Rite aid is notoriously bad for allowing customers to open and use makeup and put the makeup items back on the shelf without buying it. Several times I have bought makeup and realized the product has been opened and used or halfway empty. I’m tired of buying used products and will be buying my beauty products from cvs from now on. Cvs is better at monitoring the beauty section and actually securing the beauty products so that disrespectful shoppers don’t tamper with product

Amazing store workers there are very politely & always greet you when you walk in, every time I go everything seems to be in order & find what I’m looking for would definitely recommend this Store.

Long lines, understaffed, pharmacy often missing prescriptions.

Sure they always seem to have a line at the front registers and their restrooms are no less than disgusting... however the pharmacy staff is beyond awesome in comparison to most. Especially Brian who always remembers my name and goes above and beyond to help me, check in with me and apologize if my prescription is taking longer than usual while always maintaining a smile and a caring, friendly attitude. The other staff are always friendly too Im just having a harder time remembering their names. Plus you can always walk right next store to use the pristine Trader Joes bathroom if need be. ;-)

Theres a person there that doesnt seem to be very happy with their job her name is tatiana unfortunately she doesnt realize that shes one of the phases of the store. When she was asked to come to the cashier she couldnt have moved slower when she was asked for directions she delivered them as if you were stupid for not knowing where things are.

Excellent customer service.

I received phone messages saying that prescriptions were ready, so I went to the pharmacy counter to pick up prescriptions for my brother and myself. I gave my brothers name first and the clerk could not find the prescription. Finally he appealed to a co-worker who said, Check under the other name...the prescriptions are probably together. I pick up my brothers and my meds all the time, but is it a good idea to put them under my name only? What if I was sick and needed to send someone else to pick up my brothers medication?

One thing that I have noticed about Rite Aid is that to all the ones Ive been to, there seems to only be one cashier. If its extremely busy then there may be two. Upside is the beer is low priced here!

I shop at this Rite Aid all the time. They even know me there. I went to the DMV on Tuesday to get my new CA Lic. So they stamped out the year of my experation on my old out of state card. They gave me a signed DMV official temp. paper (Inerem Lic.) that we all get when we get our new cards. The DMV and any other franchise recognize this at a lagit I.D. form until you get your card in the mail. NOOOOoo. Rite Aid doesnt. Are you kidding me? This is a silly and over reactive policy. I like the cashiers there. (Well most) I cant believe how embarrassed I was looking back at the long line. CHANGE YOUR POLICY!
