Please do tell me why this store is making business? Pay attention to the reviews, they are there for a reason. Why would a company who is only helping a certain group of people still be allowed to do business. You sit and wait 45 mins to get help and the little squirrel behind the counter is in her own little world dealing with her own favorite things to do NOT helping customers. She avoids helping and ignores customers. Get a job at home if you don’t know how to work with people.

I finished what needed to be done but staff were very rude, very little to no customer services skills.

Vanessa provided me with excellent customer service at the print area! I am super impressed by her professionalism and calm demeanor as the area was very busy upon my arrival. Dont even bother with store side pickup items unless you want your time wasted. I purchased something that I wanted that same day and it said that they had it in stock and I got the email 10 minutes later saying they dont have it in stock and that I would have to switch to the delivery options which just makes it even more difficult because I bought it as guest. Or I can have my money back in 2 days. And heres the real kicker if I tried to get it for delivery instead it would charge me again either way. Ridiculous. No thank you.

Nice location, nice staff...they do a nice job at this store. This trip didnt yield the two items I was looking for but the associates were helpful in looking. Great website and the 5% back for members is a nice perk.

Advertises as a ups but doesnt offer any of the shipping options of a ups. No ground shipping, no Amazon drop off.

I just got transferred to a new location and as a result started to go to this location. I was worried about not getting the same help and customer service as I did in the previous location I used to frequent for over 4 years. I was very glad to find employees that were very helpful and managers that went the extra mile to help me with the needs of my business.Thanks for making it easy :-)

Great person that helped me... so nice and tried to help. But.. Can sure see why stores are closing down. Will never go back to Staples again if I can help it. Price match is a joke and in many departments they only carry Staples brand.

Went in to get short mailing tubes and they only have one length and a very poor selection at that. I do not recommend this place. they have an entire aisle of Febreze and baby supplies yet not more than one size of mailing tubes, this is pathetic. They have more coffee grounds selection than they do shipping supplies. What a joke!

Asked me to come back in 15 minutes for help printing some photos. When I came back in 15 the person was no longer working and the new person told me they couldnt help me and that I would have to go somewhere else. Pretty useless staff.

Lorena at the copy center gave more attitude than customer service. It was rediculous that something that should of taken less than 5 minutes turned into an unwanted experience due to laziness and lack of good customer service skills. At least the person that came to help us because she refused to give us help gave us a dollar credit. Even as we walked out she was a smart mouth

It was weird, that I asked for one-single sided black and white copy and the clerk said for me to leave it and that it would take one hour. There was no line at the copy counter at all. Then the same clerk walked over to the self-coping machine to help people with their prints and they where not even asking for help, what the heck was that???? It would have only taken her a couple of seconds to sale me the copy. It was clear that she was not busy, since she had time to go help the people that were NOT asking for help !!!

The worst customer service I ever received in my life. Came here to get 12 color copies made waited over 45 minutes while I was being helped in between other customers. I was here waiting patiently and was told they were trying to take care of customers that was picking up orders in between my order. Just wondering what was I considered???? Then went to have a conversation with the store supervisor or manager Danny who was VERY RUDE and act like it was no big deal. And all he could do was say sorry. Well sorry it is I will be filing a complaint with corporate. I use Staples at home for my business never again will I visit this location.

As a recent former manager for staples, I know how it works in the copy center trying to complete orders, my associates would either help a customer at self serve or call me for help if a customer needed it. Today I went in to print a document to get it printed then scanned back to my email. I had to wait several minutes since all 3 of their machines were being used, 2 of which had stressed looking customers that kept looking at the associates but were being ignored. Being very familiar with this process, I quietly helped the customers get their stuff printed. When it was my turn, i got my document printed easily but had issues with scanning. After trying a few times I sought help from the young Asian man with the glasses, explaining what was going on. Without even looking up from the machine he was at, he told me to just try again. The lady that was also working back there didnt offer any help, in fact, she looked annoyed that I interrupted their conversation. I thanked him and walked out.

Garrett, one of the sales people was great. I walked in to staples needing a modem and router(dont know about either) and he asked what I wanted to do with it. I let him know I wanted to stream movies and videos. He told me whats was a good choice for that amd the range or the wifi. He also explained to me what N and AC are. I came out with Netgear D600 modem +router for only $100 bucks. I am very please with my purchase and like I said, Garrett was great. I will definitly shop at that staples again. O and one more thing, Garrett helped me along side with two other people in a very timely manner.

The girl or lady or whatever her name is in the fax printing area and etc. Please some classes on customer management as well as attention and service to said consumers since it has more important things like calling by phone than helping people who do not understand how to operate the machines and you go to it because it is the one who knows and With arrogance and a bitter face, he swears that he attends to you, a bad example to your establishment.
