Absolutely loved the customer services. Dylan is extremely professional, honest and will provide you with accurate information. Brought my i3 there to repair the front bumper and crack headlight. Dylan helped me order parts, installed them, and repainted the whole bumper. It took less than 1 week for my car to be finish. Car is looking good as new. If anything, ever happens to your car, bring it to Dylan’s, he will treat you with respect and honesty.
Had an excellent experience getting my BMW fixed here.William was very polite and informative throughout the estimate process and dealt with my insurance so I didnt have to worry about much. He was very thorough and explained the needed fixes in detail.David kept me updated every few days via email while the repair process was underway. Car was as good as new when the repairs finished, and the lifetime warranty adds peace of mind.Very happy with the service here.
It was terrible experience. I will never use this repaire shop again.They promised to fix my car in seven days,but kept it for a month.All Ive heard from them,during that time, were excuses. They didnt even bother to extend my car rental.Stay away of this disorganized,unreliable place.

I used AutoNation Collision Centre through Mercedes of Steven Creek and they were excellent. They were friendly, very helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. There were many people involved in the process of my car repair I mainly dealt with Nicholas Xenos who was very quick to respond to any questions i had. The car looks amazing, like new we are very impressed I hope we don’t have to use them again but would hesitate if anything was to happen.

My car was very well taken care of and I was updated at least weekly on the progress of my cars repairs. Both William and David were very responsive and accommodating when I had a planned vacation and the repairs ran into that time. They coordinated a rental car for me and everything was taken care of. Had my 2014CLA Mercedes car vandalized and was left bran...spakin...new. loved it. The job was very professionally done. Although it took a lil longer than I thought but understood due to the whole shut down (COVID19) and parts shipping. Car was cleaned from the inside which I had dropped laundry detergent and they cleaned it as well. Very well please and recommend it if want high quality job...
The whole process went smoothly. It still took 10 days to replace mirror on my mercedes, but I was constantly getting updates and got my car back in mint condition. Got a little bit worried after reading all these reviews, but Ive got good experience after all. I was trying to be nice and polite to everyone there, and they were the same way in response to me. Answered all of my questions, easily reachable by phone, very helpful and responsive. Thank you!
My SLK was broken into in mid May and we dropped it off at the Mercedes dealer. It was not assigned to my usual service provider and the guy who was looking after my job didnt do anything with the car for several days. After being hounded he finally determined that it was not just a window break but also required body repair and paint so the car was transferred to the collision center. They didnt get a hold of my insurance company until the following week. Once they were in touch it was another week before they sent me the paperwork to authorize the car (which includes fine print that if you dont use them they charge you $95/day of storage while the car has been there). Roman my first contact at the collision center and was rarely available by phone or cell, when he did call back he lacked information. Another week went by and I lost my patience and started leaving messages for the head of the service division. No call back from the head but I was finally assigned to Juan who was very apologetic and helpful. However another 2 weeks went by including 3 probable finish dates that fell through, including one due to the wrong parts coming from Germany. After 4.5 weeks I finally picked up my car only to find out later that evening that the leather on the inside door includes an area where it was sliced out from the glass. I havent even bother to call them back as I dont want to be in the no car merry go round again. I assumed using the dealer was the way to go. Turns out NOPE. Worst car repair experience in 35+ years of driving.
I had my 2016 BMW repaired here. When I got it back, it was evident that the front bumper was forced on, as it was buckled at the seams where it meets the fenders. There was also a gash in the paint near the attachment point, indicating that someone tried to use a sharp object to install the bumper. If you value quality work and attention to detail for collision repair of your vehicle, DO NOT take your vehicle for repair to AutoNation Collision.
This was my first time, and will be my last time for sure, to send a vehicle here for repair, recommended by Acura dealer. The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I had to leave multiple voice mails and send multiple emails in order to get a response for a status update, and sometimes I had to walk in to speak to the estimator because there was no response otherwise. When I was told that my car is ready to pick up, there were still lots of scratches that did not get fixed, and I had to leave my car there for one more day. Finally, when I picked up my car, the license plate was not on the vehicle, and I was told that they did not have the proper screws to put the license plate back on (excuse me?), and I had to get screws from the Acura dealer and put the license plate back on by myself. Terrible customer service experience throughout the repair process!
Very poor customer satisfaction.1. Doesnt get you an appointment before a month.2. Once you have an appointment, they make sure to max out your free insurance rental car days.3. No courtesy follow up, you have to call them.4. Takes plenty of time to repair small things, and delay even more after estimated date.5. Inaccurate estimate emails on days to repair.6. Person incharge told me to pickup my car after 3 weeks, first come at noon to pickup,then in the evening by 5-5:30. When I reached at 5:15, person left already. I asked other person to get my car back in whatever condition it is as I have maxed out my free car rental days. Have to come back again as the car is not even washed.Overall time of whole process is 2 months.Do not give your car to them for repair.

