Their prices are great, and they hook you up as much as they can. They even have a plan that includes roaming and calling to Mexico for no extra charge. Ask them to set you up!

He was able to fix my iPhone 8 in the span of 15 minutes. He had excellent customer service and a very optimistic attitude. I saw an ad for a cellphone for sale on John Nicolas facebook/marketplace and decided to inquire about the phone. His initial response was short and seemed quite rude. I brushed it off and thanked him for his prompt response. I continued with a couple more questions asking if there was more than one of that particular phone for sale and was shipping an option. He read and ignored my message. Hours later, I messaged him again asking the same question. He simply replied no. $485. I messaged him back stating I was fully aware of the price and had intended to pay that price with no problem. I asked him to elaborate on his reply of no. Did that mean, no there were not 2 phones? Or no, shipping is not an option. He blocked me. Since it states he works for your company, I thought I would write a review and make it clear that John Nicola lost you a customer. I find this incredibly sad, considering all the reviews I read regarding your company were stellar and the prices seem to be fantastic. Clearly, its your customer service that needs some dire attention.

I am glad O2 wireless is in Santa Ana. Today I was working on a take home test at my wifes place of business, and I was using my notes to take the test. My cell phone charger took a CRAP, and I was like not today. I searched for a wireless company and O2 wireless came up.As I entered the shop I noticed how everything was very neat and clean, and I was approached by a sales associate with great customer service. I let him know I was in dire need for a charger, and told him my take home test is on my phone.He understood the my situation and found a charger for my cell phone. I was in relief because I got the charger I needed, and it only cost me $10.00. I was amazed at the good price for a good quality charger. I had such a positive experience at O2 Wireless cell phone repair @ sales today. Roland was amazing! His kindness made me feel welcome and his out-of-the-box thinking helped me save money. I will always visit this location in the future!

They dont know how to replace a broken iPhone glass. They were offering a huge discount on a phone accessory for giving them a good review. Beware.They initially told me over the phone that it would take 30 minutes to replace the broken glass. After more than an hour, they told me that it takes longer because one corner of the phone had a dent and they were trying to fix that. Sounded like, in all other cases, people break the glass by stabbing it or punching it, not by dropping the phone. Another 20-30 minutes passed, and the technician finally brought the phone to me. We started the phone, but apparently he didnt place the glass properly. It had a big dark area. He took the phone back in and repaired it again. Took another 30 minutes. Finally, I got it back, and the guy at the store asked me to check and make a test phone call. Lo and behold, I couldnt here anything. They took it back again for another 30 minutes. They didnt tell me what was wrong and how long it would take more to fix it, until I asked them the status. They told me that they had to replace the speaker. All in all, it took me more than two hours. The replaced glass isnt perfect, either. My phone has a small bright spot. I dont know what they did, but I dont want to go there any more. I just hope that my phone would last long enough until I get a new phone next year.
