This was the best experience I had at a business in a long long time Miguel was very honest in his assessment with my iPhone and very reasonable I would always go back there for any issues with my phone. Thank you that how a business should be ran, keep up the good work.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I barely have had my phone back for almost two weeks now and my screen is already peeling off on the side like its going to pop off in a few days. The screen wasnt properly installed and I payed 100 dollars for it to be repaired. I would understand for this to happen if I payed 50 bucks for it to be repaired, but not a hundred. I literally have to tape the sides just to prevent it from coming off more and to prevent water from getting inside my phone. Now I have to spend another hundred dollars, not even within a month of getting my phone repaired, just to get my screen repaired AGAIN. Never coming back here again. I am not happy with the service that was provided to me.

Dropped my phone and the whole screen went black! My heart just about stopped when I could no longer access my phone! My dog passed away a few months ago and I had TONS of pictures I wanted to save! Wasnt sure if anything could be done. Fortunately, I found this place and Miguel assured me that my pictures could be saved! What a relief! All he had to do was replace the display and I could finally get to see all my pictures again! He even went the extra step and showed me how to backup my data so it would be nice and safe if anything were to happen! These people are a godsend!

My toddler accidentally dropped my iPhone 11 straight on the concrete floor and the glass screen was shattered to tiny little pieces. I brought my phone to get it repaired if possible. The nice guy behind the counter welcomed me to the store and assured me that the repair is possible. I went shopping at the nearby Target store and within an hour my phone was ready to pick up! He charged me a very reasonable price for removing and installing a new screen face on my phone. I was super happy with the service and totally recommend this place.

I am really happy that I found this place. I dropped my phone on the floor and it stopped working, so I start panicking and looking desperately to find a good place to take my phone in the area since I had valuable Information on my phone. After tons of research and recommendations I found this place so I took my phone here. They fixed my phone and got my phone up and running again. I am so disappointed not only in the lack of customer service but the lack of professionalism! I brought my phone in with a cracked screen I was told it would be a two-hour repair, its more than a month later & my phone is in horrible condition, my screen is not cracked but my phone wont get or make calls unless I turn it off & then on again then maybe I can make a call. Miguel told me has refused to make it right, he took my $95.00 & basically destroyed my phone. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR PHONE!!!!

I took my iPhone 11 here to get the screen replaced and I cant even begin to tell you how much I regret it. I had an appointment to get it swapped at Apple but I wasnt able to make the appointment and didnt want to wait another week...big mistake.Ever since my screen was replaced Ive been having constant issues. The screen freezes up and I can’t touch anything until I lock it again and unlock. Sometimes the sensor doesn’t recognize my finger touching the screen when it is locked and the screen won’t wake up. I’ve had times I unlock it and the screen is stuck on black. When I try to type messages the touch is not accurate and wrong letters constantly get hit.I will admit I brought my phone back the next day and they replaced the screen again but it’s still having all of the same issues. Clearly their replacement skill/technology is not up to par with the more advanced iPhone screens.DO NOT TAKE YOUR IPHONE 11 OR NEWER MODEL HERE. Complete waste of $130.

Fixed my phone at a lower rate than most places around and were very friendly and payment was after they had fixed my phone even if it was a couple of days. I would recommend this place especially for Samsungs.

Waste of money and waste of time. Customer service is terrible. Took the phone in 3 times to get it “fixed” and came back with a damaged screen and a missing stylus pen on my Samsung note. Instead of giving me a refund they asked “do you not want to fix it” and suggested I spend more money to fix it. Very disappointed

Fast and great service

I went to get an iPhone 5c screen fixed. It was in perfect working condition before it was given to them and when we went to pick it up the guy said it wouldnt turn on so they changed the screen twice to try to find the issue and even tried charging it. The screen had tape all over it so when I used it, it wouldnt cut my finger but when returned the tape looked exactly how i had placed it. As soon as I got home I put my phone to charge and it wouldnt even turn on until several hours later. After about 6 hours my phone charges up to 7% even though it was in perfect working conditions before

I brought in an Iphone 8+ with a cracked back case that I tried to self repair (THAT WAS THE DAY I LEARNED TO LEAVE IPHONE REPAIRS TO THE PROFESSIONALS).. The phone was damaged to the point of no return. Fortunately, I came across CellSpot Phone Repair. They were very professional and attentive. The damage that I caused went beyond just the back case and additional parts were needed that were very hard to come by. They immediately picked up their phones and began finding the parts required for my repair. I have never seen this level of customer care. Before I knew It, I received my phone the same day in factory new condition. Their customer care doesnt stop there, I was then asked to test the phone out to make sure everything works just as its supposed to. Great service, great price. I highly recommend this place. Took in my iPhone to fix the screen it was completely destroyed. Came back around 20 minutes it looked brand also got a tempered glass which it was waaay more cheaper than other retailers I checked.

Went in to get my iPhone 7 Plus cracked screen fixed. The guy gave me 2 options: Original for $135 or aftermarket for $100. The difference is “only in the colors”.I chose the original. Came back in an hour and the screen was done but the left part of the screen wasn’t working. He said it was because the phone needed to be updated and he would replace the screen right after.Went back 30 minutes later and picked up my phone. The colors looked a little different so I asked how I knew it wasn’t an aftermarket screen. His answer was, “Well the colors on the aftermarket are a little dim and the original is as close to Apple as possible. For legal reasons, we cannot sell Apple products”. I told him the colors looked dim and he said he would show me the aftermarket to compare if he had one. I let it go, paid $135 and left. I began using my phone and the screen wasn’t working.I went back in to let him know and he said he would put another screen on. I said I wasn’t comfortable with that and he said he’d place my broken screen back on and refund me.To sum this up, don’t go here. When they say “original glass”, they really mean “as close to the original as possible”, because they can’t sell a real Apple screen. To me, this is false advertising and a scheme to fool those who can’t tell the difference. It’s only $40 more to get a true “original glass screen”.