This is a terrible place to bring your car. Look for other options. It has taken them over 30 days to do a 5 day job.There is no communication with the customer. They never deliver what they promised. You will be fighting them to do their job. It is incredible how a business operating in this business tempo can survive. Please do not do business at automation collision center. Do look some place else.
T was a flawless experience. Gave my car and i was walked through the process. shown what was replaced and once it was i was show the parts they replaced and how are they gonna discard it. Very friendly and quick to respond Technicians. Ernesto did a fantastic job in getting my car back together in time.
Dishonest, rude and shady management. Please look for somewhere else if you value your vehicle yourself. My mother is going through an insurance claim, her car was struck from behind. We chose this shop because it was Mercedes-Benz approved. Dont get fooled like I did.They increased the estimate more than twice the initial estimate, without any notice to the vehicle owner, even if my mother called and visited the shop for updates. I understand that the estimate can increase when new damages are found. But they increased 4 more times, little by little, when my vehicle turned out to be damaged so much that it should have been totaled in the first place. Insurance fraud? Maybe, maybe not. Now my insurance and the body shop blames each other.My major issue with this shop is not about this though. They are shady. Every time when my mother went to check up on the process, they did not give her any details. Insurance fraud? Maybe, maybe not. They never told her about more damages they found, nor let her see her own vehicle.Heres when things get ugly. My mother was a victim in an insurance fraud before, so after 12 weeks of requesting the details on her vehicle, she could not wait. She demanded to see the details. However, the employees treated her like she did not exist. They threatened her to call the police if she does not leave the shop, just because she was demanded to get details about her own car. The manager straight out said, I dont want to talk to you! Leave! in her face. Insurance fraud? Maybe, maybe not. Shady? Yes. I do not want this to be true, butmy mother is a small asian woman who is not fluent in English. Why was she treated like that when only thing she wanted was to check on the progress? Well, I will leave this to your opinion. But surprisingly, when I sent a long email stating that I have filed a compliant about this incident, they magically turned very nice. I wonder why :)!It is your call if you want to go f up your life here or not, but if you have a similar issue, please save yourself and find another shop. Do not get fooled by Mercedes-Benz Certified, like I did. Learn from my mistake, dont make your own. Or maybe if you have prioritized features, they might magically turn into nice fairies, who knows. ;)
I cant say enough about how great of an experience I had getting my truck repaired at the AutoNation Collision Center Stevens Creek. Micah Schulte was extremely professional, helpful and courteous. He also ensured that my vehicle was done in a timely manner which I really appreciated. The office staff was also great and the coffee, cookies and WiFi were an added bonus! I highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center Stevens Creek to anybody needing car repair services.
I had a minor repair to my bumper that required painting only. No dents. Although it was very expensive to fix, the work was good and it was completed earlier than projected. However, there was some kind of bubbling of the paint and I brought it back to have it buffed out. The service representative, Nick Xenos, was very helpful and I was able to have it done very quickly after I contacted him. He took me in without an appointment and the buffing was completed within 15 minutes. It looks great!
I kind of hesitated to have my car repaired here when I read some of the negative feedbacks for this center. However, it is certified by my insurance company so I dropped my car here for body work. Thanks a lot for my estimator Ernesto. He took care of everything and shorted the time from 4 weeks to 2 weeks. The scratch is removed and the body looks good as before. Even though there was a sensor issue found after I picked up my car and I had to return it to the center. It took another 3 days to fix that. But overall, I am satisfied with the service here.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER! It was just a simple rear end work, but it turned out they broke something else TWICE. Besides, they NEVER call you back for any questions or updates. They are not even willing to reimburse the rental bills that they promised at the beginning. I took my BMW to Auto Nation only because it is the partner shop for BMW Mountain View. I wish I had checked reviews before trusting BMW dealership.

