Looking for little high price high end chocolates for gifting to corporates, wasn’t able to find them at other retailers. Found everything what I was looking, nice delicious one packet perfectly. This was something which was expected from this place, however where they exceeded the expectations was: they have an awesome employee named Beatrice she went out of her way to help me carry those big boxes all the way to parking lot and not under obligation, she wanted to help me out kudos!

There was a large line outside. We waited 30 minutes to get into the store only to find out that their soft serve machine doesn’t work. The least they could’ve done was place a sign outside.

Great candy, but I wish they would have more sales happening. I have a rewards membership and they give $10 coupon on your birthday. The staff is nice and always asking for improvement.

This place is definitely pricey (3 chocolate boxes and a bag of macaroons for $100) but SO delicious. My boyfriend knows it as my all time favorite chocolate shop, so I get Godiva gift boxes for all major occasions and it doesnt even compare to any other brand!

This is the real Godiva, and there is a big difference in quality compared to the substandard product at Costco and Target during the Christmas season.But it is more expensive of course.If you buy it as a present, make sure you get the Godiva carry bag for that extra touch.They have a good selection but are missing some of the items on their website so check before you make the trip.

The best chocolate strawberries in San Jose. They have some good soft serve ice cream as well. The chocolate strawberries come in a very decorative cone packaging. They also have a lot of little chocolates like truffles to choose from. The place is rather small but the staff was amazingly friendly. A little expensive but totally worth your penny.

I love chocolate and this one is especially delicious. I prefer richer chocolate but this sweet one was just exceptional. Best sweet chocolate in mall. I had the ice cream and suprisingly the vanilla was also very good. The strawberries are also very good. I recommend the dark chocolate because of the richer flavor.

A soft serve to rule them all!You cant resist the pictures of that amazing soft serve... you just cant! I had the swirl one, dark chocolate and white chocolate vanilla ice cream, in a chocolate and salted nuts cone. It was heavenly! Its what dreams are made of!Super tasty, the right amount of sweetness and the salty on the rim of the cone.You need to try it once or else your life has no meaning!

They have a new concept of soft serve! A bit overpriced at $7 a pop, but it comes with your choice of waffle cone and unlimited toppings (meaning sauces and a godiva square). Fun stopover if youre hanging out at the mall.

Service was very quick, even though there were quite a few customers in the shop.

Their truffles used to be a treat for us but lately, theyve tasted the same as store bought candy. They just have more variety. Thats too much money for just more variety but no quality.

Chocolate is a bit pricey!! - but is very good.What you cant miss: the soft serve and their shakes (THE best)Dont expect much of a service as they are almost always busy in middle of the mall.

I go to this Godivas when I have no idea what Im getting for a visiting family member/friend.The packaging is usually clean and polished, very easy to impress out-of-state family members.Theres usually a pretty good sale the day after Valentines when you can fill a box with whatever you want at a more than reasonable price. The dulce de leche is a safe pick when youre not sure what to get.

The service is great, always full of people. Store is very small, often many guests, some promotional chocolate, choose to find many. Ice cream is also good to eat. Register a free optional monthly chocolate preferable.

I give a star not because of the quality of the product, but because it says that it closes at 6pm due to the covid pandemic and I arrived at 5:36 pm. and they were closing and they did not want to serve me.
