I wanted to wait and give them a fair chance before I wrote a review but seeing as how I have not been contacted on the third chance I gave them and my wedding is two weeks away with no sign of my dress here I am. I bought my dress in June and they told me my dress would arrive in three months with enough time to do all the alterations that it was going to need. Doing some basic math youd think my dress would have arrived in September right? No calls from them and so I take the initiative and call them for them to tell me that I had the wrong idea and my dress would actually arrive by October 19th but they assure me that itll still be plenty of time to make the alterations on this complicated beaded dress. The 19th comes around and the girl who originally took my order is on vacation and so the new girl has no clue about my order but tries to help me anyways. She finds my order and says that the dress still hasnt arrived and that the 19th date that I was given was just an estimate to which I replied so you lied to me twice now. She calls the company and says that my dress should arrive between the 19th and Friday and that theyd give me a call by then to set up the fitting and get started on alterations as soon as possible. I expressed my concern with the time and dissatisfaction with the way they were handling it and, while the girl sounded sympathetic, she quickly tried to end conversation. I really should have read the previous reviews and avoided this place. The employees were very nice when I was first buying my dress but since then their attitudes have changed and now Im having to look for a backup dress since this one hasnt even arrived. Doesnt matter how much you spend if youre not a smaller size youre pretty screwed or at least put into a horribly stressful situation that no bride to be should be put in. Heres hoping eventually the $3000 dollar dress arrives.

Went in to browse. I asked for a couple dresses I was interested in seeing. I then asked if I could try them on to which the lady replied, by appointment only. I would understand if it was busy but there was nobody there. Also, she didnt even offer to make an appointment for me nor did I ask as she seemed uninterested. Dresses are overpriced so I was probably better off anyway. I inquired about a dress I saw in the bridal store in the same parking lot as Lakewood mall for $250 and it was $900 here. Just a tip, shop around. Dont end up paying ridiculous prices for something you can find at a fraction of a price elsewhere.

Came in to browse for a flower girl dress for my daughter. Store was completely empty. The girl saw us walk in, no hello, how can I help you, nothing. She just glared from the desk. Take your money elsewhere...

The employees are nice but there arent many options, they always say the dresses will arrive in MONTHS, not weeks. Plus, they are very expensive.

I should definitely write this comment to alert people who visit this place. Almost 3 months ago I went to this store to have my wedding dress made, they told me that in two months they would have it finished for me. Well I decided to have it done here and it took a month and a half and I did not receive any information about the advance of the dress so I went to the store on a Tuesday and they told me that they were about to call me to come on Thursday to try on the dress that was 90% finished and that I would only need some fixes when I come on Thursday it turns out that the dress had only worked 40% had no shape and the fabrics were super ordinary. I was a little worried but they told me that in 10 more days it would be ready, well I said there is 20 days left for my wedding so I have time I come to the store after a few days with such a horrible and frustrating surprise that the dress was almost the same as me They had shown it before, the truth could not even speak of how frustrated and worried I was because there were only 13 days left before my wedding and there was no progress in my dress and they kept telling me the same thing, come in 10 days and well I decided it was better to look elsewhere because I felt that they did not care at all how I felt and that they were taking me to the point that I had no other option but to buy the dress the way it was and not have any other opportunity to search in other stores. I cried a lot about how powerless I felt because I never imagined that something like this would happen a few days before my wedding.Before you decide to go there read the other comments so that you do not make the mistake that I made of going without informing me beforehand.
