My battery died on my Pixel 4 Xl but luckily Google extended the 2 year warranty due to a known battery issue. I originally brought the phone to the Orange location located on Main St but they didn’t have any batteries in stock so I left the phone, waited 3 weeks and decided to pick the phone up after I was told it would be 2 months before they got batteries in stock for my phone. I then brought it to the Santa Ana location located on Bristol. They had batteries in stock and had my phone fixed in 2 hours. As to why the Orange location couldn’t get a battery from Santa Ana? Who knows. Obviously they didn’t even try. Phone works as a new phone now.

Was in contact with Google Support on repairing a phone and was told that the device is under warranty and provided nearby locations to get the device fixed same day. 30 minutes later I arrive and they refuse to fix the device under warranty. Took time off work when I was assured the device would be repaired and the employees say that they are unable to repair the device under warranty and the repair would be $300. Would not recommend this location 0/5.

Not professional at all. They misunderstood what I asked for and then when I declined their services they still went ahead and did it, after I declined!! and then demanded I pay. The man who helped me was so rude and made several snarky remarks. Extremely unprofessional and really just left me with a horrible feeling. Can’t believe that they would say things like that to someone. Honestly, choose a different store. This place is bad news. They’re not even legit, they’re scamming people with knock off parts and up charges.

Took my laptop and printer to fix because they were not communicating in order to print. Daniel was awesome in taking care of not only fixing the problem, but in rectifying an issue with the Windows 10 installation. He went above and beyond to make things right. I highly commend him for easing my mind when things didnt look right. Hes a great asset to this organization and I cant say enough for the care and consideration he took in his work on my behalf.

Very convenient. Great, quick service. Enjoyed being able to make an appt online. HOWEVER, you cant trust the pricing on their website. They charged me an extra $30 for labor and gave me some excuse about corporate running their site. After taxes and fees, it was $50 more than the online price. When they say starting at $X.00, THEY MEAN IT! Call first.

What started out good got me more and more frustrated. (This is going to be a lengthy review to explain the experience)For all Samsung/android owners, we know that getting your devices fixed is arguably inconvenient compared to the service Apple provides. The fact that Samsung and UBreakiFix is an authorized repair store for Samsung made it easy to book an appointment and get serviced.Prior to coming in, I received a call to my surprise letting me know the part I need is in stock and they will repair it right away. The estimate time for repair is about 2 hours. As I checked my schedule, the time alotted works out and it was important that I can get back to work in time, so I brought it into the store.I dropped off the device at 1:00PM and after having come back from an appointment, I was ready to pick up the device at 3:00PM, expecting the repair to be finished. One person came to the front letting me know it will be another 30min as they are just finishing up the repair. At first, I thought it was not a problem. Ill wait.3:30PM, I go back in and another person came to the front to let me know it will be another hour. This is where I got confused, but also irritated as this is the second time I returned. I told the person that 30min ago, they told me it will be another 30min and now youre telling me another hour. This doesnt make any sense. She threw out an estimate time and said, should be done soon, maybe another 25min.4:00PM, I come back my third time and was told another 30min.. do you understand my frustration? They start telling me the phone wasnt plugged in and how they had to restart everything. I had work back again at 4PM and now had to tell my boss about this whole situation and Im stuck waiting for an estimated time that is completely inaccurate. I asked for a discount and he said that he can do 10% for the repair. Given the total cost, 10% does reduce it $30, so yes, this was a good step forward. The person apologized and told me that it should be done soon. I told him to take down my number and to call me when its ready, because Ive been back and forth several times only being told to come back again.5:00PM, I have waited one more hour and finally get a call that my repair is finished and the device is ready to be picked up. When I went in and about to check out, the person tried to offer a discount for some program. I told him, Im already supposed to have a 10% discount and the person who last helped me had told me that. So, this person goes to the back and then comes out to let me know, the guy is new and doesnt know the policies with Samsung phones and discounts are not available; however, literally a minute ago, he was telling me about a discount..Im late for work, I just need my phone fixed, would have been nice if there was a discount, but everything about the reliability to this experience was what started as good, and became extremely frustrating.To end on a good note, the phone repair was well done and the people handled my frustration calmly. Wish there would have been a discount and had there just been a more reliable estimate of time, it would have saved me several trips back and forth. One star ~

Great service, quick and reliable. Had my phone fixed from being completely broken and deemed unfixable by other stores. They jumped on it right away, new it exactly what it was, how it happened and didnt charge me a thing. They were able to charge my insurance company, Samsung, right there from their office! Great deal and great work, got it working just like it was brand new. :-)

Took my iPhone Ten in to get the screen fixed... They said no problem to fix, got it back and the face recognition was no longer working... Kind of a big deal not to type in my pass code every time but they said there was nothing they could do and tried to blame Apple... If you cant fix it correctly tell me so i can take it to Apple. No refund Horrible. I might as well have an iPhone 7 now.

