The girl here was very helpful. We came to get a new prepaid phone, because 3G support is ending soon, and we need a phone that supports VoLTE. Unfortunately, the selection of prepaid phones available at the store was somewhat lackluster. We decided to get an unlocked phone somewhere else instead.

A month ago I left a 1 star review explaining what had happened with my trade in. Update: it’s officially been over a year and I have yet to hear from anyone regarding the credits. I replied to the owners response and followed up with an email and never heard back from them. A couple weeks later I decided to email them again and still have not heard back. Again, this has been the absolute worst experience trading in and adding a line.

The rep was amazing. She helped me with my yahoo account. It was driving me crazy that I couldnt get my emails and she was able to get it up and running again.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had trading in a phone. Last February there was a promotion if you trade in a phone and add a line they would give a credit of $500 off the new phone in bill credits. Its almost a whole year later and I still havent received the credits. Joanna is the absolute worst and always happens to be on lunch no matter what time you visit. I tried calling and they always transfer me to phone sales. I asked for the district managers name and number to hopefully get this issue resolved and they refuse to tell me. I traded in a phone and they are not holding up to their end of the agreement. Andrew completely messed up my account and added a whole separate plan instead of just adding the line, apparently failed to enter the promotion.

I walked into at&t wanting to switch and set up a new line for my family and I . Kimberly was who assisted me as soon as I walked in while everyone else was on their phone Kimberly was the only one who noticed me walk in and she welcomed me while everyone else just stared without even welcoming me . Kimberly she got straight to work she explained everything step by step and explained everything perfectly. She even Helped me choose out a new case for my wife’s phone and AirPod case and my wife loved it, not only did she help me pick something nice but protective as well . Kimberlys customers service was amazing . I came in a second time for help and again everyone not even aware that a customer walked in but Kimberly assisted me again and helped me and was very helpful.

I have gone two times to this at&t and the first time one of the employees said she had to clock out already and that the other employee was going to be helping us instead but we waited 2 hours and again this Tuesday that same employee that had to clock out greeted us and said I’ll be with you in 10 mins we got there at 7 and around 830 she tells my boyfriend and I we closed at 8 and I had to leave since 7 but I don’t know if my coworker is going to want to help you guys out and we told her well why didn’t you guys tell us before instead of telling us literally 30 mins after closing time and all she said was I didn’t know we were going to take a long time and if you want to come in and wait to see if my coworker will help you out after you can . Worst experience ever I’m just mad that I didn’t catch her name to put it on here and that she made me waste my time

Great staff. Very helpful with information about my account now that everything is crazy with covid19. Couldnt pay my bill because of this and they gave me options to make sure that my service wouldnt be disconnected due to non pay.

My device got deleted so I went into this location and the manager was very helpful in assisting me with getting my phone working again. Unfortunately, all my information was deleted, but she helped me create a new account and got me going once again.

My mom and I were presently surprised by the rep’s effort to speak Spanish to my mom since she doesn’t understand English. He was very helpful, clear about what pricing would be like. Came in yesterday with my family and Frankie’s service was amazing. He helped us out and answered all of our questions. At any time during my visit, I didn’t feel rushed at all. Aaron is the man!Honestly in the past, I had average to sub-par experiences as I felt more like a gazelle walking into a store of hyenas trying to rip away all the cash they can get. The previous sales associates also tried to make deals by getting me to purchase random things I did not need to get me on the military discount they offer.However, Aaron was straightforward, gave great suggestions, and also help me get the military discount I have been trying to get for the past 2 years! I never been in and out of the store so quickly and feeling more than satisfied with the service. Aaron is a keeper AT&T, make this guy happy.

I had the worst experience coming here they have horrible customer service so much attitude and talking over me she was lazy and obviously didnt care about the problem I was having, i went back tho bcs its the closer store to me and as I walked in she said omg and rolled her eyes at me she didnt want to help me even when the other employee was busy on the phone she got up told the other employee to hurry up and left to the back room i asked another girl that was there for her name she said her name was Nicole but she said she wasnt sure I dont get any help here at all I had to go to another at&t store where they did help me.

This store sell items, then lies about return policies and make you go somewhere else to return it

IPhone wouldnt update on home WiFi. Tried restarting numerous times. Called sure and younger man was condescending to me thinking I didnt know technology. 3 visits and using there slow network finally went through. I shouldnt have to be at there store to finish a basic update. Apple takes part of that blame.
