Don’t explain and try to get back to you. Bad experience.

I loved this place, everyone was so kind and helpful, especially Maritza !! She helped me pick out my glasses and she was always so kind ! Definitely coming back !

I made appointment here at Santa ana location expecting the worse. The two ladies where super great, professional service. Will be back every year.

Store manager is beyond rude! Lies and is terrible to her employees. I believe her name is Ariana. I will never be going there again. For sure telling everyone I know that they treat you with such disrespect! Doctor is nice but the sales staff.... terrible

Called twice to provide my details and was told my exam is covered in full. Waited 90 minutes even though I had a scheduled appointment. Do t have all the equipment for thorough exam like other places. After my appt they told me I had a charge for my appt and office manager told me if I didnt pay my insurance would bill me. Provide incorrect information to get business

I will admit usually their customer service is not great but, I spoke to David and he was very professional and eager to help me. Thank you, David.

Hours online are listed as til 8 PM. Come in and am greeted. I share I need an eye exam and they’re like ok sure. They have me start filling out patient info form and more than halfway down they ask me, “Is it ok if you come tomorrow or another day?” If I wanted to come tomorrow I’d come then. Specify your hours to reflect when the doctor is in til.

The optometrist is amazing and shes the reason I decided to come back. Just recently I decided try contacts. The receptionist who also happened to be the one who was instructed to teach me how to apply the contacts was no help what so ever. She literally just said, Grab the contact make sure its flipped on the right side okay now put it in your eye. Thank god I had already trailed contacts years past but I cant imagine trying to learn with those exact instructions. I was given the wrong pair of contacts and had to see blurry for an entire week.

I have had great customer service here and I owe it all to MARIA!! Thank you girl you make me feel so welcomed, and although this Walmart is a few miles from my house I Dont mind the drive its Worth it. -Jenny Garcia

Its located inside the walmart next to the mickey ds. Regular eye exam $58.00. Maria at the front desk had great customer service. I walked in and was helped right away. The optometrist was awesome as well.

I visited this place paid for my glasses and my wifes, later I got more bills from them saying that I owe $125.00 more,,,,I had to called them and fought for it,,,at the end the wave the extra charges,,,,,why they lie saying what i ordered was covered and it was not,,,commission???..I am not going back

The guy doctor was extremely rude and doctors office receptionist is clearly under qualified.
