Keith at iCabinetry was so helpful and made the process of remodeling the kitchen in our new fixer-upper house a better experience. Last year doing a remodel during Covid was a challenge to say the least. The cabinets were timely and great quality for the price point I needed.Even now, 9 months later, Keith is doing a great job getting me information so that I can stain match some additional trim I am now putting up.

Note that this review is just for the design part of cabinets; we havent yet received the final product. BUT, for the design part and the service so far, iCabinetry is great! We worked with Margaux and she was wonderful throughout. There were a few points of miscommunication/confusion, but she was quick to give a call or an email to clarify. And, she was very patient throughout our first cabinet design process.One other quick note--this is not (to my knowledge) a physical location, i.e. dont show up here hoping to talk to someone in person! We did that and were very confused. Just go online and give them a call!

It was difficult to order cabinets without being there in-person, but with the great team and customer service provided our cabinets turned out beautiful with few minor glitches upon installation that were immediately addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. Nasty company, was looking to open an account with them and they were questioning my interest level for not applying to anything with zero information. Once questioning the information i was given, the rep Shea became combative and aggravated. Will be taking my business elsewhere for obvious reasons.Edit: Yes it is real, talk about a lack of professionalism.

Consultation on bathroom cabinet design was good and detailed. Ordering and followup were superb. I had one small cabinet issue that they resolved quickly. Just a great experience all around!

I had a great experience working with Keith. He was kind, competent, timely and very patient with me as I changed my mind many times during the design of the kitchen for my studio. His suggestions and encouragement were invaluable. My kitchen (and bathroom cabinets) look beautiful and I couldnt be happier both with the final product and with the process.

Met with Keith and he was very helpful in assisting me to pick out the cabinets. The cabinets were delivered as promised. I wished I would have thought it out a little more. After I received the cabinets, I realized that I didnt request lazy susans, and slide-out shelves.

Unfortunately we did not have the 5 star experience iCabinetry was rated. We ordered custom cabinets for our shallow bathroom with Jack and Jill doors. We told them we had exactly 19 inches of depth available to work with. When the cabinets arrived they were a finished 20 inches. Rude customer service told us that was what we ordered after we asked how the situation could be remedied. We are clearly not professional cabinet designers - how were we to know that the cabinet depth does not include doors? This should have been communicated clearly, or the professionals should have considered our initial email stating we had 19 inches of depth to work with, and calculated that with the doors, the cabinets should be 18 inches. So now, we are stuck with cabinets that are too deep (our doors couldnt open if we installed them). We have had several contractors come look at the cabinets and most seem to think that would be a terrible idea to shave off any parts of the backing as it would ruin the integrity of the cabinets. We were told we could have $300 from iCabinetry to fix it (I can only assume they knew that would be a fraction of the cost to fix them - they are the professionals, after all). One contractor told us he charged 56$ per hour and it would take 8 hours ($448), but when the quote came in it was for the work of 2 people at 56$ for 8 hours (aka, double). We feel cheated and scammed by this company, and they could not make us say we were satisfied with $448 more quickly. After new information, $448 is not nearly enough to fix their screw-up, and would leave us with ill constructed cabinets. To sum up, this company doesnt care much about their customers satisfaction, and would pretty much try anything to avoid taking blame from something that was obviously their fault. Also, it is nearing April and we began our communications with them last October.

My experience designing a kitchen with Margaux Bangs at iCabinetry Direct was positively excellent! Margaux is a gem! She is knowledgeable, patient, accommodating, flexible, supportive and just a pleasure to work with. She gave her full attention to even the smallest details of the design and appearance, and stepped into the vision of the unique kitchen space I wanted to create. I have been working on a full home renovation project for 14 straight months, and have a serious case of decision fatigue. But Margaux made the process easy and actually pleasant! I had honestly worked with 3 different kitchen companies over the course of my 14 month (and counting!) remodel before finding iCabinetry and Margaux. It is a testament to both that I was able to quickly finalize my design and place my order. I can not wait for the cabinets to arrive, and for my kitchen to finally take shape! We ordered Starmark Cabinets from Keith and his team. Design help and service were fantastic! At first I was concerned about packaging, as experiences with common carriers have been less then pleasant. WHen the order arrived, I was on hand to oversee the unloading. We had zero damage in 35 pieces, the packaging was freighter proof. Cabinets are of AAA+++ Quality just as Keith had promised. We could not have been lore pleased with the whole experience.

Keith did such a wonderful job in finding cabinetry for me and helping me find what I needed and how to make it fit. He walked me through everything from the measuring to what would work for us. I sent him measurements and he sent me back wonderful detailed drawings and 3D views so I could see what it would look like. He was so friendly and very knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff. He made it a very comfortable, user friendly experience. You dont need to be there at his place to make it work. We did it remotely and are thrilled with the results! We worked with the iCabinetry team for a remodel of our 1907 Edwardian in San Francisco. Cant speak highly enough about their responsiveness and collaborative approach as we worked through our project.
