I was impressed. Bill handled my situation with my very new SUV with professionalism. This was done during supply chain issues but these issues were resolved in a timely manner. I recommend this body shop and if you do use them, you should get Bill to handle your situation. He is very responsive and knows what he is talking about. Was Anderson Behl repair when whey did an excellent job 15 years ago repairing and repainting the LR of my 50 year old classic - so recently gave them a call to repaint the engine lid. They said they wont work on older cars anymore. Sad, appears their buyout of AB last summer went the corporate profit way.

Went to Anderson Behel based on the recommendation of Stevens Creek Subaru and a few other people recommended them. Took my BRZ there to have the back bumper resprayed and fixed since it was side swiped. They did a fantastic job and even worked with my insurance on the costs. Bill handled everything professionally and they even catered to some items that needed special handling with my car. Anderson Behel even fixed a little dent on door and fixed a scratch on my side mirror as well without charge.They walked me through the entire repair process as well as how I should care for the repainted bumper. They even advised me about things such as a rental reimbursement from the insurance which had completely slipped my mind at the time.I shopped around to a few body shops as well. The pricing also seemed to be the most reasonable between the many shops I went too. They were also super realistic with the repairs and how long it would take. They took their time and sanitized the car before and after and cleaned it again before I came since it was sitting overnight and there was some dust.Overall, I would highly recommend Anderson Behel :)

Im glad I came across this spot! Was already heading to another shop when I saw their sign and decided to go in, and boy I have no regrets at all. Service was great--Bill, Duc and Mario were all very helpful and kind. Bill explained the problem, showed me what was wrong with my car. Alright before I say why I gave them a 2 star rating I’ll say they did a great job on fixing my car. However, I didn’t know I was giving my car to a bunch of thieves.Why I Gave Them 2 Stars:1. The communication between the workers and their customers is terrible once you give them your car. I received 0 updates or any kind of information as to when I would receive my car and it’s already almost been a month. Not only that but Mark Mespelt (The Estimator) doesn’t like negotiating with people at all and instead of him to talking to the customers he has some lady that works right next to him talk to them for him.2. I left my 18k Gold Herringbone Necklace and Kay Jewelers Ring in the car during this time to see if I could trust them and continue to do business with them as a well trusted company and many other people have done this before which was told to me by them after the fact and can I just say they failed miserably. They stole my Necklace that was giving to me by my mom and not only that but the mileage in my car was 179k and when I got my car back it was 182k.. very suspicious if you ask me.3. In my very honest opinion I will never come here for any kinds of services again and if you’re reading this, you shouldn’t either. Now I no longer have the one thing that kept me closely connected to my mother.

I was there to check the minor scratch on my front bumper. Very honestly they inspected the scratch and told me that is not a big deal and totally cleaned it for me free of charge. Very nice people.

We had a slightly older 3 series wagon that was hit in the rear. Frame had to be lightly pulled, hatch replaced, and bumper taken off, filled and sprayed.We got the car back, paint was flawless and gaps were perfect.Top shelf customer service and quality work. Cost is a tad on the higher side, but fair considering the area. Staff appears happy and are obviously very skilled in their craft. Alan, Anderson Behels estimator, is a professional to deal with. Well use Anderson Behel again.

Last month someone rear ended me on the freeway. Not sure what to do, I called Anderson Behel and Bill answered the phone. He was super friendly and walked me through all the steps I needed to do before setting up an appointment to bring the vehicle. After getting insurance figured out, I called back to set up an appointment and spoke with Mariah. Just like Bill, she was very friendly and helped me throughout the process. When I arrived at the body shop for my appointment, I met Mark, my insurance adjuster. Mark was very friendly and thorough when inspecting the car. With Mariah’s help, she made sure all my rental arrangements were set. She also had their driver, Mario, drop me off at the Hertz location. During the whole time my vehicle was being worked out, Mariah and Mark kept me informed. Originally the insurance company agreed to replace my bumper with an aftermarket one (which was pretty upsetting considering my bumper was original and was in perfect condition before the accident), but Mark was able to get an OEM bumper approved. They communicated with the insurance company to make sure my rental agreement was extended until the vehicle was ready. I didn’t have to do anything. Finally when my vehicle was done, Mariah set up for my car to be dropped off and my rental car to be picked up. Overall, this was such a pleasant experience! This is the second time, I have had work done at Anderson Behel and I am always impressed by their work and their commitment to customer service. I had always recommend Anderson Behel and will continue to recommend them!

Do not bring high end cars here. Long story short, their work is good but messy and sloppy. If you dont mind a few misaligned body panels and trash left in your vehicle then this is the place for you. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, the only positive aspect about this body shop. I regret having this body shop work on my car.