The whole process was nice and easy. They answered all my questions since it was my first time dealing with car accidents + car insurance and all of that business; it can get confusing sometimes. They were very flexible with my schedule since I have 3 different jobs. They also helped me set up an appointment to pick up my car at my house at the only time I was available. They follow up with me as well as replying back to my emails. Their office is a bit confusing to find, but nonetheless they were polite and professional. I would recommend them! Thank you!
I dont know why there are bad reviews here but Ive taken my Mercedes there twice and the did a fantastic job in a timely matter. Ernesto is great, he goes up and beyond to meet your every need. I cant imagine taking my car anywhere else!
Enrique and Roman are the guys who you want in your company, they go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is completely done, the follow up that they do is awesome,For the exception of Jerry, he is hard to get a hold of much less if your waiting for him to return your call, its like pulling teeth . And when he says he did do a Q.C. dont hold your breath because he didnt do it. Jerry cuts coners . So just have Enrique or RomanTo followup with you. I didnt have a good experience with these guys. They took about a month to repair the damages in my car. The guy in charge, Jerry would always promise me that he would call me back with updates, but never called. I had such a hard time reaching out to him to get updates about my car. They had all sorts of excuses. Plus, when I got my car back and started driving at night, I realized they didnt fit the front headlight very well. Im not sure if I should go back for fear of going through the same poor experience again!

The person, Romans service I had with my 2019 E class was terrible! I just needed a very minor repair on my rear bumper but the first day I stopped by turned out unpleasant. He seemed very unhappy working there and even trying to avoid an eye contact with me while i was there in person. He sounds like machine and very rude and not professional! During my car was dropped to the site, no follow up calls or emails even no response for my emails and voice messages about the repair progress at all. I always had to call him after waiting and he made him excuse cause he needs to talk to his supervisor for me. He took more than 2 weeks to find out the completion day of repair which took about a month. If all Mercedes use a same AutoNation, Id lift up to a cooperate customer center to ask how I can get a better service from them.
My husband and I purchased a newly-used Mercedes Benz in AutoNation, Donesh Ghiasi is a very professional Sales Consultant, he knows our needs and help us get the car successfully. And the employees there are nice and friendly, willing to help, and office environment there is quite nice too. Would like to recommend AutoNation to other friends who want to purchase a car.
These guys are the only ones that are allowed to work on my car and they cant even do that right! The car is under warranty, but they still wont do their jobs. After these guys still have my car for over a month now I find out they wont pay for the rental they set me up with as the loaner car. I cant ever get ahold any one that knows what is going on with my car. I have called the Mercedes Customer Care line and there are now trying to get ahold of the them with no success. This place is a nightmare! Buyer Beware!
Great experience. I have just got my 2016 BMW 3-series repaired at AutoNation Collision Center. I had a minor accident two weeks ago that required a replacement of the bumper and undercover. When I went to pick up my car today, I almost couldnt recognize my car because it looked like brand-new, both exterior and interior (as if it were going for a car show)! I would like to thank Jerry and his colleagues for their professional service, thorough checkup (they helped me to replace not just the bumper, but also the emblem and reflectors), and great attention to details. My insurance company allowed me to rent a basic Hyundai Sonata for the past two weeks - and that made me miss my BMW so badly - that was also why I called Jerry everyday - sometimes even 2-3 calls a day to get the latest updates. Two weeks sounded like a bit too long - but that wasnt AutoNations fault (the insurance company took 11 days to finalize the repair agreement out of the 14 days of waiting) I thank Jerry for being patient with me. I originally wanted to pick a body shop near home (instead of going 44 miles to the AutoNation Collision Center in Santa Clara) - but after my husband told me this center promises to use New (OEM) parts - I know this center would be the right choice for my car. Thanks again for all the great work!

