Well organised and quick. The bookstore employees were very helpful and nice.

They had to back order a book and never communicated with me about what was going on. For the rest of my books, they were ready but they did not notify me.I understand that it’s been tough because it is all online orders and I have had great experiences with the bookstore before so I do give them a 3 star rating.

Great selection of books and its just great to put your hands on them and take your time making a selection. Its just better than being online all the time. Plus youre out of the house moving around.

I give it a one star in buying books from students and here is why, I bought an English textbook brand new from this store for $162. The semester ended and I was not going to need the book anymore so I decided to go and sale it back to them. The book was in good condition so I thought obviously I will not get back the same amount, but at least get something around $30 to maybe the highest $50. Well guess what, they want it to buy it from me for $6. Hell...NO! here is the catch, they make fraud to students in buying their use books for a ridiculous low price to later sale them for a convenient higher price. So the book that cost me $162 for being brand new they are selling the used ones currently for $117.20, I advise students to look for another better place where they can sale their books for a fair price because this is just not right.

I may dislike the school experience but the bookstore is AWESOME...hey I’m being honest here.

I love this place because it is well organized and it has decent staff members to help students select their books for each class they have registered for.

Online pick up was fast and easy when you buy books online!

Always a decent experience. Workers are great, but they sold me a cap and gown that was way too big. I also had a pretty bad experience with a purchase here.I bought some books for my anatomy class, but then saw it cheaper online.I returned all my supplies here and never got a refund. The worker just said he returned it.So I pretty much got robbed. I gave them my money and all their stuff back and they kept it all.I had to call back a few weeks later to see what was up.I talked to their boss and he said the receipt and action he did, did nothing.He just printed me a receipt with no action or return whatsoever.I eventually got my money back, but was never compensated for the mistake and time wasted.Not sure what to rate this place now.Was going to go for 5 star.But I guess it would have to be a 2 star.

Very nice bookstore at SAC. Everything is there beside textbooks. A large variety of Stationary items.

Friendly customer service, They have all the books you need.