I will probably sound like the black sheep but not sure what the hype is about this place is. This is my own personal experience, Im not saying all the other reviews are fake but this hopefully put some honesty about this place. Called a few times during business hours with no response, finally ended up just going on a Monday and there was nobody at the front and waited a bit for the guy to come out. When he did, he said the software guy was only in Wednesdays and had to wait (first warning sign). Wedn came in, called several times and no answer. Finally answered later and he had not looked at my phone. Requested an update by Thurs and after lot hearing back late evening I called, and no answer. Friday came in and was fed up and went in to grab back my phone. All of a sudden the first guy had fixed a hardware issue with the power button (haha). Mind you it is a Nexus 5X and the issue was a boot loop issue which to those who are tech savvy know its either an issue with the RAM chip or the factory image. None of those things were addressed and still got charged for keeping my phone for a week. Guess the ending, the phone died that very night. Not worth my time trying to get a refund, I have better things to do but please be aware of you have this specific issue. You might waste your time and money with these geniuses.

Cell spot has fixed both my screen and camera on my Iphone7 multiple times and not only does a great job, but does it very quick (in 40min!) and takes care of me as a loyal customer. This is the only place I trust to do a good job on my phone repairs.

2 LCD SCREENS BROKEN in one month I bought from this place !!!!!!!!!!!! The first time I went in there they charge me $110 for a new screen, they fixed it in 30 minutes but two days later I pull out my phone from my pocket and the screen is cracked in the middle of the screen not the corner. I went in again and told them I didnt drop it or anything and they said it was my fault . I got a new one discounted to $80 with a free glass protector .3 weeks later my phone is cracked again for no reason !!!! I had a small crack that I could live with no problem but I dropped it and the whole screen is cracked now . They even admitted to using cheap MADE IN CHINA screens and if you want an OEM Apple screen it costs much more . I am not saying this place sucks or they dont know how to fix stuff . They just dont use quality screens and they are very cheap . I am out $190 dollars and my screen is still broken . -5 stars

I had an old Samsung Note II phone that I could not find anyone to change the broken glass for me. Mr. Amin changed the glass and gave me a brand new cover. He went out of his way to be of a help. I came here because a friend recommended it. Unfortunately, unlike most people, I had a terrible experience. The person that fixed my iPhone 6 did such a terrible job, I had to get him to fix it 4 more times in the same day. The corner was popping up in the upper right corner; the home button was loose, etc. After hed fix it, another corner would pop up, then the home button became too tight, etc.After the fourth or fifth time, I was sick of it and left satisfied (aka tired of having him fix it over and over). The problems started a few months later: my screen would turn black, even though the phone is still on. The screen color became severely distorted with pink and green pixels. The screen would also look like a tv when it is out of order. I live in SF so it was too far for me to come fix it here, as they have a 6 month warranty.I finally got it fixed in South SF, at the iPhone repair guys shop (look it up of you need help - excellent!). I found out that the guy at Cell Spot improperly put my phone back together, and even TAPED the screen back in place. Tape???? Wow. Unbelievable. It is probably also the screen that was messed up, even though it was new.Tl;dr: Avoid this place at all costs. They do a really terrible job: at least on my phone.

First time I came it was not so good. I explained that my phone was not wanting to charge and the man who fixed the phone suggest that it was the charge port or the battery itself and it was none of those. Would help if he new exactly what the deal was. And 2nd time the were supposed to order a new battery for my phone and ordered the wrong one and didnt compensate me for the time i wasted driving out there plus gas. Even had to take time off work. I would be very hesitant regarding replacing a samsung screen here. I did replace my samsung galaxy S6 for $200.00 at cell spot and it did not last more than 6 weeks, they claim the screen was cracked again so no refund or replacement.I would ask for the box the screen came in before they replace it so that you do get a new screen, ask for the old one back as well. After purchasing a new phone I took the screen off the phone that had the replacement and was able to do so without tools leading me to believe it was probably not properly installed, just glued back and may have been a used screen.They also offered to provide a service of returned data from the phone to ensure I had a good experience and to save their reputation. The info is available to me on my google account so it wasnt needed but no screen repair.

Very nice personality and very clean store

A few weeks ago. I brought my HTC phone in to the store on Bristol St. to have the back camera replaced. There were no other issues with the phone before repair and it had never been opened. The repair was performed quickly, but the phone was not working properly when returned. The volume button was jammed, so the phone ran in safe mode and the speaker was damaged. After returning it twice for these issues to be rectified all the MEMS sensors in the phone; the g sensor, light sensor etc. were still no longer functioning. To repair these issues would require a new main board, changing the serial number of the phone. These sensors are delicate and can be damaged if care is not taken when servicing the phone.After the store manager first claimed that it was fully working when they returned it to me they eventually admitted fault, but refused to pay for further work, stating that the small print on the repair contract I had originally signed removes them from liability for any damage they caused during my requested repair. My phone is now beyond economical repair and will have to be replaced.Their charge for the initial repair of the camera was $60.

Water damaged S5 repaired and picked on the same day. Delighted to not have to go back to old phone as switching service to Google Fi at the end of the year. Happy they were able to extend life of S5 until then. Thought it was beyond repair. Helped put by TJ.

Broke the screen on my iPhone 6 Plus about a month ago and it was still working so I ignored it. About a week ago my screen wouldnt even turn on anymore so that was annoying. I decided to use google and I came across this place. The reviews were really good so I decided to give it a try. I walked in and this very welcoming dude by the name of TJ greeted me.
