Fast service, and very courteus employees. I had to install 2 tires that I already had and they were able to do it quickly and efficiently. The shop is very clean and they have all the proper equipment to change tires efficiently! Highly recommend!

Able to do custom alignment and camber settings that you want. A couple of young guys are pretty chill and take care of your needs. I recommend this place as I was able to tell them the how I want my suspension set up for track use.

They replaced for four new tires, oil change, and performed an alignment.First time I called and got a quote over the phone and the owner saying the price including mounted, balanced, and all fees out the door price. I was like lets do it booked the time. Then I called to confirmed the tire was order and it will be ready and found out they do it all and decided to cancelled other shops I made an appointment with to get it all done in one place.The person I had spoken too seem to be an older gentlemen or the owner. Constantly saying ok, ok, ok, we have it dont worry just bring it down after I called to confirmed everything was ready. When I showed up for my appointment and checked in I was quoted a different price. I asked for the person I had spoken too on the phone and he was not there. I left my quote that I wrote down on a piece of paper and drove home to grabbed it since the price was off by over a hundred dollar.Luckily I wrote down the owner phone number and called and talked to him in person. Instead of listening to the dollar amount that we agreed on multiply times over the phone that I repeatedly repeated back to him and ask for an estimate to be written down and he refuse to do so over the phone. Then after five minutes of talking and explaining myself and the whole conversion that I called multiple times to make sure everything was ready and the price as we agreed on.He ended up quoted me a new price and lo and behold it was something like $30-60 more. Which I said to him that was not much more than what we discussed!!! I ended give them my business since we kind of calm down and talked it out and since my car was already there and I already cancelled all of my other appointment.The work seems to be done correctly and no mistake that myself and my wife noticed.So moral of the story is get an estimate and doesnt matter what he said, get an estimate. Im still debating if I should bring my car there again and see how it goes next time or just goes somewhere else. There are plenty of shops in this area. It could of been 5 stars.

Kind and efficient.

I had a punctured tire. I was expecting to drop the car off, get an uber home and uber back later to pick up the car.However, to my pleasant surprise I was in and out, with a fixed tire, in under 10 mins!These guys are super courteous and super efficient. And reasonably priced too. 5 stars are well deserved.

These guys are stellar. They bring a customer first attitude, no up-sell or gimmicks, and a no frills approach to their work. I had a nasty flat tire and needed it changed quickly for an upcoming trip. They were able to do it in less than 30 minutes. Additionally, the price was probably $100-200 less than what I would pay at the major repair locations. Great job...

My favorite place to change the tires. They will give you the options based on your budget and willing to work it out with you. I looked for the closest tire place with the highest average rating that had a significant number of reviews. Han Kook popped up and I went there right away to fix my flat. Lo and behold they lived up to and even exceeded my expectations. The first thing about this shop is that you get an immediate sense of honesty. Thats hard to get with any kind of car mechanic in the Bay. They tell you exactly what happened, exactly what went wrong, and what they can do to fix it. They dont overcharge, they are very fair, very quick and efficient. The gentleman even told me I can come back in the next few days to check if there any changes in tire pressure in the other front tire (on a front wheel drive). This will be my tire shop for as long as I live in the Bay area. Definitely 5 star service

Nice guys but not only did the alignment NOT resolve my tire wear issue, they primarily adjusted from one side if the in tolerance range to the other side of the range. I only had one adjustment out of tolerance which they brought back into tolerance, a 0.1 degree adjustment, and yet they did not make two adjustments which were OUT of tolerance, one of which was more than 0.5 degrees minimum out of tolerance.

Great experience today, got 3 tires replaced and another one fixed in less than 30 minutes! Friendly staff, no hard sell... Couldnt expect more, theyll definitely get my future business.

Amazing customer service. Had to get 2 front tires replaced after hitting a pot hole on 101. They were able to replace them that day even though they didnt have the tires on hand. Jin was awesome at keeping me updated on the status as Im sure he could tell I was stressed out being in this situation 2 hours from home. Amazing selection of hankook tires, even though I got Pirelli at an awesome price.

Great place to fix your tires. I damaged air valve stem on one of my tires. Then, spent two days to find a place who can just simply replace broken valve stem on new one, that I already got from dealership. Everyone tried trick me and charge me for replacement of whole TPMS sensor and then reprogram it (same on dealership). This is the only place who agreed to replace only valve stem and done this job in about 5 min. Thanks guys.

Man, I called 3 places before finding Han Kook. I just needed one tire replaced, and they were able to do it that day for what I considered a decent price. it took about 1.5 hours from when I called until when my car was done. this includes them shipping the tire I wanted from their warehouse to the shop.plenty of shops or restaurants to keep you busy while youre waiting, or theres a park around the corner just a short walk away.this is my new tire shop for sure.

This place is awesome. Of all the tire shops I’ve been to, this is the most responsive, quick, and reasonably priced place.I was searching for a shop to get an alignment done since I just got new tires installed and noticed that my front tires were wearing unevenly. I called them up and they were upfront that the cost for my particular car was more expensive if they need to adjust the rear alignment given the additional panels they need to removed. This was a similar response I got from 5 other shops I called for quotes. I decided to give this place a go. Showed up on Saturday morning at opening and was immediately greeted as I was parking the car. He gave me a quote that matched what I heard over the phone so I gave the go ahead. He asked for the keys and immediately got to work (mind you, I had not even stepped into the lobby and this all happened in the parking lot). He said it would take somewhere between 30-60 mins. At the end of the service, only the front tires needed adjustment. It took half the time (30mins) and they only charged me half the price.Overall, I highly recommend this shop. It’s amazing to finally find a tire shop that is:- reasonably priced (cheaper than most other places I called)- fair, honest- super fast, responsive- no long waits like other shops or needing to leave your car there all day (at least for my particular visit)While I was there, I also paid attention to all the other customers that came and went in the 30 mins. It was amazing to see how efficient and courteous these guys were. 1 person was in and out for a flat repair in less that 10 mins. Another person came in for new brakes but was told that his brakes were still good, no replacement needed. All these examples were positive confirmations that this place is awesome. I’m coming back again just to support them.

The staff here are very friendly. Jaden Kim, he is the best guy and he skipped his lunch because i was waiting.When I asked about the lunch he said he wants customer to be satisfied.He explained everything and made the changes which is necessary.The service is so fast and thank you guys.

Ok price for tires if you planning to just purchased install for 4 tires but if you planning to buy 2 tires mark your old good ones so they dont switch the still good tires you have.And dont get alignment here they dont know how to align cars, I went back to realign my car because it was pulling right when they install my new front tires in front with alignment but nothing was done came back to realign but still the same and my back tires was replace one of my old front tires so they want you to come back to get new tires from them. So think twice before this owner tries to do this do that to make you pay more.

Went there because I had a doctor appointment across the street. Got immediate assistance, the guy lifted the car, removed the wheel, found a screw in the tire. I left it there, went to the doctor, came back and the car was ready with the tire fixed. Price was exactly half of another brand tire shop I used about 3 months ago for the same issue.

Very bad service and bad guy, I got tow tires from them with a one year warranty, after one month one of the tires punctured, he didnt accept to exchange it for me! He got me to pay $80 to get the tire exchanged! Dont go there please, you will lose your money!

Here is the absolute light. I came to change the engine oil, but I changed it to regular oil even though I requested it as a santic oil. I thought it was cheap but I didnt feel so good. The boss seems to be out of service here and the staff are unfriendly and I dont want to recommend this place personally.
