, recommend priorities versus trying to make a quick buck off of ya. Very reasonable and good value for the service they provide. Hell let ya bring your own preferred oil, filter, etc. Bring your car in for smogs here as well.

I have been here three times to change oil, get new brakes, and new lights. Charlie has helped me each time and provides top notch customer service. He is transparent and upfront with what service you need, pricing, and letting you know when the service will be completed. I was given the option of OEM or after market parts and was talked through the cost-benefit of each. If I could give more than five stars I would! I needed some repairs on my almost five-year-old Chevy Cruze. The price at the dealership was outrageous so after a careful google search I brought the car to Charlie at B and C Auto Repair. Charlie and his team did great, prompt work for half the price of the dealerships cost! The car was running great but a few days later my check engine light came back on. I took the car back to Charlie who discovered there was a leak in a line somewhere (which was completely unrelated to the repairs that had previously been done. When it rains it pours!) Charlie agreed to take a look at the car and also to store my car for three days as I was going out of town. When I came back, Charlie said they had made a quick fix on the leak and the car was good to go. When I asked how much I owed for the repair/storage, Charlie said nothing because it was such a quick fix! Since these repairs, the car has been running beautifully! About three months later I brought the car back to Charlie for a diagnostic on a totally unrelated concern. He took a quick look, including lifting the car and taking it for a test drive. The car was fine and didnt need a repair. When I asked how much I owed Charlie again said nothing because it was just a quick look. Its safe to say this place is all about great customer service! I travel all over the country for my job and often have to take my car to mechanics I dont know. Having taken my car to mechanics all over the country, solely on google reviews, I can honestly say Charlie and his team at B and C Auto Repair are the BEST and most honest team I have come across. Even though they are very busy, Charlie and his crew always make time to take care of you while completing thorough and prompt work! I can not recommend them enough!!

My audi S7 had a squeaking noise, and they helped me to switch the brake pads and successfully fix it. They are very nice and patient, they thinking about how to do the best for customers instead of taking money from us. They also have good price.

They mis diagnosed my vehicle and makes me think they want to over charge the customer....they wanted to charge $1000 for a rack and pinion leak when it really was a $60 hose that needed to be replaced. Whether they tried to take advantage of me or not, either way they didnt diagnose my car properly. I recommend you get your car fixed else where this is not the place.*RESPONSE TO OWNER*The estimate was $765 + tax that brings it up to $826. The mechanic also said an alignment would be needed and was estimated at $100 but given verbally, so the grand total would have been $934 with tax included (almost $1000 for a part that needed NO fixing). I added the picture of the receipt in the review to show its 100% BC advance auto repair shop and not another shop. In your reply, your pricing is off $100......Stop cheating people for their money0 out of 5 stars

Charlie was a great service representative. The crew was quick, he was very honest, and it was much cheaper than expected. We are from out of town so it was a relief to be able to find somewhere so good.

The crew at BC Advance Auto have handled all my cars capably. Charlie has always been accurate and honest in his assessment of what fixes you will need, what you wont, and where to go if you have a problem that isnt in their wheelhouse. There have been a couple of times where my vehicular problems were unexpected, and I had avoided overspending due to poor diagnosis elsewhere.

They are very knowledgeable and honest. I am very satisfied with their services on my car. There were two big issues I had.I called to get a quote for generator replacement on my GX470. Another shop asked $800 for the work. Charlie quoted me $500 and I brought the car in. After an hour, Charlie called me that it was only a dead battery and would only be $145 for the fix. The car got towed the night before, and neither me nor the AAA guy was able to jump up the car. That’s why the other shop and I thought it was the generator.Another one was on my RAV4. There were two noises and I mentioned if it costed too much I may need to get a new car instead of fixing it. After diagnosis, the AC compressor clutch was bad and the front passenger side wheel bear failed too. The clutch does not come alone so the entire AC compressor has to be replaced. Charlie called me that it’s not worth to fix it. Even though today we replace the wheel bear and leave the AC compressor noise, maybe other bearings would fail too since the car is getting old and fading.They alway think about their clients first not how much money we can make. Only necessary fix would be performed.

Took in a neglected pickup for repair; within 3 hours Anthony and Khang identified the problem, and 2 hours later it was fixed and ready to go. I knew it was going to be a costly repair when he said fuel pump because the pump is inside the gas tank, but the repair cost was very reasonable. They even showed us what happened to our fuel pump after 10 months of neglect.Courteous, fast, affordable service. Definitely one of the best in the area.

Inexcusable, Drunkard-like behavior! I trusted this shop before and think that their manager, Anthony is a man of integrity. However, one of his mechanics, I believe his name is Chuck, displayed the worst, most unprofessional, downright verbally ABUSIVE behavior. He looked like he was DRUNK as he was belligerantly attacking this customer with such nasty words and behavior. They lost a customer.

My wife took her car here diagnosed the problem and fixed it honestly. Such an amazing quality to have in this industry HONESTY.
