Very rude people. As we walked out the balloon popped.They over inflated and the glue got all over. Also MISS dont be quick to assume.

Friendly staff. They have a large variety of Halloween costume collection. However, Im disappointed by the following reasons:1. My online pick-up order was cancelled. The website showed 4 masks available while placing the order. I placed the order in 1 minute so do not say oh we run out of stock very fast. Fix your website instead.2. The horror pig mask costs $39.99 in-store. You can get the same mask for $7.39 - $17.99 via Amazon (which I later did after going home). Availed free next day home delivery too.3. Most of the stuff I wanted was out of stock. I understand Halloween is only 3 days away but you can do a better job predicting product demand.

I went to party city a few days ago to place an order for my girlfriends birthday and I clearly told the guy someone else was going to pick it up and even spelled out her name, and the day comes they said the order was still under my name! Although I did schedule for them to be ready at a certain time, she did get there a few hours earlier than what I had said and they said she had to wait till that time. Made no sense it only takes a couple of minutes to fill up a ballon.i guess I have a fault in it too but, I’ve boughten balloons from their and they fill them up right after I buy them. Didn’t seem like a problem to me. So then she had to leave and come back later at that time to get them. I mean she said it didn’t even look busy. The workers should really focus on customer service and work on offering a great experience.

A lot of things to look for and different prices

We found what we were looking for a thematic party (gangsters), this was the only place that had them, we looked in a few different stores before and not luck. Just go there with loads of patience for the sporadic crying kid youll find, but over all is a very complete store.

Im basically being forced to leave 1 star. Cant Google give the option for negative stars ;)The. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. I feel like the store would be better off dismissing all current staff and starting over.I was in a jam regarding balloons for my daughters birthday party. I drove a great distance to get to this location and was asking for their help to pull some balloons for us so we could purchase them. I was treated horribly by their staff over the phone and in person. All over balloons. Just very angry people working there!I later called back and spoke to a new supervisor of the store, who was very kind and grateful for the feedback. I hope this guy can help this location out. Try to stay away! Not worth it!

I cannot say enough good things about Kris. Her customer service was OUTSTANDING to say the least! I came in with a horror story because of an online order i placed being cancelled due to it being a “high-risk order” (whatever that means). When i got there i came to find out the website had advised me incorrectly, stores do not carry the party packs. Kris went above and beyond to help me find all of the items i needed and was sure to take great care of me. She really turned this experience around for me and i am so thankful! I highly recommend this store and thank you Kris for making my day :)

I bought some Harry Potter plates for my bday party and goodie bags and I noticed that the houses are in the wrong place. You should’ve checked that the houses on the plates and bags were in the correct order

Good place to find the obscure things you cant find anywhere. But they dont have a selection of biodegradable or compostable disposable flatware :( they do need to restock a little more efficient.

Lots of good stuff. Only 1 checker and had to wait for them to make balloons for the people in front if us.

On my daughters birthday I was running around every city in the OC- in order to “kill 2 birds with 1 stone” so to speak I called Party City and Samir’s then to prepare 6 balloons formed to pick up, but they told me I couldn’t make an order over the phone- this is absurd what do you mean I can’t place an order over the phone- so you’re saying if I go there and there is a 2 hour wait for the balloons I need to be filled you’re telling me I have to wait those 2 hours at the store? yes the associate said adding “I’ll literally get written up for placing an order over the phone. I couldn’t believe it. When you need a business to operate for your convenience and you bump into unnecessary complications such as these you wonder how the heck they’re still in business. I’ve played many orders over the phone in the past so the fact that they changed this was outrageous and extremely upsetting. Nevertheless when I was near them I stopped by asking them to only fill 4 balloons because I was running out of time- the lady who was filling balloons has several customers waiting for her and the man who was helping me asked her politely if she could just do 4 simple balloons fast before she got around to the 12 + balloon orders she was working on. She said n— with a straight face and zero care. Has I been working there Id have happily helped the customer who has the least amount of balloons especially if they’re clearly running out of time- or I would’ve kindly sis I’m sorry but I just can’t do it- which wouldn’t have been a difficult thing for her to do- neither happened. I said F@€K !t and walked out. As I was walking toward the front door, the manager came to the front asking them why I walked out without anything I was in line for. I had so much to do and such little time. Not because I wasn’t responsible enough to do this earlier but because I had 4 birthday parties in 3 days all of which I had no option of placing orders over the phone for them to be ready for me to pick up and pay for them. Party City is the primary store in our area- not Michael’s, Joanne’s not Vons, or the Dollar store- are party supply stores and they either have a tiny amount of balloon options to chose from or they don’t have tanks to fill them up for their customers- so if Party City is going to be the monopoly party supply store, THEN THE VERY LEAST THEY CAN DO IS OFFER ONLINE, PHONE ANS IN-STORE ORDER PLACEMENTS TO ACCOMMODATE THEIR CUSTOMERS- til then we’re $h!t out of luck? That’s ridiculous!! Hey thanks for nothing guys! 👎

This location is terrible. It was a horrific mess when I walked in this evening. They are always out of products and not well organized. Never have what I need. Save your time and go to the Harbor/Wilson location.
