Service is good, place is clean and staffs are nice .. BUT their policy is ridicules.. unexpected things literally happen and I had to reschedule with 2 hours different just cuz I arrived a few minutes later.They need to put a little more gap in between the appointments instead of getting all !Sorry but I’ll change the place as soon as I can.

The best part about this place is their online booking system. Otherwise, I was rushed through my appointment. I asked for a nice full brow and to keep my arches round, left with as much arch as a pencil and hardly any brow. Disappointed all around; no wonder they offer to put make up on you after your appointment, its to cover up their mistakes.

The waxer was good, but the front desk admin misheard the amount of tip I wanted to leave, and nearly two weeks later I am still waiting for my refund!

I’ve been in once and will avoid this location from now on. I went in for my wax and my waxer didn’t even try to wax me and just told me my hair was too short. My hair was definitely not too short because I stopped by the Mountain View EWC later that day and they were able to wax me just fine.That wasn’t even the worst part of my visit - my waxer walked me out and acted as if she waxed me and told the front desk to reschedule me. I have an unlimited wax pass, so it’s not a huge deal that they used a pass for my visit, but given that I had NO WAXING done, I don’t feel like they should’ve done so. Then they had the nerve to ask me to tip my waxer, which I did not because again, she did absolutely nothing.I don’t feel like they handled this situation very well. I felt that the waxer was lazy and kind of shady for acting as if she had done my service.

Ive been going to this place for about a year, and like it a lot. A preferred time slot is usually more important to me than the person waxing me, but all the girls I had so far were good (some were great, and Ill aim for them in the future;). Professional and as talkative as I am on a particular day. Its much quicker than what Im used to back in Germany, which is also greatly appreciated. Keep it up!

European Wax center (EWC for short) is the only place I go for waxing services for the last 5 years. I visit the Santa Clara center . Their service is excellent. Staff is awesome and the wax specialists are just amazing. Their provide all sorts of waxing services (more info available on their site and also on their mobile app)Reservations can be done in a jiffy with their mobile app which lets u select location, services, time preference, waxer preference everything and would not take more than 5 mins. I just love the convenience of it. They are also very easy with cancellation and re-scheduling. I have had no issues till date with their services. And not to forget their passes that helps save lot of $$. 🤗

Great place! Staff are really nice, professional and friendly. Wax specialist is always work fast and confidently. Theyre trying to do to everything for your comfort. When my waxer says youre all set, I always ask Already?. The result is amazing.

Love this place. Easy to schedule an early morning appointment on the weekend, and Im in and out in less than 30 minutes.

It was my first time going in today and they were able to squeeze me in before work luckily. The ladies there were super sweet and professional and this is the best place I have ever gone to get waxed so I will definitely be coming back.

I have been going to EWC since 2013. Todays experience at the Santa Clara location was so horrible and disrespectful you cant imagine.I made a reservation for 4 pm online and received 2 email confirmations with my requested services listed.I arrived early checked in 20 minutes before my reservation. I waited until 4:10 pm, and stated I wanted to reschedule my reservation. I was then told someone at that location had cancelled my reservation.They could not tell me why or who cancelled it. The gals behind the desk were not helpful did not wear name tags. They seemed to be annoyed with me for being upset after waiting for 30 minutes for my reservation.Think twice before going to this location.I would give the Santa Clara location a -10 on the star rating if I could.

First timer for anything wax...Very welcoming reception, quick customer setup and free first service from a very friendly waxer.Ill be back!

Even though I live in San Jose, I still make the trek here to see Ali - she is a goddess of waxing. Ive strayed before thinking I could find someone better but I was so, so wrong. If you need someone to wax your eyebrows or anything else, I cannot recommend Ali enough.

I just entered the house from this waxing place with such a disappointment....Horrible service..... worst front desk service.... horrible service person.... total money waste... and they dint have time for the service allocated to me.... And as a first time customer I think a good place will permit 3 minutes late.... Never ever ever go to this place even if you get 50% off coupons.... It is all about the customer service and value for the money.... go for a better place even if it is a little pricey..... Hate hate hate this place! Stay away from this place, if you care for your time and if you have quality for life.And to add to it.... They requested Yelp to remove my review.... Super friendly and professional. I like how they are in many locations.

This was my second time to this location and it was NOT the best at all. My first time I could get any service done for personal reasons, so then today I decided to rebook my appointment and was running a bit late. The appointment I had was at 5:15 pm got there at 5:20pm and the girl in front desk told me I can’t get my service done because I was late. But Then I told her it’s only been five minutes, so she said “ ok we can get your Information at the end so you can get your service.”So I waited and another girl walked out the waxing room and looked at the computer and said “oh am sorry we Cannot take you today would you like to rebook?” So i said no I was very upset because I waited 10 more minutes for then to tell me that, they can’t take me anymore..? I don’t know any of their names they weren’t wearing name tags or anything so definitely not going back to that location.I ended up going to another one a little further but totally worth it, and the girls there were wearing name tags and being really helpful. She also told me that they can cancel after 9 minutes late not 5 any who, I feel that customers should always have a little more preference because we are the people that are keeping the business open, not because you just don’t feel like taking a client because they’re 5 min. Late.

I only see one individual. They scheduled me for the wrong person without my knowledge when I rescheduled with my waxed was present after we completed that session. They did nothing to rectify or compensate me for the error on their part, nor did they take responsibility for their mistake or actions. Do not go there and buy packages. The front desk is incompetent since they changed staff. So my regular waxer will take me for one session, thankfully as she is awesome, but the girl at front desk told the other to shut down so they wont have to take me. The front desk did this without my regular waxers knowledge. The front desk s girls name is Kenzie. Her attitude is atrocious and her customer experience is below par. A request to management, please change the front desk staff.

Very pleasant store and efficient to get in and out of with appointments.

Most of time it is great. Last time i went the front desk person was way better then the person they had 3 years ago, but she might have just been new and messy.

I went there once and they completely messed up the shape of the eyebrow I wanted. I tried to call them to go again (closest eye brow place to me) and I was on hold for 15 minutes... It was a Thursday :/
