Customer service was 5 ⭐, I would still recommend this place because it has soooooo much variety! I wanted one of each 😅 the only reason why I didnt give it the 5 starts was bc I got very little cheese n toppings on my esquites, also very little chamomile n chili on my fruit. It wasnt enough for the generous portions sold. So I had a lot of corn with no cheese, mayo or chili and my fruit had very little chamoy, salsa and toppings. If you are looking for a frozen pop or paleta de hielo, this is your spot! I have to go back to try out all their delicious flavors. I had never seen ice cream or paleta de Bubulubu 😍, chocolate abuelita, cajeta or gansito 🤤🤤🤤 highly recommend this place bc of all the variety of items and flavors!

Awesome ice cream place with a big variety of flavors you dont find other places. My kids love it and we all find something different to try each time. Well worth the stop!

The food was impeccable! Great amount of food for the price as well. The staff was so helpful- we unfortunately do not speak any Spanish but they were so patient and so kind with us. i recommend the watermelon, coconut, pineapple, and cucumber with tahin and chamoy.

Horrible i have purchased fruit all the time but its been a while since I’ve gone.... i always had gotten fruit and its always been full to the top where it barely closes awsome for the price. This time i went the fruit was not even filles half way according to the gal there “the bosses said to do it this way.” $8 not worth it at all!

I ordered a Dracula juice...was terrible...paid $8.50 for mostly celery a hint of beets and old oranges no carrots...i will not go nack to this place... so overprice and terrible service...

They have something for everyone. Delicious ice cream. They have freshly made fruit bars. You will love it.

Great place but last night i walked into the store and an employee was making out in the corner with her boyfriend and just all over eachother. It was gross. Please let your employees know that is not a good look on your store. Ither than that the food i great there.

I went to buy an apple stuffed with tamarind and I found a womans hair 🤢 on my plate, this happened in Milpas. The truth is that they have poor service, the employees spend their time talking to each other and ignore the clients, they have to improve the service and whenever I go they never have what I ask for, it seems that they do not want to serve the clients.
