It was nice just looking at the flowers with my mom. Staff was very helpful and well mannered. Not too busy and I found the kind of flowers my mom was looking for with planter pots and some wild flowers seeds to grow my own wild garden at my house.

Succulents are a bit overpriced in my opinion. But lots of options. Love the garden section.

Not a great Home Depot. Most aisles are blocked with displays or moving equipment. You have to work the maze to get where you need to go. No check stands were open, only self check out, 20 people deep. Be careful in the parking lot because it is almost exclusively construction workers who have little regards for other drivers.

Be careful when buying similar items. I wanted 3 wire shelves (chrome). Had an associate help me. I ended up with 2 chrome and 1 in black. Fortunately I cought it as I was loading them in my truck. Thay fixed the error without any argument, but it was still a major inconvenience.The devils in the details.

This is one of my favorite Home Depot stores. The employees are friendly, and although they dont seem to ever be in much of a hurry, they make up for it with their honesty. Theres nothing worse than being given incorrect directions to the item youre seeking, right? Ive had workers tell me that they honestly: Dont know. HA! That was refreshing. Overall, this store has someone on the ball with ordering stock. They almost always have the item I need. But: the other day when I was there, I asked about the Milwaukee Cordless Scroll Saw,, or what we all call a Jigsaw. The tool guy told me it was strictly online only, that I would have to order it. I walked to the next aisle and found three of them in the cage, and one on display. But this isnt my horror story...that is coming. I cannot talk badly enough about the Riverside Home Depot, the one on Madison Avenue; Okay, I started out at Ace Hardware on Van Buren at Wood Road, looking for two gallons of Fiberglas Resin and some throwaway brushes. They only had quarts, and their price was a whopping 27.95. I told them thanks, but no thanks. Went to the Madison HD and was surprised to find them out of stock on the Resin. I asked if there might be another store locally that had it in stock and was told by a beautiful woman that the Pidgeon Pass Road store in Mo Valley had five. I drove all the way over there, eighteen minutes more onto my trip. When I got there, I found no resin available at all. of any kind! So Im fuming, talking doodoo about HD and generally going ballistic, and someone said theyd find some locally. Deja Vu, right? NFW am I falling for that again, but the girl told me she would have them do a visual confirmation...add another forty five minutes to the trip, Im at Perris Rd. Moreno Valley HD with two gallons of resin. Would you bet on them having any fiberglas? Mat, or cloth? None availble! So I did an entire round trip, and ended up back at the Ace Hardware, where I bought some overpriced Cloth fiberglass, and ended up back at the jobsite only 3.5 hours later than my five minute trip should have taken. I must have looked a buffoon. Anyway, THANKS HOME DEPOT. THE RIVERSIDE EMPLOYEES AND STOCK ORDERING PEOPLE BLOW.

Employees seem to get along and were cheerful with one another. There was a bit of activity. This trip I didnt talk to them myself. But, I was encouraged to use self check outBathrooms are as usual spacious. I do wish we had the option of paper towels especially since the faucets arent motion activated touchlessI expected to see more in the way of lawn/patio/garden furniture or perhaps beach furniture and canopies during this season. Chairs, tables, umbrellas. I was also looking for shelving which were limited option.I was also looking for natural insect repellent. Spray, powder, or even plant based.I always check out electrical supplies and toolsSome aisles were blocked for a bit longer than expected with no apparent reason

It was my first time buying paint and I didnt know anything about the process and Rick was very helpful and knowledgeable about what paint I needed for my project even helped me with every other item I needed. This is not the closest home depot by my house but Ricks customer service was amazing that my project came out so good that Ill continue to come to this store instead of the one near my home

The hand tool aisle is conveniently close to the entrance. On 3/11/21 I noticed that the handicap sign poles are now encased in concrete, fattening them up to be too wide for most bike locks to fit around them ☹️ I will not be returning unless a bike rack is installed or I have an emergency need to buy tools for bike repairs.

I was walking around the gardening section and it was supper tough trying to find a good feeder for my plants. It be amazing if you guys could do samples of fertilizers and foods impact on plants so I can see what works best. Also I found some beautiful flowers I will be returning for today cause today’s pay day and I like to spoil myself! Every time I have some extra money I love to buy flowers from you guys however I had to go to a hydroponic for food for my plants cause their a little more informative. If you guys could set samples it’s be amazing so I can judge which is best for my flowers! Also the girl yesterday was supper helpful on finding the best flowers!!!!

Stephen was a great help in finding me what I needed. He went above and beyond checking the computer and walking the aisles. I certainly didnt expect him to go so out of his way to assist me. Good customer service is hard to find and I was very impressed and want to commend him for making it such a pleasant shopping trip.

The Home Depot no longer has fair prices. They have marked up the price on paint from $9.99 to 19.99 per quart. Materials like wood has been marked up $20% above regular price. They should change the the name to The Ripoff Depot. They are no longer my hardware store of choice.

If I could give zero stars I would. The manager, Bob, was entirely unhelpful and rude. My original house key was damaged by their key copying machine; nor were the 2 copies made useable. A Home Depot employee, came to my home, and verified this.Nevertheless,the manager refused to compensate me for the cost of having keys remade and the cost of having my lock/doorknob replaced. This was after a 5 hr wait to see him. I wasted an entire day for what was supposed to be a quick errand.

Probably the best Home Depot Ive ever been in. I live in Garden Grove but avoid that location due to the lack of customer service and miserable employees. Id rather drive out of the way to to go to a different location. Im glad I did!!! So many friendly and helpful employees, especially Jessica Ritchie. She was so informative and told us about all the services home depot has for home remodeling installations. I will definitely be looking into that more thanks to her and will do my shopping at this location from now on.

Its gotten better but theres still times where I cannot find An associate to help me find an item, when there is like 3 loss prevention ( fake customers) fake shopping an arms length away in the same aisle.

It was nice to seem to be handling the pandemic pretty well they had everybody lined up outside there’s apple shade I got them pretty quickly I was able to get my items and get out within a timely matter usually Home Depot it is what it is you’re going to a hardware store or what not and well you know the drill but in this uncertain time it was a pretty pleasant experience .
