This is the place where I fell in love with mangoneada... sooo delicious. Even after trying versions elsewhere, I prefer here because there seems to be an added lime/citrus accent that rounds it out better than anywhere else. Guava ice cream and popsicles are the best. Actually everything is good. Occasionally depending on the staff available, I have had to practice my spanish since not everyone understood english well. But thats honestly not an issue since you can just point at what you want, and they have always been welcoming.
They have a great variety of ice cream. Check out their flavors. Specifically the fruity pebbles one 🙂.They have mangoniadas too.
One of the best ice creams you can get. It has a rich and creamy flavor. They have so many to die for.
Small mom and pop shop. The ice cream is very good. The lady was a little too distant for me. She kept staring at my kids. I think she even wiped where my kids touched the counter. We were trying to decide and she kept acting like we were wasting her time. She didnt make any suggestions. Prices are high. 2.00/2.50 depending on if you choose water based or milk based ice cream for the ones on the stick.
I really enjoy the Raisins & Carrots but all other Flavors are Great too, Martha is very helpful 🙂⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recommend 100% this ice cream place because is clean that ice cream is really good the Popsicles and everything my kids love it
Drove from San Diego to pick up some of these amazing treats. It was well worth the drive, and I even brought some back home with me in a cooler.
This little paleta shop is hidden like many people on here say. There is a variety of paleta flavors that range agua and milk. There’s even some unique flavors that you wouldn’t even think existed! I really recommend the chocolate covered pallets, these really gave me nostalgia about Mexico.
Awesome ice cream of many flavors not commonly found in most stores!
Like going to this place at least once a week with my kids. Staff is always welcoming
This place is hidden in the back part. It is very clean, and its walls are decorated with appealing and inviting colors that make you want to check it out the inside. There are many different flavors to choose from and have the prices displayed on the wall near the entrance. Very refreshing ice cream. Besides ice cream they have different treats like Esquite🌽, and banana splits🍨, water frozen pops,🍦ice cream & on some frozen pops you can see the actual ingredients like cut up strawberries 🍓or whole oreo cookies in the cookies and cream pops, they also sell chips and drinks. There are seats available and a small bench plus the seat for a toddler/infant my two year old still fit in it and ate his strawberry ice cream happily. Customer service was okay it could be better but not every business needs to have a super cheerful Happy employee, they answered questions when asked basically. It was a calm environment. You definitely want to go back and check out the rest of the ice cream popsicles. There are coffee flavor popsicles and ice cream, I ate chocolate ice cream and it tasted far less sweeter than the average chocolate flavor that is Rich in sugar yet it was still delicious and fresh. My two year old had strawberry ice cream and his dad chose Pistachio and Rompope ice cream. The younger female employee served us, her customer service was not awful or rude but wasnt very engaging and that is probably what upset people, it wasnt awful customer service though. There are seriously a variety of flavor ice cream popsicles / water flavors . I would go back.
Do not go here the ice cream was nasty and rude service
I love this place bcz is clean and Paletas and Ice Cream are fresh...also is so clean ..
Its expensive we got 2 paletas And icecream total was $ 11 Id rather go to la michoacana the paletas there are cheaper
This place is kind of hidden in the back and within a plaza. Youll have to turn into Commercial Street to get to the parking lot and then walk into this hallway in the plaza to get to this store.Very mom & pop and they were playing the World Cup final today :) There are 4 display cases of goodies, 2 filled with the paletas (popsicles) and 2 filled with ice cream.I originally wanted a Fruitas Tropicales paleta but they ran out! So I went with a Pistachio ice cream on sugar cone instead. It was DELICIOUS. Its hard for me to find really good pistachio ice cream since most of the time it tastes fake. But this had generous chunks of pistachio and it wasnt too sweet at all! Definitely a fan.My foodie partner tried the Fresas con Leche ice cream cone (Strawberry w/milk) and he said it was really good too. I tried a little and it was good but I definitely liked my pistachio better.I also sampled their guava ice cream. Really guava-y but would probably be too much for a whole cone. They allow ONE sampling only. :PDefinitely a fan!$2 ice cream cones$3.50 waffle cones$1.75 paletasAnd they have various banana splits and frozen chocolate bananas
Amazing ice cream and desserts
The cashier was super rude & the ice cream is terrible
Yummmy !! But very expensive!
Good but to expensive
I love this place
This is the worst customer service ever
Good
Very good service and delicious the mangoneadas and paletas
Very good ice cream and popsicles with the original recipes from Mexico
It is a good place, its snow is very good and also all its pallets.
The best paleteria !!! This is the authentic Michoacán, the rest are garbage!
For starters it is the best paletería I know, its flavors remind me of my childhood, I recommend it to everyone.
Today we went to buy snow and the truth is that I was very disappointed because for the price I paid the scoops gave me half one of the employees even with a bad attitude. They are selling !!! They are not giving anything away. To make them so. The place is very clean and there is no complaint. Be kinder and sell the right portion. For that you are being paid.
The best