In mid-May I started to see a hard drive failure on my business laptop. After noticing it was getting worse and backing everything up, I called HP and they referred me to UBreakIFix. I called this store, discussed the urgency of my situation including the need to re-install the Microsoft Office Suite and download my external hard drive if cloning didnt work. They ordered the hard drive which took 11 days to arrive. I took my laptop in on Friday morning June 12. On Saturday they called me to come in and set up the Microsoft account. At that time, they were going to return it to me with only the operating system on it. That was not the agreement when I left it with them, and reiterated that I needed it restored with the external hard drive and all the software.When I arrived on Monday, they returned the old laptop to me with the damaged hard drive and told me they dont do software. That was a shock, why would I have even left the external hard drive? This was another 4 days lost. I was very upset, and just asked for the hard drive as I contemplated where else I could take it immediately. They refused to sell it to me EVEN though I originally ordered it. I offered to pay for it, but their response was since they didnt do any work on my laptop, it was their proprietary property and they didnt have to sell it to me.I went home and made an appointment with Staples. I set my laptop down where it always has been, and didnt move it until my appointment with Staples. As I picked it up, the back fell apart. Staples looked at it and wouldn’t touch it as a number of screws were missing and it would be very dangerous. I had to purchase a brand-new laptop.I was very happy with Staples, they were honest with me, they set up my new one successfully. I will never go to UBreakIFix again.IF you have any software other than just the operating system to install DONT go to this store. I am also writing this to hp.

My PS4 broke about 2 months ago, at the beginning of summer break. I had to update, but there something wrong with its software, so it wouldnt download the update. My dad took it there to get it fixed, and once I got it back(late June/early July) we found out that they just basically tried the same thing we did on my PS4. What me and my dad did was initialize the console and update system software, but it didnt to no prevail. What they did was reinstall the system software, which in turn would factory-reset the console, which is essentially what me and my dad had done. Foolishly, we brought the console to them again to see if they could try something else. Guess what? They didnt. they did the exact same thing as last time. We also bought the insurance, which would mean that if they could not fix, they would send us another PS4 for free, but now we have to pay $99 to get the new one from them. I was really excited to get to play with my friends, some of them that i had not way to contact them because I only had them on my PS4 friends list, only to find out that i cant even do that now. wouldnt recommend this location. I dont know about the other locations, but this one far from professional.

They took well over 2 hours after telling me only 2 then we got there and had to wait an extra hour because they started working on my phone when I had got there to pick it up. I dont leave reviews but this got me very mad and I feel going there is a waste of time. Repairs take at most 45 minutes and they were over there trying to make excuses on why they are still working on my phone. Dont go there its a waste of your time especially when you got things to do! I dont recomend at all.

Very bad experience.... took a samsung galaxy note 20 ultra to get a screen replace, with screen and touch still working after a couple of days, got a call telling me it had motherboard damage and I needed to go thru Samsung, when it was just a screen replace, it is obvious to me the tech guy replacing the screen damaged the phone, I got the phone back with the cracked screen not turning on at all.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I had an unknown issue with my tower and was unable to fix it myself. I brought it into the uBreakiFix located in the Bristol Center for more questions. They did a free 3-5 day diagnostic on the computer and eventually ended up solving the issue for free. Theyre nothing short of amazing, and harbor the most professional staff Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you have any issue with your devices, I highly recommend them. If I had to sum them up in three words, Id choose: Cordial, punctual, and professional.

Took my console, called in to see if I could take it in. Toubleshooted 3 times before I brot it in 20 min later. the thing still ran, I was still able to play my downloaded games i was able to stream Netflix, hulu Skype etc. So I dropped it off I get a call 3 days later that the discs drive wasnt working to pick it up I found the price to fix it a bit high but I was going to bring it back to them on my next paycheck. so i get it home & set it up & it doesnt turn on. I call again and explain it to them the consoles wasnt working so they told me to bring it in so I did. A week past didnt even get a phone call I found it odd bc the front desk guy told me probably take 2 3 days & it was over a week so I went to check up on it. And they didnt fix anything they broke my console they completely killed it and expected me to pay for it. Horrible service no way Im going to buy there plan now

I went to go drop off a computer for it to be fixed and they told me I would be able to pick it up in 3 hours, but they never called and kept it the entire day of Sunday and from 10 am to almost 3 pm on Monday. They said the button wasnt part of the case so they couldnt fix it, but when I arrived at my home I was easily able to pop the button off and fix the springs so that way the button works again. This has led me to believe that they didnt actually work on it or didnt realize.