My fully loaded MDX 2014 was rear ended and the back trunk door was damaged other than that the car was perfect, but once the car was repaired as Autonation Collision and we got it back, there were multiple noises from the car when we applied brakes, squeaks, pulsating noise where as my brakes were done just 3 months ago. Other than that after the accident there were squeaking noises from the rear door or seat, Auto nation could not fix that too. Its really frustrating, just by the name Auto nation I decided to repair it there although its 20 miles away from where i live, but I think it was a big mistake and would advice others to do their homework, find out reviews before deciding to repair it there. And for the squeaking noises from the door or seat I am being told that may be I repaired somewhere else...Really for what?ADD:I am contacting Acura USA just to find out the original serial number of my front ROTORS, I seriously believe they were replaced and that is why the brake noises are coming.
The quote was for five days. I brought it in on Monday and told by Wednesday at the latest I would have an update. No calls. I called and was told that they may need more days. I was told that they would update us on Thursday. No calls. Friday I called and left a msg. No return call. By 3:30 no updates. I called and left msg. Called again and was told they needed until Monday noon. We had plans to use our car over the weekend. There was two people involved with MB; one at Autonation collision shop and one at the dealer. I only need one to get updates from and not two. You dont know who has the latest info and says; did you call the collision shop. Poor communication with me. I had a rental car and didnt know if I needed to extend it through the weekend and how that would work with the insurance company. On a Friday afternoon, late, mind you. Very little consideration for the customer.Overall I rate them low because of this experience.The car work came out fine.
We took for 2015 Maserati to get a estimate done & after walking inside Dennis who is a estimator told us what we needed . I explain we need a estimate & we want to make sure the frame of the car is not damaged !he was very rude almost like I was disturbing his afternoon napanyway after looking at the car he said his to busy & he will email us a estimate & he walk back inside .I was simply shock the way a collision shop that is auto nation franchise dealership would treat there customers that way .the story dont end there !!!the following week I called & spoke to William which was very nice guy & explain my problem & he told me to stop by & he will handle itafter getting there this morning & waiting over 35 min instead of William coming to help me Dennis showed up & said we really dont want your business ( his words was we dont want people like you to fix your car here !!!! ) I ask him what does he mean you people ???he ignored me & walk back inside & as a human & a man I was so shocked that a person would treat another person like that !!I will be contacting auto nation corporate regarding this matter !!The management is joke !!!!DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !!! THEY TREAT YOU LIKE GARABAGE
I should have read the reviews of the place rather than listening to the Acura dealership fellow who helped me get the car. I should also have never hit the side of my new car (a month old 2017 Acura ILX premium) into the garage wall giving it major repair work.That being said, I am extremely disappointed at the level of customer service I have had from this store. As I speak now, my car as been at their facility for 2 weeks and it has been put on hold because the quarter panel has to be replaced and they have to bring the replacement from the east coast. I am looking at a return date in 2018 for my car. At the end of the day, I am the one hemorrhaging money because I dont have my car.Why was I not informed of this when I was given the estimate? I would have told them that I will hold on to the car till u get the replacement part and give it to the body shop once you have the replacement ready. Absolutely no consideration for the fact that the customer might be inconvenienced.Why was I not kept updated on the progress of work in spite of my express direction at the start that they should call me once every 2 days ? Why have I not been given a call back by the person in charge of repairs to my car in spite of having left him 3 messages (one on his voicemail, one thru email from the receptionist and another note from the same reception desk) ? The reason why i got the update about the delay was because I kept calling them everyday asking for an update and the last time, I was adamant I wont hang up without an update.I am sure the body shop around the corner would have done a faster job and a given me a better customer experience (even though it would have cost me a lot of money out of my own pocket).On top of all this, I am now also concerned on whether or not the repairs will be done properly (after looking at the reviews of shoddy work that others have posted).I really dont know where to turn to or as to who can help expedite the process anymore.

