I frequently go into this Big Lots. Im in there usually at least once a week. All the employees are very helpful and friendly. Gloria one of the front end cashiers is always upbeat and makes checking out an enjoyable experience. She always has a smile on her face. You can tell she takes pride in her job.

Such a great place to buy good quality furniture but for a great price! We got all our patio furniture here! The customer service is amazing as well. Sonia and Antonio went above and beyond to help us with loading the furniture and paying attention to our needs when looking for the right items. Will 100% shop here again. 5 stars!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE.I looked for 4 different items. Different departments. None of them had prices. There was only one employee available at check out and a long line.How is one supposed to shop when theres no prices on items??Took 10 minutes looking around for assistance. All I got was oh Ill tell them to put the prices.Wouldnt it be more courteous for someone who looks like a manager to say: Ill be happy to assist you?Oh well, youll NEVER see me shopping this place again.

I understand this isnt a high end store but that doesnt mean you dont need to clean the store. The whole store is dirty and the bathrooms looks like it has been cleaned in so long it needs to be remodeled because I dont think it can be cleaned. No soap in the bathroom and bug on the wall. While this place is in shambles 4 employees just stand by the check outs talking and laughing. So sad people dont take pride in their work anymore. And these employees are late 20s early 30s not teens that should have these minimum wage jobs.

I havent been to this big lots since I was a little girl and let me say I will be going back. I do think their store is a little too big for their inventory but maybe thats what makes it seem clean. Lunch time is a good time to go. I had two transactions because I found more stuff on my way out but the first time there was no wait and the second there were only 2 people in front of me. Although the customer in front of me said in the evening the line can get pretty long. But like I said really good experience overall. If you love deals like we all do, come here.This location has constant sales as I am sure most stores do. Store is constantly orderly, not stuff on floors and is well maintained. Wait times can be long nowadays with covid but you will not be disappointed.

I went in for a Patio Set and Ben & Ron went out of their way to make sure that I would get it even though it was sold out pretty much every where and Ron the Manager went out of his way and picked it for me and notified me when it was available for me to pick it up, both were very Helpful and courteous “THANK YOU!!!”

Absolutely the worst service ever if there is a minus reviews I will but minus honestly I’ve got over $3000 furniture they Send the wrong mattress the exchange it I have to pay for the delivery in exchange second one it was defective I still have to pay delivery and exchange another third one it’s more for the bed .And on top of that they said if you exchange it or something wrong with it there is no more warranty even I bought a three years warranty before you buy anything from here make sure you study your options it might be a little bit cheaper but you’re buying junk .

The selection of most items, in my opinion, seem to have gotten better than what used to be available. Prices for food items are still pretty good, very competitive if you compare them to most major supermarkets in the area.The only down side is that Santa Ana increased the sales tax in April this year from 7.75% to 9.25% . So savings may be less than expected.

This location gives terrible effort for customer. Not as Helpful as youd expect during these dreadful times.the term essential should mean something.

OMG the bathrooms! 🤮🤮🤮This isn’t a bad day, week, or month. Putting the graffiti aside, look at the floors, walls.... This is long-term damage.And they even have a push button combination lock on the bathroom doors. Both men’s and women’s were intentionally left open.I’m not even going to bother reviewing the rest of the store.After this I just want to go home.

Lots of things on clearance, but the prices didnt seem super low for a Big Lots.Looked as though they were reorganizing expecting a new shipment to come in and since it is the beginning of September, that probably means that Thanksgiving and Christmas are fast on the way!They already had Halloween stuff, and of course all the regular stuff they normally carry. They had a very nice selection of living room furniture, and looked like a lot of their mattresses were on sale. I will have to check back later.

Big Lots is kind of a little known secret in my opinion. They have good mattresses at great prices. And I had seen a $40 discount coupon online that wasnt advertised elsewhere and that was so great! Just showed my coupon on my cell phone.worked great. I really felt smart!The last time I went I found name brand crackers that can be so expensive for $2 for medium sized boxes. Lots of good deals they dont advertise!

Nice store. Staff and mgmt were helpful and courteous throughout my visit. My only suggestion is that the aisles can be cramped when two shopping carts are in the aisles. But truly love finding some of the items that are not mentioned in the weekly sales ad.

