Sam is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and professional.. The vehicle I checked out was in excellent condition and was a great deal... (Carvana priced the same vehicle for almost $6000 more) unfortunately the car I looked at sold before I could get financing... But i have kept in touch with Sam and he has told me he will keep looking for a similar vehicle for me... They definitely go out of their way to make the car buying experience pleasant for everyone... And I would definitelyrecommend this dealer to my friends....

I left a voicemail for Sam and finally two days later received a strange text message asking how much cash I had. He then proceeded to tell me how bad business has been for him and needed to make sure people had cash in hand otherwise he could take a check or debit card. I assured him if we liked the vehicle we would purchase it but he kept asking how much money I had which made me very uncomfortable. I started to feel as if I might be being set up for a physical strong arm robbery. I finally thanked him for his time and said it was becoming too unprofessional and we will be passing on it and not even coming out to see the car. For the next 10 hours he proceeded to text message me proclaiming what an amazing businessman he was intertwined with how bad business has been for him. At this point I have major concerns this is not a legitimate business at all and perhaps a front for something very nefarious and illegal possibly. From the other messages in this thread it sounds like there is plenty of similar experiences and that this establishment should be avoided at all costs. I would recommend not even calling this establishment for fear of hours of harassment by a very unintelligent bad businessman name Sam.

Although I did not end up purchasing a car from Sam, he is extremely knowledgable and followed up with me to warn me of possible pitfalls after I found a similar model car with 30,000 fewer miles at another location. I had been shopping for a top of the line 2013 VW CC. He said it would have to be a cash purchase because financing for a 8 year old model with over 100 000 miles would be hard to finance, and I did not have the needed cash on hand. Ultimately, I purchased a 2013 model with 90,000 miles and one tier down from the top of the line model that he had through Long Beach credit union. He was very concerned about me getting a bad deal or being taken advantage of by the car dealer. Mind you, I have probably purchased 25 autos in my life, and am very aware of all the tricks of the trade. I appreciated his knowledge and willingness to look out for me during the process.

Extremely unprofessional, extremely disrespectful, runs a sketchy business where you need “cash in hand so you don’t waste his time.” I highly recommend buying ANYWHERE else but from here. I mean who doesn’t open a dealership to someone just to look at a vehicle? Also, look at the way he responds to these reviews. Calling people out based on their credit scores and history. Petty man with nothing but time to besides rip into people and rip people off. Absolutely disgusting.

Purchased a pre-owned BMW X5 from Western Motors. I was buying out of state so I asked the owner if I could get a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) done. Owner agreed and had no problems with me doing so. After the PPI checked out, we made arrangements for payment and transport of the vehicle. My experience was smooth and vehicle arrived as expected matching dealers listing description and photos. No complaints here. California car, super clean and best of all, NO rust. Since I took it off the lots car had check engine light and was hard to drive. I contacted Sam again and he told me to take it to his mechanic. I took it there and the guy check it for a min and said I need a new gas cap from the dealership(Which I bought same day). I still had issues and problem kept getting worst.So I took it to the dealership and founds out my car had safety recalls and on top of that their is over $7,000 worth of repairs needed to be done to make the car safe again.So I contacted the owner again about my issues and all he told me is that he’s gone for vacations for 2 months and I should take it to his mechanic and pay for parts and labor.First of why would I help your guy with more money when you already gave me a bad diagnostic and sold a unsafe car.Don’t get scammed by coming to this place

