I love coming to Collen Elizabeth Salon & Spa! Colleen and her staff are so professional and friendly. They always take the time to listen to any issues you may be experiencing with your skin in order to provide you with a custom service and overall great experience. This is a very clean spa and they always make sure that you are comfortable while receiving your services. Colleen also has great products for your skin and can make recommendations of which products will work best for your needs. I highly recommend anyone who has not been here yet to make an appointment and check out this hidden gem. You wont be disappointed.

I went to get a demi-set of eye-lashes for the first time. Jenn was super nice and made me feel very comfortable. Also the front desk person was very friendly and polite. I never felt anything when Jenn put the lashes on. Her hands are steady and gentle. Im still getting used to the look and Im not sure if this would be a long-term solution for me, but if you already get eye-lashes, I highly recommend coming here and asking for Jenn.

Im hooked! Victoria does a wonderful job doing my eyebrows, both shaping and coloring, and once I tried a total face was, Im a regular there!!Victoria is also very sweet and respectful, has good information on skincare. Try her - youll feel good and leave feeling like you look prettier!

Was beyond disappointed with the service and experience and this unprofessional spa. Facial was a 5/10 no extractions were done, not relaxing what so ever, to much noise, it felt very rushed. I was given a gift card during the holidays, as I was paying the gift card came up as 0 balance and the receptionist who helped me was extremely unprofessional with her tone and the way she spoke to me, I am the client and customer I should not be getting questioned or given attitude. I asked to speak to the manager she was not in that day and I did not receive a call until 2 days later. Over all the way the situation was dealt with was extremely poor and unprofessional. I will never go back and DO NOT recommend for anyone to waist there time there. I have been in the medical field for 6 years and have excellence is customer service.

I highly recommend. I go there for all my waxing and I wouldnt go anywhere else, every one of the girls Ive had have done the waxing quicker and more painlessly than any place Ive been to before. They give excellent customer service - professional and personable, and the salon is gorgeous inside, and extremely well maintained.

Was so disappointed by my facial and overall experience. I went in to get acne extractions and a facial and had ZERO extractions done after I asked multiple times, was lectured by esthetician, and given products that made my face break out! Facial was cut short and was the least relaxing experience ever! Would not recommend to anyone!

Best Spa for eyebrows and the best massages. If you have an issue with a muscle or a pain, treat it with Kim, or just to relax and enjoy yourself the best way is a nassage with Kim! If you want to look good and want to have the best service and to have it all done regurlatly every month this is your place! Cool!

First time getting lashes and it is s disappointing. They lashes only stayed on for 4days. After this they began to fall off.

Their eyelash system is very good for me. On the other hand I cant say much. For the wax I go to do it in Carpinterìa where I live. Beauticians are always courteous.