Mark & Richard were awesome from the phone call to find out about it to the whole repair experience to out the door - one of our phones was experiencing a problem in the system (very busy with the Samsung Front Line worker offer) and Richard even offered to bring the phone to us once the system finally responded (we opted to just come back the following day but so great that he offered that)...definitely recommend this specific UBreakIFix as I called another closer to home and they werent even taking any until the following Monday cuz they couldnt handle all the business with that offer (very poor planning and I told themas much)

Awesome customer service. My antenna stopped working and I went to Verizon to get it fixed. They didnt offer a fix because I didnt have insurance so they were about to charge me $800 for an iPhone 7. I quickly googled iPhone antenna repair and found this place first under the google results. I made a call and Tommy picked up. I read his name in other reviews and can see why. He was super friendly and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. I told him my situation and he said the cost for a new antenna was just $80. But he went above and beyond and offered to fix reconnect my phones antenna for free. When I went inside their store, I was greeted by another nice guy and gave Tommy my phone. After waiting just 4 minutes he brought my phone out and it was working again. I seriously cannot thank them enough as I avoided paying nearly $1,000 for a new phone from Verizon. They honestly deserve 10/5 stars for the level of compassion. I will DEFINITELY recommend their service to my friends and family and I urge everyone else to do so, too. Thanks again guys!

Watch out for pricing from this store! This store (and website) claim that they have a price guarantee. They do NOT. There are only two places for authorized Samsung cell phone repairs in SoCal. uBreakiFix is one and Best Buy the other. uBreakiFix is TWICE the price for a battery replacement than Best Buy - $50 versus $100. And they will NOT price match.

Tommy and his team spent a good amount of time trying to fix my agonizingly slow laptop, but it proved too recalcitrant, and I was not charged ANYTHING -despite all the time and work put into it. Gave me an attitude when I didnt give him the whole #. After searching for the part he said he cant find it in the system. I responded and said soooooo... Theres nothing you can do? I received no phone call about the status of my MacBook until I called a week later. They told me it was un-repairable (false,) and fixing the keyboard may or may not fix the problem (also false.) This shop is lazy and only wants to stick with quick fix cellphones. I will be finding a new shop for all of my repairs in the future.

I bought an Xperia XZ Premium today and stupidly put the SIM card in the wrong slot so it was next to impossible to get. I very much feared that the phone was broken or I would have to pay a fortune to have it opened and fixed, ruining the phones water resistance.I went to this store and a man, who I didnt catch the name of, was able to get the SIM card out without opening the phone up or anything invasive. On top of that, he didnt charge a dime even though I offered compensation.I am incredibly happy. The store is clean and someone came out to see me just a few seconds after I entered the business.Beyond ecstatic with the service and would return in the future if I need it. Thank you for saving my phone! Such a relief.

I had went to the store to fix my daughters phone 2 months ago and had the worst experience I have had in a retail store in 20 year I was not going to post but 2 months later and now another bad experience I now have to post. First time I was in the store for 80 minutes to fix the screen on my Daughters Iphone they had the part but the computer would not let the part go to the invoice after make me call my cell phone insurance twice and 80 minutes later the employee tells it is on him that the part is assigned to a different invoice for a customer so he can not use the part, I was hot but I said went can you get the part he said tomorrow again I got 20 Im sorry. Tomorrow came no call so the next day, I call still no part now I would had never gone back but my insurance claim was already open here and that took 20 minutes so I did not want to open a new claim. Five days later I come to the store still no part again sorry sorry. So I say if there another store that has the part they say yes Costa Mesa great so I spend 20 minutes changing the insurance claim. but I cant go until my Daughter gets out of school so we go to the Costa Mesa store with are claim number and guess what they sold our part to some one else I was at a lost for words again sorry finely 3 days later I get the part I spend 20 minutes changing the insurance claim back to Santa Ana. Phone was not fixed right my Daughter was complaining that her camera had a little black dot bur after what I went thru I was I dont care about the dot Im never going back there the only thing they know how to do right is to say Im sorry and you can tell they have a lot of practice. when my wife went to pick up the phone she bought a safety glass for the phone I wound have not given them a dime. But she did so the phone started to have a sim card problem so I called my carrier and they fixed it the nice lady says is there any thing else wrong with the phone and I said no but my Daughter was right next to me and says the black dot. I said wait when we took the phone to get the glass fixed there was a black dot on the camera. She said well the repair is guaranteed for a year would you like to replace it as the sim card thing might come back. I said wow sure so I go back to the store to explain that the dot started here and that my insurance company was going it replace the phone and that I bought the safety screen with a warranty that already had cracks all the way around it. Can I get the replacement and put it on the new phone they said no the warranty is attached to the first phone I said yes but were replacing it cause the black dot happen here, He looks at the phone and says the black dot is on the camera not the glass and My Daughter steps in but it was not like that until I got it back from you. They say sorry we can not replace it do you want to by a new one I was at a loss I would never give this place a dime.If you shop here get ready for a lot of sorry
