These guys are not just good but they are the best. They did an amazing job with car. I had a dent and scratches on the rear door of my car.I reached out to Salman and he was very quick to respond and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable as compared to other places I had inquired. He took out time from his busy schedule to fix my car and made sure to deliver it on time.When I came to pick it up, it all all washed and looked like a new car. Great experience working with Bloom Auto: it was my 1st accident, I had no idea what to do, I found Bloom through their reviews and my experience with them was amazing: they organized everything, took care of bringing the car over, worked with the insurance and eventually got the car back in new state (yes, stupidly, I did have an accident with a new car...). One part they changed had problems, they replaced it fast.This is what service should be: people you can trust, work they can be proud of.

I have really worst experience with this guys. I think they are not eligible in doing this profession. I gave my car for sensor change but they charged 250$ and nothing worked out with this guys after keeping my car for 4 days. They did not even know to do diagnose of a car to find what’s wrong with car.

Outstanding customer service !!! The shop owner went above & beyond to help me settle a situation I was in in a collision. He helped me get the 3rd partys car fixed AAAAAAND helped me get proof of the whole process for us to be covered just in case anything went sideways. Best auto shop in the Silicon Valley bar none! Whether its a fender bender repair, mundane maintenance like an oil change or debugging an electrical problem, Salman, Junaid & their team put customers needs 1st and foremost. Ive used many auto shops in the decades before I stumbled upon them b/c of a e-coupon promotion (LOL). This is a very old auto shop with bunch of nanny cars. And they just offered us the worst experience in my life. Was late for around 5 mins, and ask us to go away, make appointment for next week, cant even just do the job even i told them i can leave my car for them over. Shouldnt waste your time to save pennies from them.

The owner Salman was very accommodating and he did spent time with the car. Showed me that there was a very small oil leakage which I should talk to my dealer as it is a new car. Even without the coupon it is a great price compared to anywhere else (Groupon coupon is for synthetic blend and not full synthetic). He even gave me a free tire rotation which car dealers charge anywhere from $20-$40.
