I love Maricelas positive attitude when helping me. She listened to my needs carefully. Staff are nice and help you feel comfortable. More than that, the store has great frames with good prices. Customer service here is amazing!

My greatest experience ever at any LensCrafters store. Im so impressed: Maricela was so kind and extremely helpful guiding me through the process of getting my new prescription / glasses. She was so happy and friendly despite it being busy in the store at the time of my appointment. Doctor Nguyen was wonderful and patient with me as we worked to get my new prescription together, and she was also very friendly and happy to help. Steven had my glasses ready in less than 15 minutes after having done the sight tests- amazing! I cant believe they were done the same day! Overall VERY happy to have gone in for my appointment today, and VERY happy with my new glasses. I hope to see these same people again the next time I need help. Thank you all! ❤️

After having the worse experience at the Tyler Mall (Riverside) location I came to this location in Orange where I found the BEST employees! Luis was very pleasant to talk to on the phone (even though I was still upset) he handled the conversation very good and I booked my appointment. Then I met Alex who is also outstanding! Vision is very important to me and my family so kindness and good customer service is always appreciated! Definitely Maricela, Alex and Luis made my experience a great experience! I won’t mind driving 20 miles to come to this location! Riverside does not represent LensCrafters in a good way but these people definitely changed my mind.

Thank you for the great service. My daughters got their glasses at LensCrafters. They were able to schedule them for an eye exam right the next day. The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. I came in because my glasses fell and the handle was bent.Stephanie greeted me very nicely and said she could fix my glasses.In less thank 5 minutes, my glasses were repaired and I got new nose pieces too.This was all for no charge!Excellent service, clean and welcoming environment!!

Staff is great and respectful. They are not pushy at all when it comes to getting frames. The doctors there are really nice and informative. Really do a well job in explaining what is going on with your eyes.

This is a long over due review. My family and I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. Every year for as long as I can remember I have been treated like royalty by Marciela and the other staff here. Last year in 2020 the mall was closed for about 3 months and had to direct myself to another location. Their customer service was definitely different than at the Main Place store. Each interaction with the staff has been exceptional and accommodating. Christopher was ever so patient helping me find the right glasses for my face and prescription. I must have tried on 30 pairs of glasses 🤭 we finally found what I was looking for visually, and price wise! This experience today solidifies why I come here year after year. Thank you!

I have had problems with other stores so when my len coatings appear to be coming off I decided to try another one. (Never assume a bad apple ruins the bunch.) So I stopped at the Santa ana mainplace location. Asked them to look at my lenses and let me know the issue.Oh, they are just scratched. (Relatively new and handled with care but scratched.)Always giving the benefit of the doubt and wanted another opinion i walked over to Mainplace optometry. I simply asked what was wrong with the glasses. No other information.We are so sorry, it appears that your coating is peeling off. When did you buy them?I let them know they were not purchased from them (but across the way) and that I was told the glasses were scratched. I thanked them and walked back to lenscrafters.I asked for the manager, she verified she said scratched. Well the other store said that they were peeling, Oh well our tech in not here so maybe. Would you like me to have them look at them?Why?You already sent me on my way when you were not qualified to do so.Why would I trust you now?So, maybe there are a whole lot of bad apples or maybe it is the whole tree that is bad. Either way, Im looking for new glasses that hold up more than 8 months.

I have been going to Maricela for my glasses for a little over six years for my glasses. She knows her job very well, and makes picking out new glasses very easy because she not only tells you what’s the best style for your face, but what glasses she believes wouldlook the best on you. She is very sociable and very kind, and it makes a two hour visit seem like fifteen minutes.I definitely recommend her.

In particular, I’ve always enjoyed having Maricela take care of my parents given their Spanish monolingual background ya que Maricela habla español. Today, I had the privilege of working with Christopher who was not only very professional but also thoroughly informative of the whole process. I truly appreciate their customer service and their warmth that my family has been provided with.

I went in for a repair due to my child consistently pulling my glasses off my face, I went in on a very busy day and Sabrina and Yesenia, took there time to make sure my glasses got fixed, And the best part about it…. All repairs and adjustments are complementary. Wow! Can’t beat that.

I received a new Rx for contact lenses from LensCrafters- Macy’s. I used a trial pair, the lenses fit very well, but I lost one of the lenses the day before a 2-week trip. The Rx is strong, and the office didn’t have another trial pair to offer while I waited for my full order. I stopped into LensCrafters on the other side of the mall, and Dr. Pham gave me a pair of trial lenses, free to charge. I would have been happy to pay, Dr. Pham and her team really helped me out at the last minute. Great, helpful group, I’ll definitely be back for my next check up.

Sabrina really went above and beyond in assisting myself and wife with my insurance and obtaining the best discount on my contacts, I really appreciated all her help. Not a lot of people do that now a days. :)
