Just bought a Full Sized Futon on Tuesday, they delivered & installed it on Wednesday. We special ordered the Cover, & that was available on Thursday. Great service all around, I asked a million questions, Jack the salesperson was very informative & confident. Tony the delivery guy was fast & efficient. He was also thoughtful about the space, & respectful by cleaning up all packaging materials when he left. I definitely recommend this place. Great Prices, Free Delivery. Thank you! 😃

I was in a tight spot- moving into a new house with no furniture at all and needed a bed delivered. Peter took advantage of my desperation and charged me $2,200 for a mattress that generally retails for around $700 (The Maxim Greystone #3). He even said the mattress normally retails for $3,000 and that he had specialized the mattress with customized features. I confirmed with the company that they do not add custom features. Long story short, Peter scammed me out of about $1500 dollars. Im putting together a class action suit under the California Unfair Practices Act which prohibits businesses from engaging in unlawful, unfair or fraudulent acts such as this. Thanks!

BUYER BEWARE!This shop follows a strict all sales final policy. I found out the hard way. I made a purchase for a reclining chair by credit card, with my salesperson, Shaun.. The chair was scheduled to be delivered to my home in two weeks, as a surprise birthday gift. However, I was not completely satisfied by the chair I had chosen. (The in-store choices were very limited, and this one felt flimsy and uncomfortable, and looked used.) Two days later found a much nicer reclining chair at a different shop in town. I immediately returned to the Santa Barbara County Sleep Shop to void my purchase. The chair was still on display, nothing had been changed, not even the tags. To my surprise, Peter, the sales person who was there, refused to deal with me, saying he was a former lawyer and that the receipt stated all sales final I returned later that day to deal with Shaun. Shaun was willing allow me to return the chair, but only with a $45.00 restocking fee charge to my credit card.If you do make a purchase at this store, MAKE SURE you are 100% satisfied before you hand over your credit card!

Purchased a mattress and fabulous adjustable electric bed here a few years ago. Just got a recliner chair. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices.

We had ordered a trundal bed and they told us we would get it 2-3 days and it didnt happened two weeks passed by and they called us saying our bed would be delivered at 12 pm and it was mixed up and then the next day they called us saying we would get our bed 12 or 2 and we never got it and then we wanted our money back and we called and went it and they wouldnt give our money back and so they said we would get our bed either monday or tuesday and that didnt happened so now they say we are getting our bed tomorrow, so we will see but i recommend to not buy anythingv from this place! VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!
