I sent in my Nissan crank for nitriding and they were great with communication and service. The owner went as far as to contact me to verify that I even needed the service that I was requesting. Thanks for the customer service that in this day and age is fleeting.

This is a very specialized shop.David and his crew have done dozens of custom modified race cranks for us over the years. The workmanship is the best in the business! Davids crankshaft work is the cornerstone of our Championship winning race engines. Do not expect a fast turnaround if you are counting pennies😁

Very poor customer service and attention to detail. This place has grown to big with poor employees. Be aware before sending anything to them cost and time! They will tell you one thing and do another and very unorganized.History.Spoke to David the owner about a HAYABUSA crankshaft repair on July 17th and was told it would be a 3 week turn around time.Crank arrived on July 25th.Crank was shipped August 31. (4.5 weeks later)Crank arrived September 5th but they forgot the flywheel!!Called David on September 5th and he stated it was an error and that he would ship it to me next day air and have it tomorrow September 6th.No flywheel as of September 7th. Called David and he didnt have a tracking number and that I would need to call back when his wife arrives. its after noon and still no flywheel I call and speak with Davids wife who is lost and knows nothing about the flywheel she has no tracking information and that I need to call David and HANGS UP on me!Be aware of this company!