This place is great! They really went to bat for me when my insurance tried to cheap out and use aftermarket parts. Mariah in particular really helped me finding oem parts for the price that the insurance was willing to pay for aftermarket parts. Mariah made sure to keep me updated and they were fairly fast. Front section of roof of my car was hit by Garage door in my apartment community. Unfortunately I didnt have comprehensive and collision coverage insurance for my car.So I had to pay out of pocket.When I took the car Alan had mentioned that roof needs to be replaced and suggested that 2 minor dents on the rails can be ignored. He quoted me $6954 for replacing the roof including parts and labor. And mentioned that car would be ready in 3 weeks.After 2.5 weeks since I never received any status update I called back and it was mentioned that they have to replace adhesive and molding clips and the cost had gone up to $7460. I received a form and was asked to sign and email it back. I sent it since I wasnt able to bargain as they were pretty stubborn.Two more weeks went by and I received no call or update. Finally after continuous follow-up on September 27 2019. I was informed that car is ready but the price now went up to $7709.08. This was again due to some extra adhesive.Finally I went to pick up my car and they were very rude and stubborn on the price. I paid $7700 and was about to pick up my car.To my Shock I found a new dent on the rail on the rear end of the car. When I showed it to Alan. Till this moment I had a huge respect forAlan. It was all blown away when instead of taking responsibility he said that He would fix the new damage that was done by their team only if I paid extra $2000 and fix the rails. I was shocked at how people do business and cheat honest people.I wouldnt recommend anyone expecting honesty and professionalism to leave their car with Anderson Behel body shop. I had such a worst relationship and experience with Anderson Behel body shop.10/29/2019Mariah and Bill took care of my car. And fixed all the damages incurred during their initial job for no charge. I came in on Monday to have some work done on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. I was really in a bad predicament. All of my worries faded after coming here. I want to thank all the people who assisted me with the best professionalism I have seen in a long time. Mariah was a true sweetheart from the very beginning til the end. She is very personable and friendly. She gave me a few perks as well at the end. Bill was my estimator and gave me a reasonable quote within my price range. I also want to give a shout out to the shuttle drivers who are really nice. My overall experience was excellent and would refer anyone I know that needs body work or paint job to go here. Took my 2019 truck in for alittle dent repair. I had to come back 3 times because they couldnt get my truck fixed rite and even on the 3rd time the job still wasnt done rite. I wouldnt refer anyboby to this place because of the bad work thats done there.

I was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate without any trouble. The appointment ran on-time and went smoothly. The employee performing the estimate was professional and worked quickly. I will be returning to have the job done shortly and was informed that it would not be a problem to leave the vehicle for several days after the work is complete.

Anderson Behel is the best shop I have ever dealt with. They are very reliable, professional, fast, customer oriented, and their warranty on the work is outstanding! They go the extra mile on small things, like calling the car rental company to pick up and can drop off the rental car at their shop. So I dont have to take extra time to drop off the rental car at a different location! They even clean the car inside (inside and outside); which I was not expecting! They always greeted me with a smile and made eye contact.

I went to Anderson Behel Body Shop to get a estimate for the damage caused by another driver backing into my car.Alan, the estimator, was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and helpful. He looked @ the black marks on my red car and told me hell be right back.He came back with a few towels with paint cleaner and wax. Within minutes, he was able to remove all the marks! I felt like a idiot, it was so easy for him to restore it back to its original condition.I was in traffic for an hour to finally arrive there and I was out of there in 15 mins!!!Highly recommend this honest shop!

I got rear ended a bit ago and took my car here.When I picked it up the gap between the bumper and hood was so big I could put my fingers in it up to the second knuckle. I was able to point out the problem from inside the office. Initially they tried to sell me on the idea that it was supposed to be that way. This was so ridiculous that they quickly agreed to take another look.While adjusting the fit they broke the windshield and told me the fine print clearly states that this is not their responsibility. Id need to make a second insurance claim.In the beginning I asked for a quote to take out a few door dings since other than those and the collision damage, the car was perfect. They forgot about it. But based on the other work, I decided itd be best to take the car elsewhere to have those dealt with.All in all the final results were ok, but it was rough getting there.+P

My insurance company tired to work with Anderson Behel for 7 weeks to get my car, a 2013 Nissan 370Z Nismo edition repaired. Anderson Behel was unwilling to negotiate on the repair costs so after 3 different adjusters that my insurance hired, my insurance company finally called me and said we have now deemed your car as total loss due to the unwillingness of Anderson Behel to negotiate on the repair costs. Ive had to use repair shops numerous times now and I have never had a car that was deemed a total loss and those repairs were more extensive then what this car had. Never take your car here unless you really dont want the car back because this repair shop will bleed every penny they can think of on a repair bill and refuse to negotiate on the costs to get the car fixed. The car only had 5,000 miles on it because I was planning on keeping it a long time.

They kept me informed of the progress and estimated completion date. Looked great! My car was repaired quickly, and everyone I interacted with at the shop was friendly, helpful, and professional.

Very bad. Would never recommend. AAA said they sent my claim info to them and that they would call me to set up an appointment. Never heard from them. I had to call them to set up an appointment. I called and after 20 mins on the phone they finally found my claim info. When I showed up they said they had never received my claim info. They are very unorganized. Will never come back.
