A crazy cool shop with an awesome selection. The customer service might have been the best Ive received all year!! I went in clueless and walked out feeling like a real Vaquero!!
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I will never return to this store! The customer service was horrible. I was looking to buy guayaberas. They did not have all the sizes I needed. I bought 2 from one store on 4th St and was told they had the other sizes in their other store on 1st, only to get their & they didnt. On top of that they charge me more money & did not honor the price I had just paid. I clearly heard the owner/manager tell the associate to charge $2 more because he had just brought them... BUT they had not been put out on the sales floor at that time. The girl & the owner/manager were extremely rude. I could have taken my business elsewhere but I needed these shirts for my moms funeral. They did NOTHING to correct their mistake or make the situation better. BEWARE OF THIS STORE & USE CAUTION WHEN BUYING FROM THEM. THEY ALL COULD USE BETTER BUSINESS SENSE & LESS GREED!! If I could give ZERO STARS I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
Bad experience with the actual store owner and associate.Ordered boots and made a deposit of half of the amount of order. It took almost 3 weeks to get them when they had said a week, when I went to pick them up and pay the rest of the order. Apparently they were not the price I was paying and were charging me more. I guess the prices “range” when they do special orders.. that was not mentioned at all when I originally purchased, i also read the exchange/return policy but did not mention anything of that sort. I refused to pay the new amount and guy basically told me to pay the new amount or I could leave.So rude and unprofessional. Be careful wen you order things from this place..
It was relatively inexpensive with the wait staff being nice, the only issue would be that they need to contact law enforcement more as a result of wannabe gangsters tagging their walls

It was my first time going to this store I liked it because they have variety but since it was my first time I did not know where things were so I had to look for them on my own since there were 3 vendors and none of them saw if I needed something all very well It is only to take care of the customers a little more besides I had problems with an additional charge so I called but that was so friendly is to explain to me what happened but that they would take a good look and return the call I hope they will