I was on vacation in California and seen a truck at Western Motors so I called because it says schedule a for a test drive. Several hours go buy mo return phone so I go down to look at the truck and the sales guy was like oh you called earlier I was like yes I did no sorry for not returning call or anything. He did go get they keys let me look over the truck without any hassling. I know this is a used vehicle not going to get something perfect. My concerns were the engine oil was over full and so was the transmission fluid. Not a super horrible thing but not good also, oil was used not black or new which I have always been told dont want it new or black. Its 4wd with miss matched tires no big deal can buy tires. So after looking truck over even with the issues I am still interested. Walk inside ask about a test drive and was told I couldnt test drive unless I buy it. What buy a vehicle without a test drive come on! I was told by the salesman that he goes on to many test drives and not enough people buying the cars. He asked if I was going to finance or buy it? I was going to buy it if I liked the test drive. I dont know anybody that wants to joy ride a 2005 chevy silverado I would have been willing to drive it to a gas station to fill it up even if I didnt buy it. I just dont know how you sell cars with out a test drive. I dont know how you do a test drive by schedule when you dont call people back. Like other reviews just seemed very uninterested in selling the truck. The sad thing is that I still check to see if they do have the truck and they do price varies on it so I dont know if they want to sell it or not. Still interested.If you were closed why were you there when i showed up??? I called at 143 pm on sunday when you were open and showed up while you were showing other people a car. You never said anything about being closed and it was during business hours listed one the web site.There was still an hour to get the deal done when I was there. I have more than enough money to buy the truck I would be willing to show you bank statements if you want. I was just thinking about financing to possibly help credit out some. Bad credit doesnt mean I have no money it means I wasnt smart with it at one time and am trying to fix the problem. That wasnt my dad either it was my grandpa and the only reason he was there was to get him out of the house I dont need him to buy a car. I wasnt trying to low ball you at all we didnt even discuss price I just wanted a test drive to see how it felt, seeing how if I was going to buy it I would have driven back to colorado. Next time maybe not have such a attitude when somebody does try to call to set up an appointment, dont get mad when they show up because they are interested in a vehicle.

Rip offs. Tried to get a car but the seat belts were damaged and the dealer dude tried saying they were ok looking all beat up....car was bad from the interior. Tried selling it to me for 8k....bout the same car and in better condition elsewhere for 3.2k cash. Would t recommend this dealer to anyone.

I would give negative starts if I could. These people swindled $19K out of my 18 year old son on a 2011 mustang with 70k miles on it and bald tires. started having problems about 5 weeks after the purchase. Sadly they give you a 30 day warranty. Now the car has a knocking in the engine, you know that isnt good. Took the car to Ford, needs a new engine. $9775 to repair. He has only put 2000 miles on the car. Shame on these people!

STAY AWAY. I came here to make a deal and ended up doing so. They got close to a payment I was looking at paying and everything was fine and dandy. Even went on a test drive and car ran excellent. As soon as we got on the freeway taking the car home, it started having issues. Not even a day later. So I called AL the next day and he told me SAM will get ahold of me. I gave him a week and no reply so I then called. Again, supposedly was too busy to take the call. This time he did call back. Told him Im trying to fix it so I dont have to go back. Come to find out head gasked was blown and had been blown but a cheap fix was used to cover the issue. I told him Im bringing the car and dropped it off on a Monday. I call the next day mechanic hasnt seen it. I give him 3 days and call and they said it was ready and I have to pay half of 700$. I get there and explain the issues came about same day I took it off the lot and SAM says F*** you if you dont pay Ill put it back the way it was. We argue back and forth him cursing and me cursing then finally I get to take it home. As soon as I get home it has the same issues. Which tells me either they tried to con me of 350 and didnt really fix it OR their mechanic screwed them. Ill take it as a loss and fix it myself. Just wanted to inform of my dealings with them and how unprofessional they were. The day I bought the car SAM did smell like alcohol and not only that but the price spiked and it was 2 owners not one like they stated. False advertising to top it off.

Over priced cars and theyre incredibly rude and unprofessional. They sell used cars but they dont let you have YOUR mechanic inspect it. They have a policy that you can return the car in 2 days if there is a problem with it but they charge you a $500 fee?? I have no idea how they are still in business.... oh wait yes I do they screw over ppl that need cars and charge an arm and a leg. You can see what kind of ppl they are just by the replies they have said to other ppl reviewing them. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I uploaded pictures of the lemon they sold me. Worn out brake pads, power fluid leaking, dirty air filter, and a broken cooling fan.
