They worked with my insurance and adjuster directly, so everything went very smoothly. They also worked seamlessly with my car rental service where they got me picked up and dropped off when my car was ready.

There were slightly bumper scratches on my car. I went one stop auto collision and Jay Sim estimated the price without detail professional explanation. I called him again today to confirm the appointment. When I asked more questions about repairing, He didnt answer any my questions. He only concerned about who pay for the repairing because he want to charge more if pay by auto insurance company. Jay Sim is not patient and polite person. He loosed the temper to customer during the phone conversation. He is not reliable body shop.

I had my car fixed at one stop auto collision. Because the damage was pretty severe, I was expecting to notice the repair job on the car after they were done. However I was pleasantly surprised that it was as if no work was done! They were also very patient and nice to work with. Highly recommended!

This place is AWESOME!!! I wasnt able to open my door after the accident. Mr. Shim gave me an estimate time on the full repair and in the meantime he took care of the insurances and rent car for me. It looks great and look like a brand new car. YAY! Thank you Mr. Shim and his team! I certainly will come back if I need to!

I wanted to have it fix a scratch my daughter made on Front Left corner of a ladys white sedan. But I found the estimate said Front as if they charged even for the existing Right. When asked about it, the owner replied: It doesnt matter..Ill add LT on the paper..Ill never touch Right The next day, I found both were greatly fixed. He blatantly said Right is from complimentary service. In doubt, I naively paid $500 (Two days later, I found online it takes $20s for spray/ $300 for a new bumper+spray) Its like the sedans owner & the business owner planned to rip me off