This is a very bad service will never buy another piece from here they cancel my warranty because they sold me a defective mattress and the first time it was too small and now I pay the difference they delivered a new one and it’s too small for the bed

Big lots is a junk store like family dollar with over priced goods everywhere. Not only over priced but old or outdated products. Check labels things are expired. If you like paying 33 to 300% more for things then this is the place for you.

Several Christmas gifts that I havent seen somewhere else and not pricey at all !!

A great place to shop for household basics at bargain prices. Most items meet all the same quality standards as the exact same product at a non-discount store, so it is definitely worth making a part of your regular shopping routine. A few items i find have a watered down quality or dont perform for as long when compared to buying elsewhere, but you still get more than what you pay for and as i mentioned before that is only the case for a small minority of items.

I went in looking for toilet paper. Their shelves were empty. Where exactly do I get toilet paper?

They have a wide variety of items. This place is Way bigger than it looks from the outside. I was really surprised to find that they sell furniture at this place. Also in walking around inside I notice that the price for everyday items is really inexpensive. For example toiletries, cups paper towels. So go ahead and stop on in and try a walk around.

Descent prices, but based on the reviews I just read Im gona check my receipt since it really added up quick. Anyway, didnt like that the 2 woman who work there were taking up the entire toy aisle when I wanted to get my toddler a cool gift. They were so busy taking down old toys and saying negative things about customers being messy they were hovering and made me feel uncomfortable cause I could tell they didnt want me in their way. I ended up going to the other toy aisle and grabbed some junk my daughter absolutely hates cause I felt like I couldnt see the aisle I wanted. Im pretty bummed. Since the other reviews mention outdated food Im now going to check all the dates and return them if they are expired. Ugh

They have a pretty wide selection of items ranging from food to furniture. This particular Big Lots is very messy though, and Im not sure if thats just this one or its a store wide thing. The employees were very helpful and friendly though and it was very pleasing to hear.

Some items didnt have prices and there was no pricing on the shelves.. hard to shop without knowing how much it cost. 😏

Great store, great employees. But know your area and Other stores. Just yesterday, I purchased 5 cheap Steralite goodsized tubs (lids barely snap on to the bins) at Target for $5 each and a Set of (2) smaller bins for $5+. This morning I got an email from Big Lots saying sale on storage bins. So I went in. They are $1-2 More than at Target! The clear plastic with purple handles are on sale at Target for $7 while Big Lots has them for $8+. I thought the whole point behind Big Lots was they were supposed to be cheaper than places like Target. I wound up still getting some good sized bins for $5.50 but still, are they trying to equate themselves to a place like Target? And even when I said something about it (not that Im looking to harp on price matching or anything and I didnt even ask for it Unlike the woman returning an too expensive blanket and talking to 4 different people, expecting a discount because she was honest when she came In with the blanket and didnt try to swindle them out of any money) but it would have been nice to have a deal offered knowing that a place like Target is selling the same items for up to $2 less. But not a big deal. Just word to the wise - check the deals everywhere before you decide Big Lots or any other store has the best deal because thats not always the case. And you Could save yourself some money!

Good news! This location has a parking lot that doesnt see a lot of action. So thats something good! The staff is non-offensive and ask if customers need help (quite often to the same customers, in fact).Bad news... The store can be pretty disorganized, even during the mid morning and early afternoon lulls.

You can find many great deals if youre lucky. It just depends.

Literally the messiest store ever. Everything looks like the outcome of a Black Friday disaster. Staff is also SUPER RUDE. My visit to the store consisted of SARCASM, RUDE TALK, and THE SO CALLED MANAGER WALKING AWAY FROM ME WHEN I ASKED A QUESTION. What kind of bull is that?! Am I even seen as a customer? As long as I live, I will not be going to this hell of a store anymore. Thank you for an awful experience :)

Two unfortunate events on my resent visit.1. Employee using foul language through the store.2. I asked same employee for the price of an item. He told me to go to the cashier and ask overthere . The item was heavy.

I dont understand why they would run an email coupon for online purchases for PICKUP in store, but not allow you to use the coupon AT the store. I mean if you have to go there to pickup your order, anyway, isnt it pretty much the same thing as going there to shop? Only difference is your order isnt waiting for you that THEY had to do the running around for. Makes no sense to me
