I went here a few weeks ago but forgot to leave a review. I feel obligated to do so because I LOVED this Lush. Employees were helpful without being overbearing or pushy. I get crazy bad anxiety when salespeople follow me around. I felt perfectly comfortable in this Lush store; its my favorite one.

I ordered one of their facial moisturizers online for pick up and received an email letting me know it was ready and what I could expect when I went to go pick up.I called before heading over to ask for samples of two other moisturizers. Not only did they have that ready to go, I also got a 3rd sample + a free body soap! Such a pleasant surprise ❤️

We do not have a LUSH store in my hometown, and I had never been in one before... we go to Santa Barbara often and I always pass by Lush to get to another one of my favorite stores... it always smells so good! This time I thought, Im going in! went in just looking for a bath bomb maybe and the store clerks were so helpful! Explaining different products and what they have tried. They werent pushy at all. Bought a few bath bombs and a bubble bar. Ended up coming back the next day and buying more! I am hooked on the Sex Bomb and cant believe I went that long without knowing what LUSH was all about!

I do really like some of their product but others are not so great. I went in here just to look around and the employees would not just let me look. It would be one after another asking me questions and then explaining what the product I was looking at did. Just a little too clingy.

My daughter celebrated her 15th birthday here with an after hour party where she and her guests received facials, made a bath bomb, and shopped.
