This place is nice. Its spacious and very clean. Location is good and easy to find with plenty of parking in the back. Customer service was great. They were very helpful trying to find anything I was looking for and very knowledgeable with what they had in the inventory. Even helped me verify and sort out the discount prices.Unfortunately, I was here during the store closing sale. Most of their inventory is gone but prices are at 50% off whatever its marked down to so basically you get 75% off the retail price.I didnt know this store existed and wouldve been nice to coordinate with the online store to check out the item in person before buying if they had it in inventory.The online store will continue but seems all physical stores will be closing. I would take advantage of whatever they have left before they close permanently at the end of August 2021.

Great selection of ballet dance items. We have shopped here many times, but they had a long character skirt we were in search of today. Also picked up a couple leotards.

I purchased items for my daughters dance lessons. The staff was helpful as we just had to tell them what classes she was taking and they new the gear she needed. Due to covid, the seats were restricted only for people trying shoes and they were kept clean.

We were in search of a red unitary, leotard, or bodysuit and were coming up empty handed, until we happened upon Discount Dance Supply on a Google search. We stopped at the first one and were so plenty surprised with the helpfulness of the staff and their willingness to help search other stores for what we were looking for without even being asked they found exactly wh a t we wanted in one of their other stores. Upon arriving at the second store at almost closing time once again we were greated by pleasant and helpful staff who went above and beyond to help us. It was such a pleasant and refreshing experience as we had been coming in contact with rude and unprofessional staff everywhere else we had been. I cannot commend or praise the staff at both the Santa Ana store and the Cucamonga store enough. I highly recommend Discount Dance Supply!!! Love you guys ❤️

Ive been there a couple of years ago and just kind of peruised the place, this time I actually went in to buy something. The dance shoes I bought were awesome I wear them all the time I just hope I dont wear them out too fast. The best part is they cost about the same as regular tennis shoes cost. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to dance.

They are very quick to help you in person put when you call them they take forever yo pick up.

The windows were very dark and the building itself didnt look very pleasant. But everything inside was pretty good. The cashier was very unfriendly and it took her 15 minutes to scan 3 items. I hope I never have her as a cashier.

Great place for girls doing dance,ballet,cheer and baton. Items for all from shoes to bags to changing tents. Tights,leotards,leggings and more.

Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable staff. I bought ballet shoes for my daughter and the suggestion by the employee to go one size down was spot on. I still bought the other pair that was her true shoe size (just in case) and after I asked if I needed to return one, she was very polite and said it wouldnt be a problem.

I ordered my daughters very expensive pointe shoes that shes in desperate need of replacing. I carefully checked to be sure they were in stock before ordering and what the estimated ship time was. All seemed in order so I placed my order. Its now over a week later and I began wondering why I havent seen a shipped email. When I pull up my order confirmation, I notice theres something else in ADDITION to the 3-8 business days estimate included on it. It says my item is in stock, available for shipment, but has been downgraded to Ground Shipping and will take 9-12 WEEKS!!!! Insane! And even though its still marked Preparing for shipment in their system, the order states that theyre unable to change (cancel) the order. I have never in all my years of shopping online had shipping changed AFTER I successfully placed an order. And the idea that someone is going to wait 2-3 months for an item that is supposedly in stock is ridiculous! I will be complaining far and wide and letting our dance school know so they can stop recommending them.

I was a first timer at this store and my entire time there I felt uncomfortable and a little discriminated.....being an ethnicity other than Asian or White.....the employees there were not accommodating or friendly at all. It was more like.....ill talk to you...but thats only because its my job not because they genuinely wanted to help, and rushed to get away from the situation. I dont even think they know how to do their job....the cashier didnt ask if everything went well or if there was anybody who helped.....courteous and obvious service that you will get almost any where else. I will say that there was only one person who helped me out....the only other Latina there. The prices are not as cheap as they say they are in the other reviews....would not recommend this store if you expect a helpful environment overall.

After calling in and speaking with a staff member, being told that they had both items which they would put up for me, specifically a plain long sleeve orange leotard and black palazzo pants, that I was looking for for a church performance, driving almost an hour then waiting several minutes un greeted, we get there to find that they did not have any orange long sleeve leotards, but instead they had put a somewhat coral leotard with short sleeves and many mesh areas and a weird pattern, and did not actually carry palazzo pants but that we had to order them. I am going to be late for work, and do not even have my garments that I need to show for it.

This is a great store for anyone who has dance classes and need the accessories to complete their courses.

Went in for Jazz shoes...so helpful! They didnt have the size we needed so they called other stores and got them sent to us in just a couple days!

Cant beat their prices. Purchased tap shoes for my son. Im glad we went in because you really should try on tap shoes before buying them.

One of the cashiers didnt speak to me the whole time I was at the store even while I was at the register. She was also at the door when I left and did not say goodbye. I thought it was very rude.
