James Shin was our sales person, who I would highly recommend. We visited 4 Porsche dealers, and we chose Stevens Creek, largely in part because of James. Oh yeah, I LOVE my 2021 Cayenne. We have owned MBZ and BMW, and there is nothing like a German designed car. See James if you are looking.

I just purchased a 2017 Porsche 911, and had a very positive experience working with James Shin at Porsche Stevens Creek. James was extremely responsive in helping me find the right car, answering all my questions about on the car I was purchasing and my trade-in. Mariah Baqeezada in financing was also great to work with. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, which is rarely said about the car buying process.

I went to Stevens Creek Porsche wanting to order a 2022 911a couple of weeks ago and when I walked in I was ignored like I wasn’t there. There was a gentleman sitting at his desk but he didn’t seem to wanna make eye Contact.After looking around for 10 minutes on the floor I walked up to the Internet sales manager Dan Waisbein to talk to him but he seem to be preoccupied on the computer and did not want to spend time and talk to me. Basically telling me that they don’t have any and I won’t be able to get one till 2023. After going home and calling around to different Porsche dealers I finally decided after a couple of weeks, to give him another chance and call him up and see if I could order one.This time it’s even worse!! Now he asked me if I have a relationship with Stevens Creek Porsche? I replied, Relationship? Dan says “do you currently on a Porsche? Do you come here for service? Have you bought a Porsche here? I replied no I’m trying to order one. He then says “ We take care of all our clientele first so if I want to 2022 to 911 i’m pretty much out of luck.So what he saying is he doesn’t need any more business? And this is the Internet sales manager!!!!!!!!Don’t worry Dan I ordered my car already with Fremont Porsche. The gentleman there was very nice sat me down figured everything out. What a been nice to do business in my own hometown.

I wanted to build a 2022 $90+K Macan GTS. Contacted Stevens Creek Porsche and got to work with James Shin who is an Internet Sales Manager. It has been a terrible experience.James was rude, unprofessional, and inpatient. Did not like answering questions, but every time asked for $5K deposit without even explaining the cars building process and deposits terms and conditions.Based on my experience with James, I would not recommend Porsche Stevens Creek.They must remember that sellers’ market is not forever.

He was able to match us with a 2021 Porche Macan that we drove off the lot the same day! He has also been very helpful in getting our exterior/interior protection scheduled and very responsive when we’ve called with additional questions. Definitely recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Porche!

Worst experience at a dealership in the Bay Area. Sale representatives are very arrogant and forget they are paid thanks to customers. Nobody says hello when you get in there and you have to literally chase after them... Went there twice and both experiences were awful! The second time was even worse with Tony, who clearly said he was lazy to take the car out of the store for us to try. Nobody who wants a great Porsche experience should ever go there.

The experience was great. Superb service. Facility is far cry from servìce garages of the past. Personnel were all attired in black and gray attire, super sharp looking. I had a great experience except the cost of service was considerably more than I expected to pay.

Purchase a Porsche from 1,600 miles away. Sales went smoothly. Delivery was perfect. I had a couple of minor concerns about the car but they were addressed promptly to my satisfaction. Cant ask for more than that. My salesman Mike LeGear and GM Brook Margraves were the best to deal with.

A very smooth and excellent buying experience. James Shin was extremely patient with us throughout the entire process from 4-8pm and explained everything to us properly. He had asked us all the options we need in our car over text, kept three cars ready for us to see with the closest matching options before we even reached. I went to a few Porsche dealers in the Bay Area looking for a new vehicle. James Shin at Stevens Creek was the only salesperson from Marin to Livermore that I was comfortable with. As a first time Porsche customer, I needed to be educated about the different models, and James went out of his way to answer all of my questions (both in person and by text). I went there to check out an advertised pre-owned Macan, and ended up with a new one that I totally love. I highly recommend James. He is not your typical salesperson. I love taking my car here. They have an office set up where you can get work done while you wait with a view of GT3s or a GT2RS if you are lucky. My last visit was during COVID precautions and everyone was wearing masks and was conscientious about giving space. Great staff, great service.

