I have enjoyed talking with the owners every time I walk in. They are friendly and helpful, thoughtful and reasonable people. When I was interested in playing a few of their instruments, they didnt hesitate to let me, finding all of the necessary parts.I never would have walked in if it wasnt for the Christmas Wheel of Fortune sign. I went in to give it a spin most days over the course of two weeks or so, and accrued enough gift cards to buy this excellent travel-sized soprano ukulele entirely with the value of the gift cards. Their friendliness and generosity definitely bought lots of goodwill from me. Im betting there are more in the community like me who feel the same.Keep up the great work, guys!
Zero stars. Jaime and the crew at Santa Barbara Loan and Jewelry commit sales fraud. Avoid this place at all costs.
I went to this store and I wasnt expecting a lot but I was really surprised when I walked in. Customer friendly, not pushy and fair. Not only did they pay me cash for my jewelry, but they also took the time to explain the the value for the amount. Great place will be going back.
Great service. Reasonable prices. Great location. I would recommend a visit.
I went in trying to sell my professional grade brand new 48 inch blacklight 8 set and had originally bought each for $52 per bulb and they did there research found it for that price and still tried to have me sell it to them for $5 each cmon Im a business man too they must of thought I was oblivious and or desperate I am neither so I respectfully declined there offer and walked out people honestly dont waste your time theyre gonna try and scam you goodluck
Excellent Customer Service, Best Loan Prices on instruments . I would recommend anyone to this place. AAA+++
Great experience the people are friendly helpful and very accommodating I would recommend a visit if you need cash take in your stuff and they will make it worthwhile.
Phenomenal service and extremely helpful with helping me and answering all questions. I would highly recommend them.
I was treated very poorly there by a man named Jaime (pronounced Hymen) who tried to rip me off when I was pawning my jewelry there. It was an emergency. My dad was dying and I was trying to get a bit of extra money together to visit him. This place is the last place youd want to go and is very scummy inside. The amount of money he offered me was a joke.
You know, when the owner Woody Trout gives himself 5 stars, it says volumes.
NOT a good experience at all these guys run a shady business the mexican guy doesnt know the value of anything and couldnt sell a taco to one of his family members!!! I would not recommend a visit there!!!
One of the best retail gems in Santa Barbara..!
