I am very impressed by the customer service provided by Caliber. They keep me informed in every step and have the care ready at the time as promised. Ms. Savannah Soliz and the manager Mr. Richard Valdez are very pleasant and helpful. I feel they would go the extra mile to get the thing done probably. They appear to carry the thoughts having precisions in the works and professional. Although there are multiple Caliber centers in the area, I have visited this center and met with Mr. Richard Valdez. I am glad that I choose this center. I have good experience with this center and I would recommend this center.

I suggest going to a different Caliber Collision. I got an estimate done two days ago, and it never got sent to insurance. I never got an email copy after I was reassured Id get it same day. BIG MISTAKE. Stay in office til you get a hard paper or else they will forgetIn fact, the day after, the front desk called me to schedule the appointment to come in because on paper, it showed I NEVER SHOWED UP for the appointment and needed to rescheduleToday I have to call every 2 hours to see if it is being worked on. And apparently the person is working on it!!!! I am absolutely furious at this person that completely botched an insurance repair estimate and I suggest not coming here for repairs with the way things are run.So things to learn. Never ever trust these folks to email you later. STAY IN OFFICE

I made a visit to get an estimate for repairing my car, and was told that I would get a response. I waited for a week, no one responded, so I called and was told they would get back to me. I waited for another 2 days and still got no response, so I called again and was told they would get back to me. So I waited for another 4 days and still no one responded. I am very much curious how I’m so special that they’ve chosen to forget me.

All was a great experience. I did have a small fender bender so was not an in depth repair but all was done quickly, efficiently, professionally and my car looks perfect. Thank you!

Was referred by insurance and they did a great job! I was lucky and got a window for repairs so it took less than 1/2 the time to finish! great work and very friendly and professional staff

ERIC is the man! I was on my way to visit my fam in San Jose and unfortunately I drove over a nail on the freeway and popped a tire. I needed a quick fix me up so I saw Caliber Collision and just went there. They patched it up and I was in and out faster than I expected.Thank you Eric and team for taking great care of me! I can’t say enough about the team here at Caliber Collision on Dela Cruz. I had some bodywork done under USAA insurance and was blown away. My driver’s side window motor broke and I contacted them to see if they would perform the work and the GM Eric Trinh was happy to get an opportunity to to direct repair work. They diagnosed the problem and gave me and opportunity to buy the part and they installed it for me. They are a class act. Customer focused and the highest quality standards. Eric and Service Advisor Sabrina Jeffrey are outstanding.

This establishment was fantastic! They were very detailed in their inspection and evaluation. Our company truck was pretty much brand new until we were rear ended. We got it back and it looked like nothing ever happened. Thank you to the entire team that worked on our truck!

Giving it 4 stars because they said I will get the car back in 4 days and I got it back in 14 days. Just because apparently a rubber part that goes by the tires, was not available at the dealership and they said it took a lot of effort for them to find an used part that needed painting.

We got our Yukon repaired here and they were on point. The estimate was detailed and they answered all of my questions. I worked with Eric and Richard. It was like a tag team duo. Matched the paint and took care of some other items I had as well. Very happy with Caliber Collision!
