Quick and easy row access didnt seem clustered together like more ace storms. Still friendly staff as other stores and very helpful without hesitation in location knowledge.

I love being greeted by the person at the checkout when I enter the store. Makes me feel welcomed. I would rather shop in a smaller hardware store as they do have more to see. I usually find a couple extra things as well as what I went for.

Its a large store with a great selection of hardware supplies. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by staff who offered their assistance. I was able to easily find what I needed and Joaquin was very helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely will return to this location.

This store has no air conditioning working! OSHA states that isn’t a comfortable work atmosphere! I can’t stand to go in this store anymore! Owner won’t fix air conditioning unit. Too expensive?? This has been at least 5 years! I go to Home Depot or Lowe’s even Harbor freight. They make shopping cool and comfortable for employees and customers

Ace Hardware is a very good store, us a lot more limited on parts stick than Home Depot, their prices are higher than Plumbing stores, Home Depot, Lowes. But they are in the neighborhood, near by and they have parts for old fixtures and windows that the big stores dont have. Pay them a visit, dont expect too much, but they have helped me a lot on small electrical and plumbing emergencies. Last note, free pop corn everyday, that is plus. Att Jose Sabchez

The young skinny guy who cut a piece of plywood to replace a drawer bottom sold me one that was thicker than the original one I was replacing. Asked him if he was sure it would fit and he said it should, but if I have problems then I can come back. It didnt fit so I brought the plywood back the next day only to be told by the manager since it had already been cut, they could not give me a refund. I wish the original guy who sold me the plywood could have told me that before I purchased it. I was so upset I left their stupid piece of wood there. Well they made an easy $25 off of me

Absolutly the most organized small Hardware store in the city. Parking is ok but small. Prices are slightly higher than big home improvement stores but generally not by much so worth it to get in and out quick. Staff is friendlier than most but dont expect experts in home improvement knowledge but they try.

The store itself is cool, lots of awesome merchandise, higher cost then most stores which I dont mind paying to support small business and not the big box stores, but most every employee Ive dealt with should not be in retail or customer service of any kind, not friendly or personable at all, which dont get me wrong, I understand people suck for the most part, but with a job that you are constantly interacting with customers youve got to at least try and fake being a friendly person to interact with.

This place has been around forever. I remember my grandfather talking about it when I was young and old man Griffin where is always quite nice to me when I was a kid and he was still around. I believe it passed to his wife and then I believe daughter now. Pricing is nowhere near Home Depot youre definitely going to pay significantly more but at the same time the people that work there seem to be pretty sharp and never takes more than a couple minutes to be in and out of the store so I definitely go there quite often if its just for a small item

The employees are very knowledgeable of what they have and of what you might need.

Ace is the best and Griffin must be one of their stars. Its the kind of hardware store where people who insist on quality go. I mean you can buy a screwdriver or a box of nails anywhere but you wont get any junk here. They sell quality merchandise, the selection is tremendous and the employees are what make the difference. They are knowledgeable and are there to help you. Tell them what you are going to do and they will make sure you leave with everything you need to finish your project. No last minute runs to the big box stores because you didnt know you needed a certain washer or roll of Teflon tape. They have the expertise to walk you through any job and youll get better results because you went to Griffin Ace Hardware.

Friendly, helpful associates eager to answer any questions you have and they also stock many hard-to -find, less common items (especially nuts & bolts hardware) that the big-box stores dont carry, albeit prices are somewhat on a higher side.

The few people that work are definitely knowledgeable in what they do. Theyre very polite and helpful.

I gave them 5 stars plus another 5 stars they deserve for the manager John, he went out and far beyond for me. A webber grill that I purchased. He even call his boss and talk to her.He is the kind of guy you want to help you in the store when you need help. Thank you very much John and I will be back to shop and l will tell a friend.

They had everything I needed for an interior drywall repair, and and an exterior stucco patch. I was in and out in less time than it would take to park at a big box store.

If you ever want to feel like a criminal go here. The manager lady totally flipped on me, took pictures of my car and everything. Just for exiting out the wrong door even after I offered her to search my car and myself. She must of had a bad day, even so that is no way to treat a person who walks in interested to buy something.

They are always very helpful here. And they carry a lot of hard to find parts.

Theyve got a friendly bunch there. That wondreful little Asian lady loves her Gorilla Tape a lot. The place is a bit more expensive than the big home improvement giants, but they do get me out of quick jams. Love them.

Went in to buy a screw, one of the worker saw that I was lost looking for it. They were very nice and helped me out. The only downside was that there was only one cashier as the line was getting long. Overall it was a nice and clean place.

When Home Depot does not have it, chances are Ace will. Its a clean and neat hardware store, all customer service people were very nice and helpful, on the other hand, the supervisor is indeed needs to learn to be friendly....