Two words: Incompetent, and NegligentHeres my horror story at AutoNation Collision Center Stevens Creek, Erica Moniz was the point of contact assigned to my case:- Apr 24: Car sent in to repair two left doors of my Acura MDX.- Apr 25: Initial estimation received, saying car would be ready by May 5.- Apr 27: Car dispatched to production.- Apr 27: Estimation revised to include protective strips on the doors (about $300, work sublet to other party).- May 2: Parts ordered.- May 8: Still waiting for parts.- May 11: Car in paint department. Hoped for May 15.- May 15: No show.- May 17: Car would be ready by 4PM. I drove down (an hour drive, each way) to pick it up. To my frustration, the front door did not open when the key was in range. This showed incompetence. And both doors lacked the protective strips that they were quick to include in their revised estimation. This showed negligence. Wasted so much time for nothing.- May 19: New sensor for the front door ordered. Note that the door sensor was working fine when I sent it in for repair. ETA May 22.- May 22: Nope. Parts not arrived yet. Keep the rental for a few more days.- May 23: Car would be ready in about an hour (at 4 PM).- May 24: Car picked up with scratches from sharp objects on the plastic piece housing the blind spot indicator. No apologies whatsoever for all the misshapes happened.Basically, one whole month to repair two doors, terrible customer service, and lousy technical work. On top of that, the delays, and mismanagement caused me to waste money on the rental car and other scheduling. It was bad all around.

They need a other day to repair it.One week later, I think I can finally got my car back. However, all radar on the back are not working!!!!!
My vechile had passenger side damage from front to back and Everyone who I encountered through my auto accident process here went above and beyond. My car ended up being a total loss but the customer service was super from the first phone call to the very last.

I was lucky to work with one of the collision specialist (Nicholas) who was responsive and friendly. Others at this office seem to lack energy and literally doesnt care of people walking into the office.
It took more than 20 days to change a piece of glass and spray paint. After my car was repaired, I found that my car had more problems. When I found them again, they told me they didnt admit what they had done. (Many of the problems were by human, but they were all good before I went to fix them.) This is the worst car repair experience Ive ever had.
Unfortunately I had a pretty bad experience this time. I got my car 3 weeks after I gave it for repair. I was told that it should not take more than 10 days max. I was not even called to update the status on the repair. I had to call several times to follow up. Overall a very bad experience.
I am giving one star because I am just frustrated with their unprofessional work.They did a good job initially, but I started seeing some noise in the trunk space soon after delivery. I took it back to them and returned it back saying its fixed, but it wasnt. The noise was so apparent, I dont know how they could miss it during their test drive. So I took the car back third time. The car was fixed but they didnt bother to inform me that its ready for pickup. Nevertheless I called them today and they asked me to pick it up. I dont know whether the main issue is fixed or not, but I am shocked at the condition of the car. It wasnt washed, dusty inside. I guess they folded the back seat for repair, but they didnt bother even to set it back up! The TPMS light is on and they didnt even bother to put some air to the tires. I dont know what they mean by ready to pickup. Totally frustrating.

Got the job done well but took 12 weeks instead of the 3 week estimate; did two readjustments that significantly increased cost, which I wish had been incorporated from day 1 (I had flagged these issues through BMW who contracted the work out to them)
Really dad service. They did fix my mercedes because the dealer told me they own this place so i took it there and i though it was gonna be a nice well done job cuz is from mercedes-benz but not at all they took a month then when i got it they took it back cuz when they put the parts it didnt seem as a professional job as they say they do...so think about it before taking it here...

For those car owners that take the time to keep their car in pristine condition, wash their car in the rain, AutoNation Collision center will return your vehicle to that leve of pristine or better in the event of an accident. My Mercedes is again a joy to drive and continues to turn heads as I drive by thanks to the team at AutoNation.

Weeks would go by without updates, no returned calls until finally i had to step in to resolve what was a pretty simple problem. I will never do business with them again.
Horrific Experience. This company just leaves blanket damage-control statements saying call the general manager but hes been out every single time Ive calledTook FIVE weeks to repair a broken window. They gouged my insurance company of OVER $2000 on fixing a window with other charges that were completely unnecessary. DO NOT GO HERE.

Worst service ever! They kept on lying to me. They postponed my pick up date every few days without warning. The car stayed there for more than 2 months when they initially told me it wouldnt take more than 2 weeks.
Did an okay job repairing bumper, but did not follow specific instruction on not washing the car. They washed the car and added swirls on the car. Its going to cost me over 1500 to remove the swirls and they wont even help me compensate for it.
