I purchased with them a duo of B/W and color cartridges.Color item is not firing the ink.At last I think the color cartridge is empty, so the printer is rejecting it.I sent to them an email: no answer, no phone call.We are in a similar business, but we do not treat our customers as. Even for 25 bucks of merchandise, we put call to know if everything is fine and to cement a commercial relationship. Its the first time we buy with them. I care my money and I want the servicefor 5 bucks or 25.000.

Ripoff service. Bought 2 Hp60xl color and 2 60xl black. All trash. Im guessing repackaging emptys. All were empty. My guess is they are forging the packaging and selling used empty cartrudges.
