This walgreens has worst pharmacy staff ever. Dont ever visit for any pharmacy tasks. Had a bad experience with medication pickup so switched to different pharmacy. Visited here for COVID vaccine as it stated walk-in, called to store for confirmation before visiting but the staff at pharmacy denied vaccination and asked to visit next day despite no pre-booked appointments at time of my visit.Visited again next day staff again denied vaccination stating no walk-ins after 6:00 PM, appointments only.Happened with my spouse too after she missed booked appointment went to store after confirmation with staff if she can walk-in and they said she can walk-in. As online booking keep showing old confirmation which she missed it but staff denied to vaccinate asking to visit next day.Staff is very rude and unprofessional.

If ordering photos from google photos DO NOT use this place as a Pick-up location. There is absolutely no system in place between google photos and Wlagreens and your order will not be there for pick-up even though they send you an email stating otherwise. The person in the photo department was very rude and unprofessional.

Bad service, made an appointment for flu shot at 2:00 pm. Waiting for two hours. The front desk has no patience to help you check in.

They don’t match online walgreen price. You’ll have to place an order and come back the next day.

Chronically understaffed. Heard the pharmacy asking the manager for assistance multiple times over the PA. You can always hear the automatic paging system asking for assistance in various departments, and nobody answers. This happened on multiple occasions.

Very crowded, no organization in waiting to get vaccine.

The worst Walgreens ever. Usually FedEx and photo department allow printing. I waited about 10 minutes while nobody was at the photo department. When employee came, she told me, they cant print documents, only pictures. I spent 20 minutes converting document to an image. Then we found that their computers for printing dont take the image. Employee lied that something is with the cable of my phone. I proved her, my cable is ok. She turned around and went to another client. I asked for a manager and she told manager is not there. The worst Walgreens ever.

Clean, well lit store with competent staff; nice folks. There is usually a line, even in the evenings but the cashiers are good and they get you through quickly. Unfortunately, the mini mall the store is in looks seedy and seems like it could be unsafe at night. The entry way outside of the store is right next to an always-overflowing trash bin set by beside a dirty wall. Would be nicer if they could empty the trash more often and clean the walls more frequently.

Nice store with good varieties. I went for photo shooting and printing. Kumar was very fast, efficient and helped me.

Walgreens ads brag about how they take such good care of their customers, but the truth is just the opposite. I used to have my prescriptions with Walgreens, but the service was so bad that I changed my insurance policy to one that has CVS as a preferred provider. The pharmacy window is frequently closed, in violation of their posted hours. And when its open, there is always a LONG line. There is never more than one employee waiting on customers - the others just ignore the customers. Today I went to buy Sudafed. I was there at 1:45 in the afternoon and the pharmacy was CLOSED so they wouldnt let me buy the Sudafed. Another wasted trip.

I had a hard time getting my prescription. Had to wait several minutes to just to know there was a co pay for the medicine. Other than that bad experience, it is pretty good place. Accessible as it is very near El camino. 👍

A very arrogant man behind the photo desk who did not have patience to take our little sons passport photo. This is early in the day when there we no other customers waiting in line. Will not recommend this place for photos with young kids.If possible would give them NO stars.

I have a fairly long list of health problems for someone of my age, and am on multiple prescriptions for each issue. I fill almost all of my medications at this pharmacy, as it is very close to my apartment, save for any controlled substances simply due to Walgreens policy regarding them (long story short: FDA made it hard for them to fill schedule II medications, which makes it harder for Walgreens to get them to us).My PCP and my neurologist are the worst about approving refill requests. I always submit 7-10 days in advance or use auto refill, but I still run into trouble a couple times a year. Whenever that has happened, this pharmacy has been SO GOOD to me. Two of my medications have terrible withdrawl symptoms, and when I run out of one of those the staff will move heaven and earth to make sure I dont go into withdrawals. Ji-Hyeun and Harpreet are fantastic human beings and so are their staff. So yes, the line for the pharmacy is always a bit longer than other places (though having waited in it as often as I have, the holdup is usually the patient either asking a really dumb question or trying to refill a prescription way too early and not understanding why they cant do that), but I will continue to frequent this Walgreens because at the end of that wait is someone who genuinely cares about my health and well being. In this age of electronic, faceless communication, that is so hard to find and absolutely worth minor inconveniences to keep.

I agree with some of the reviews here regarding the horrible customer service from the pharmacy dept. For me, this would be Cecilia. Not only is she consistently rude to her customers, she gives inaccurate information regarding refills every single time.

This pharmacy is awful. They always fail to fill the prescription, they close during weird hours, the lines always take forever because they dont have enough people on staff or the people take forever processing the requests. Its awful.
