Dropped my boat off for something that was supposed to be one week. On The second week he stopped returning phone calls emails etc. Eventually 2.5 months later after tracking him down through another shop got it back and he didnt finish everything he said he was going to. Bummer because he was recommended by a a trusted friend. The worst part was when he told me it was ready, I drove down to his shop and he was nowhere to be found and my boat was sitting outside his closed up shop with no lock, nobody watching, and parts just laying inside the hull.

Dropped pump of to be rebuilt and some upgrades in December, also paid in full A few weeks later to pay for parts and be done with it. (Mistake I know). It is now towards the end of April, can’t get a hold of the owner and trying to finish my boat for my wedding in a few months. I understand the covid 19 has caused a lot of issues with businesses but I still feel like you need to keep in contact with customers. Before the lockdown I was told january 22 its almost done. Ok, no worries. March 12 comes and check up, still almost done. The due date was then said to be March 20, now can’t get ahold of him. I feel like I am being robbed. I don’t know what to do now. Buy a new pump? Just my 2 cents. Have had great experiences in the past, not sure what is happening now. Viruses don’t travel through phones.Now deleting comments!
