Extremely bad customer service and would not suggest buying any products from Duplo. Still dealing with an issue that has taken over 5 months now to address. Sad as they do have good products.

Our company recently purchased the 616 slitter/cutter/creaser and it is one of the best equipment purchases we have ever made! We love the customer service that Mimi Palomo provides, she is really on top of every question and same day service when we need it!
