Worst employee help by a male (name unsure but he is definitely on shift today) when asked for help he said he couldn’t, my iPhone was dropped in water and I needed my insurance to cover and get me a replacement of fix my own. He said he couldn’t help, with anything due to insurance and was not helpful at all, not even to solve the problem. Then he asked if I wanted an upgrade and his mood changed drastically, which led me to the conclusion he works on commission and refuses to do any kind of help unless it’s beneficial to him. I’ve been to plenty of Verizon stores that do not behave this way. I pay for a service a month and have insurance to have the peace of mind to fix my phone, why pay for a service if employees are not going to help me get what I pay for. I’ll tell you now this male on shift right now 7/01/21 was the worst associate I have ever come across. Will be taking my business elsewhere, perhaps where we get treated like customers not like an easy paycheck.
Good customer service, Oscar helped me transfer all my information from old phone to my new phone even tho they dont do that.

Worst experience I have ever had, I was promised 3 things when I started my service here and all 3 of those promises where lies told by my Verizon agent who set me up, 2 of those lies were confirmed by the manager of this store. Lucky Verizon corporate is very helpful and mostly fixed it, the Verizon service is amazing but the associates at this store need to stop telling lies and get better training from corporate. I personally will never go shop in this store again and highly recommend shopping online to active new lines or service instead of going into this store
I accidentally broke my Moto z phone glass. I have broken the glass on previous Motos phones. This time I purchased a new phone elsewhere. Because last time I went to Verizon store, thinking they could repair the glass and ended being charged double for a new phone. So, I purchased a pretty paid phone, went to this store. Oscar replaced the sim and ad sd card from broken Moto into a SamsungA01 phone. Did the necessary activation. When I got home I realized the prepaid sim card gone. I attempted to find Oscar for a answer. It was his day off. I told the lady please let Oscar know I want my new sim card back. She looked in her drawer and said Im out of prepaid sim cards. I left my name and number. Nothing. Its been 2 days. I feel Oscar pocketing original sim to new phone, is stealing. Didnt say he took it, why he took it, etc. A new prepaid sim card costs $15-$35.I will update if anything happens.Have a beautiful day
I went last week Silvia was the girl that help meOut. She told me a bunch of lies that made me get the service with them🤬 the first bill she said i was looking at about 270 and no my first bill is 340 then she said said she will try and help me and has not even bother to call back worst costumer service ever i trade in my old phones and whey i try to cancel the deal they said they could not give me my old phones back im just maf that they dont explain things just to make a sale and then make it hard to cancel there service 🤬🤬

Went to start a new plan for three lines in September of last year, it was set up quickly however the residual effects of quickly I paid for and just recently resolved in May of this year. Two of my lines were set up at a plan that was 3X the cost of the Plan I wanted and agreed to. Also the promotional price for my cell phone was not honored (they cite 2-3 billing periods for it to take place). Just pay attention...

I came in here for a return and even though my return would have taken 5 to 10 minutes, I had to wait in line behind 8 people! I had to wait through phone upgrades, phone issues, and new customers. I waited for over an hour, for a simple 10 minute issue.
It might take a little at time but they have good costumer service Believe me Ive tried every cell phone company out there they have we were serviced and Verizon specially when you try to call customer service theyre a lot better service than any other provider out there maybe in a long haul truck driver running the whole country believe me they have the best service
They promised my upgrade to unlimited plan with better prices than I was paying with overages the last few months and Im sorry to say they lied, not only is it more expensive but they charged me $25.00 per line (and I have 5 lines!!!) To do this upgrade!! Something that I was never told!! I normally do my business with Verizon over the phone or internet for just such a reason!! Ive been to 5 different Verizon stores in the past 2 years and everytime I get duped into paying for something I didnt order!!! If I could find a better carrier for our family who live in 3 different states because of college, I would!!! Their sales people are the most unscrupulous people Ive ever worked with! And this review is for Every store Ive been in, in 3 different states!!!!

I recently switch to verizon i walk in then i got help fast then i told the employee i wanted to switch the guy did a excellen job First i was supost to pay like $400 to get a new iphone but i trade it in my galaxy s10 and he got me walking out the door with my new iphone xs max i only paid $30 and im also getting a 200$ visa card in the mail he did everything in him to get me the phone i wanted ask for juan montes looks like you guys got a new customer
I was addressed as soon as i walked in. The guys were efficient and friendly. My experience was excellent. In and out in 20 minutes.
Hate to say it but the taxes they charge make things difficult. They say it’ll be one fee but then they tax-on more money on every front making you question is it worth it... at times somewhat but more likely...

Sales representatives only interested in making a sale. Customer service is utilized only in this aim. Ultimately everything can be exceptional, and there be a bad Sales Rep, which will make the whole experience go down the drain. Incentivization may need restructuring, but the Reps basically seemed like Car Salemen. One called me bro, after he almost bumped into because he was unaware that he, being on the floor is in the customers area. In customer service, you work there 40 hours a week sometimes, but you do not own the floor space customers. After I thwarted an upsell, the rep was disappointed and turned slightly aggro. Brushed into me while walking by. Mostly the guys were disrespectful, classless (2 of 3 for sure as I dealt with them) lackeys. Ill never go back again, and I am cancelling my cell phone coverage with Verizon. Reception is horrible. Price is $120/month, though I find out they are offering the same for $60 to new sign-ups. Customer service hasnt really fully addressed my full needs or asked the questions that show they care and are trying to help resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.

I went to get two lines Silvia helped me at the beginning she explained everything I trusted with her service I trusted her pure lies I throw my bill I got more than 300 dlls and when I was able to ask her why she came up with a different story I could not be nothing because already signed. I handed over my phones and Melos could no longer return the truth I do not recommend that you go to this place, terrible service
