Best Optometry office! Staff has great knowledge of customer service. Detail oriented. This office has great selection of glasses at a great price. Dr takes time with the patient and answers any concerns. Overall service is an A+. Highly recommend to friends and family.

This was my first visit to an optometrist.First impression: clean office and very good COVID safety protocol, courteous and helpful staffDr. Duong was very thorough with her exam. She gave me very helpful recommendations, including at-home care that has been helpful already. She did not push me to do anything. Very kind and professional.It was a pleasant, easy appointment. Much appreciated.

Beautiful, and very clean place the moment you walk in. Welcoming and very nice staff/doctors. This is by far the best optometry place I have came to.The doctor takes her time and explains In detail any small or big symptoms you have. (If any). I have been to only 4 prior to this one, and I have to admit I chose this one because of the reviews that were left . The reviews do not lie; this is a great place with a great variety of non-branded frames to very good variety of branded frames for great prices.I definitely recommend this place. She explained every question I had and helped me out a lot.

Best experience I have had with an optometrist thus far.There are some things that West Eyecare do to stand out from the rest of the crowd.First off, and I believe most importantly, the Doctor really takes her time with you. The biggest issue I have had with other optometrists is how fast they go. I really felt that when the doctor was helping me here, I was not rushed and had time to really tell which lens was the correct one.Another huge plus is the selection they have. To be honest, I have a rather large head and glasses didnt always work with me, but we spent about an hour taking a look at all different brands from Ray Bands, Oliver People, Penguin, and even Jaguar. I was able to find a good selection of glasses that fit on me and was then able to pick out the style I wanted.Last thing that I felt really stood out relates back to the first point a bit but they really take their time with you for everything. The assistant, Diana, helped me for more than an hour with finding the right frames that fit my face.Overall, I had a great experience here. I recommended my girlfriend here and got a pair of Prada glasses that she wears everyday now. I would highly recommend anybody to come here. Personally, I find glasses to be a very important aspect of life, from the fashion standpoint to the improving the your daily quality of life. And with that, it is very important to find a good optometrist, something that I believe they provide here.

Best eyecare place I first came here for an eye infection price affordable Dr. And staff really nice and professional always greeting you with a smile and always there to help. After my heal from eye infection I went for my eye contact exam. Best affordable prices on eye exam and the lenses I really recommend this place. I give it a 💯😊 really satisfied.

My Raybans just came in :) Dr. Le was very helpful in getting me such a great style and enhancements to my lenses such as anti-glare, reflective lenses, green coloring, etc. The shades came in without any scratches and is very comfortable

West Eyecare have the best customer services, Dr. Doung and her staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Dr. Doung takes her time to explain your eye condition to you. they also have a big selection of frames.

My mom took me to West Eyecare for my eyes exam and eyes allergy treatment. Its the best optometry place Ive been to so far. Its clean, modern, friendly and professional. Best of all Dr. Duong made my puffiness/itchiness eyes go away 👁. We will absolutely come back again.

I have never had a more pleasant experience at any medical professionals office than the two visits I made to West Eyecare Optometry. Im only giving them five stars because Google wont allow me to give them more.I had not been to an optometrist in at least a decade. I remember the last time my mother took me, and it was a horrible experience. The optometrist hurt my eyes, the receptionists were rude, and they gave me cheap glasses that took forever to arrive. I was extremely hesitant about going to the optometrist at all because of my previous experiences, but my current job has me in front of two computer screens all day so I knew I at least had to get my eyes checked to make sure they could withstand all that.I was referred here by a few coworkers who swore the doctor was amazing, the customer service was outstanding, and the place was beautiful. I am the type of person who needs to see something like this in order to believe it, even more so because I used to work in customer service, so I took a chance and made an appointment. I requested a time on the same day through MyTime and got immediate confirmation of my appointment.All I needed was my VSP card, my ID, and to fill out two pages of information. I got my eye exam done, throughly and painless, and I swear the only reason I was in the office bugging the doctor and Diana for an hour and a half was because they had way too many beautiful frames to choose from.I am getting so many compliments on my new glasses, and Im obsessed with them. I cant wait until my insurance coverage kicks in again so I can go get that Versace pair that we all agreed was gorgeous.If you want amazing customer service and an optometrist that you can happily and excitedly go to for the rest of your life, this it is folks! Look no further.

I am thoroughly impressed with my experience at West Eyecare Opptometry. Being nearly blind as I am (7.75 right eye and 8.5 left eye), Ive had fair share of experiences with optometry practices. Its important to me that the doctor must know whats the latest and greatest in the optometry industry to offer me the best for my vision. I had a full service check up here to replace my aging lens on my existing frame.(check up on my astigmatism and all) I made an appointment and was seen on time. Dr. Duong was very friendly and explains a lot of the things shes doing while shes performing the exam. It really shows shes knowledgeable in her field and whats the industry leading stuff are. The office is simply amazing inside. It almost felt like Im in one of the stores at South Coast Plaza. Dont let the building exterior fool you! They have frames of all sorts for anyone... top ends like Burbery, Tiffany, Prada, etc to other sports brands like Nike, Ray Ban, Oakley. They even have a section for kids... featuring unbreakable frames! I didnt need new frames, but I did ask for the pricing and it sounds very fair and reasonable for current in-market frames. I would have definitely picked up a pair of Ray Ban if I do need a frame, though. I got my new lens in roughly 2 weeks with all the coatings I wanted, which is expected time for sending to the lab and back. I was so impressed after getting my lens that I went ahead and have Dr. Duong do contact lens for me, too. She recommended some new contact lens manufacturing technology (that smooths out the edges of the lens) to me and I didnt feel the uncomfortable (like dust in my eye constantly) like other contact lenses I used in the past. I am definitely coming back to West Eyecare for all my future vision needs!
