The staff right away acts super entitled which is pathetic when as a business you get multiple lines for your own business and this miserable cashiers try to make you feel unworthy of their attention. I feel terrible for their unhappiness but as a business owner my self I feel sorry for the owner of this place. Loosing customers to his or her store because of a couple cashiers with low self-steem is quite sad.

This says on the outside of the building its a Metro PCS official store. However when you read the bill after you got the contract it is a company that basically pays to use Metros name but they are called IIG Wireless.. the issue I had with them is fraud.. my grandfather went in the store to purchase a smartphone. The guide quickly took his card ran two transactions and then proceeded to give him a cheap phone. Now being as witty as he is immediately noticed that it was a POS so he did not want it. He was then told it would take 30 days to refund his money. Well we waited more than 30 days and then contacted Metro PCS customer service their immediate response was to file a fraud claim immediately. They do not have access to IIG wireless files or notes so its quite a game and if you have a choice choose any other Wireless company other than Metro!!!

Worst experience ever!! You are forced to buy a screen protector $15 if not they dont sell you the phone. Also they calculate taxes of 30% when should be 8-9% in california.
