Vons is a one-stop for practically all our needs: Wells Fargo, Red Box, and in-store Starbucks. Love their signature brand of high quality foods such as various icecreams at competitive pricings. Vons is a trusted market place for everyone South Coast Metro. Their manager is very nice ever since he hired me long ago. Never disappointed shopping at Vons great foods especially for all my kitties.

Reasonably priced if you shop the goods discounted through their weekly ads. Keep your eye out for their egg deals. A dozen large for $1.00 cannot be beat in todays economy.

A nice grocery store with a decent deli and nice produce. I was looking for egg roll wrappers and had some trouble finding them, but I asked the lady at the customer service counter and she lead me right to them. It was around 11am and everyone was very busy stocking the shelves and its good to know that they put fresh items out regularly. Thumbs up!

Got my first vaccine and the pharmacy staff from the lady who checked me in, to the pharmacist administering this shot were very soothing, for lack of a better word. I was nervous when I got there but by the end of the 15 minute waiting period I was as relaxed as if it never happened.I appreciated the way they treated me and the others in my vaccine group. I saw for the first time how important these people are and how lucky Vons is to have them working at their store.

Always stocked, produce always fresh, good deli. As close to Heaven as we have on planet Earth. And the store has gotten considerably better since Daniel became manager about 2 years ago.

This Vons does not follow the CDC or the CDPH guidelines regarding wearing a mask. I was at the store yesterday around 7:43pm and I was checking out with Rosabel who was just great. However the young man at the bagging section immediately demanded me to wear a mask. He was extremely irate and very adamant I wear this cloth mask. I explained how I was vaccinated and the fact that I have a serious medical condition and am exempt. He still disregarded my medical condition and I explained I have severe asthma and wearing a mask can cause serious damage to my health and I am medically exempt from any mask mandate. He insisted all his friends with asthma still wear a mask. Now we are entering discrimination to someone with a disability since I also suffer from a mental health disability.I have two different legal grounds that enforce any business to comply with my medical condition. To discriminate, harass and belittle my medical condition as an employee of Vons I need the general manager to contact me immediately. Also, this gentleman threatened me to never come back. I must make aware my cashier was completely fine with me not wearing a mask while she had her mask on behind a large piece of plastic. Someone needs to reach me ASAP to discuss ramifications internally before I have to move this into a legal matter which fortunately I have all documented via body cam video.

Phone clerk was very nice and helpful but cashier did not even great me when he was ringing me up.

Nice employees at this store. The store is very clean and well stocked. They always try to open more checkout stations when lines get too long.

I purchased pork chops with my regular shopping. Opened the package that evening to cook dinner for the family. Was shocked and disgusted to find the pork was clearly spoiled. I took a closer look at the label was even more shocked to find the pork had been packaged up 6 days earlier.I took them back to the store. The manger said they hadnt passed the expiration date. What??? They were spoiled and packaged six days ago!!So I took them home and contacted vons. Spoke to a person who took down everything. No one called me to explain or at least apologize. I called again. Explained again. No one called. I had to call back a third time to get a refund. Still no one called.So it is clear to me that this store does not follow industry standards for watching the food they sell. And they dont care what they sell.Over the past two years I have shopped here, this isnt the first instance of them selling bad food. My kids read the expiration dates on everything. They regularly find that I purchased expired food from this store.Shop at this store at your peril. I will never go to this store again.

Favorite store, always neat and clean, supplies are accessible.

I stopped in to get some chicken, spent fifteen bucks on the big pack, got back home, it was slightly slimy, kinda white inside then when I cooked it up it was ultra chewy, basically inedible. Totally wasted my evening with this.

Cmon man. Its Vons. I suppose as far as supermarkets go, its decent. I havent seen anyone assaulted in the parking lot and everyone was friendly. Could be the shrooms.

My community grocery. The staff is like family to me. Produce is fresh and sweet. Once in a while, we catch Dennis Rodman buying his groceries.

The store itself is okay. What I was really impressed with was Miram in the bakery. She was very sweet and pleasant. We were late getting in a cake order in for my sons birthday. She made it happen. Was super nice about it. The cake was great. All around great customer service

Just got taken on beer they have a clearance rack with single beer marked with $0.50 off so you would assume you would be getting a deal payed for 6 can they are saying 6 can of Miller lite go for $17.95 reg.price then they take off $0.50 per can witch is $9.00 off then the price is $8.35 for six small can then create on top of that I just got screwed can buy a fresh 12 pack of the same beer for $14.99 @reg.price so screw Von they just ripped me off.

Used to be better. Now they have replaced stuff that you see at a gas station but for more of an expensive price.

Great store. I like the idea of pre paparedFoodI will often grab lunch when i m busy.

While at the Bakery counter we were ignored by 3 different staff. When another customer came up they assisted them with their mask down (worker) while coughing and decorating cakes. We immediately left and took our business elsewhere.

I love Vons overall, I always find what I am looking for.

Bad experience, cashier was very rude, I even asked if she was okay. I know that during these hard times we have to stay positive but she wasnt having it. I think, I was the the better person by saying thank you and have a great day.

This store has a lot of things and its really well stocked all the time. I like it because its kept clean and the bathrooms are kept really well also. The people that work there seem to be pretty pretty friendly and knowledgeable as well. Its got a great location with other shopping centers around it.

Closest grocery store to home so we go here, but there is usually always a line at anytime of the day. No self-checkout lanes to help speed things up either!The produce department is lacking compared to other grocery stores, but the hot foods section has really friendly workers and they try to be as fast and efficient as possible.Cool that there is a Starbucks located inside this store.

My favorite grocery store chain. From farm fresh fruits and vegetables, to oven baked bread, pastries and donuts, theres even an abundance of plants and flowers, not to mention an amazing selection of wine and craft beers. Its truly a one-stop-shop.

Well, its my tenth day living in Santa Ana and my son dropped me off at Vons. I was leery to walk back home in the dark but the people and cashiers and other employees of my favorite grocery store made me feel right at home again. Grocery shopping is important to every man, woman and child. I go to Vons because I know I can count on fresh produce, a wonderful bakery and clean aisles full ofquality food. Thanks, Vons!

Join the vons club and get discounted items. They have a hot food section which consist of baked and fries chicken. I always get their fried chicken. Its tasty and very crunchy. They also do freshly made sandwich and hot soup for take away. This grocery supermarket has it all. Their produce is very fresh and price is reasonable. They also have a Starbucks coffee shop inside.

I like shopping at Vons because of their selection and freshness, but I don’t like shopping where the out side doesn’t match the in side corporate needs to step in and do something about the appearance specifically round the front door enternece seriously the walls and floor need to be power washed it’s nasty with grime doo dirty .Also it would make sense to play music in the store for ambiance or at least Vons commercialsMaybe digital TVs in as well make it cool and exciting place to shop

Always well stocked. Stays open late. The staff is always nice. The checkout people have always been very polite even in the later hours. The people restocking the shelves at night will even offer help to find something if you look lost, which is so unexpected and refreshing. Customer service is lacking in far too many businesses these days so I really appreciate it when I see people give an honest try. Thank you Vons Team.