Worst dealer ever. Damaged my car during service due to complete negligence and they are sending my car to the body shop for 3-4 days. I have no car and the car that I get back will have a paint job. I bought a new car for a reason! Just terrible.

November 24 was the day I got to buy my dream car. I had been looking for a Cayenne GTS for some time and finally I found just the right one. Greg B. and Sergey M. were my certified sales consultants. Greg was so helpful and patient with me. He kept in contact with me over the past few months as I was looking for a Cayenne. Sergey gave me the most memorable test drive as he kept repeating, drive it like a porsche, faster, there you go! He was very patient with me as I asked questions and really made sure I was doing my due diligence.As I was waiting for all the paperwork to get completed, Arsen A., who is the internet sales manager, was walking me around to the 911s and GT3s and letting me sit inside and start them up. I now know what my next car one day will be. Arsen was very funny and extremely knowledgeable as I asked him a lot of questions.My last stop was with Duncan G. He is the finance manager. Generally, great service and knowledge on Porsche. Price may be slightly higher, but you get a free loaner Porsche, which you can test drive.

I’ll be honest, I was scared to go to the Porsche dealer. I expected to find all kinds of new charges that I wasn’t anticipating. Turns out, the cost was less than expected. The treatment was better than expected. If there was an improvement to be made, it would be that I could watch something other than the golf channel on the TV in the waiting room. It is very likely that I will go to this Porsche dealer again if I need dealer services.

I purchased my car in November of 2019. It was an out of state purchase. I came all the way from Alabama to buy this specific car that I had been searching for for months. The dealership failed to give me any of the proper documentation to get the car registered(also insisted that I pay $2700 in California taxes for some reason). As a matter of fact, the only paperwork I left with was a bill of sale. I didnt realize this until I got home to Alabama and tried to get a tag... Also noticed, after pressure washing the car, that it has chips all over it that had been covered up with touch up paint. The car also needed an oil change and tires when I purchased it. Which I thought was ridiculous.... After 2 long months of calling the lienholder constantly I was finally able to secure the proper paperwork (with no help from the dealership). This has been an incredibly disappointing experience with Porsche Stevens Creek. They simply dont know how to sell a car to an out of state customer.

Went in to buy a battery for my 16 911. The new battery I found out later was only 6 volts (and without a red cap) was totally useless. I went to another Porsche dealership much farther and was able to install a new working battery for me immediately today. (I cannot get appointment for next 2 weeks at this dealership for battery replacement.) The dead battery was returned to your dealership parts manager.

I have been going to Ron Sakai at this location for years now.........he just knows how to take care of your car and your needs. Excellent and prompt service.

Happy that they have responded and we are headed the right direction.

I have to say Stevens Creek and especially Troy have been amazing through this issue, I expected to just be ignored but in their defence they have been nothing but professional, friendly and willing to work this out. I will update once this is fully resolved.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I bought a CPO 997.2 GTS from Jamal at this dealership just over a year ago, I paid well over the market value for this car, especially as it came with a two year CPO warranty, so I was told and so I thought... Turns out a year later my two year CPO warranty has expired, and they actually sold me a car with one year remaining on the original CPO warranty. This was never disclosed to me, neither was it documented in any form of paperwork.Had I known this at the time, I would have never bought the car. Shady used car salesman tactics at its finest, avoid Porsche Stevens Creek at all costs.

We just purchased a car from the place a couple of weeks ago. The overall experience was good with a professional sales person. However my one star would like to mark the finance manager named Duncan Gartin in store who transferred our loan to the Porsche financial services instead of the bank we chose in store. We confirmed several times with him either in store or after regarding setting up payments with the bank and he always told us to wait for the mail. The funny part was we did not realize we were cheated until receiving the letter from Porsche finance department to know our loan was actually under Porsche, and the manager failed to give us a reasonable explanation by ignoring my questions over the email/text/phone call. Our trust was absolutely abused as the manager showed us the rate chart titled with the name of bank, asked us to choose the term and rate then transferred our loan to its own service without notifying us at all. Alright, a simple word of miscommunication can be used to fool us, man.Update: we received a phone call from the store manager after posting the review. Per him, it was a manual mistake. Anyway, we have refinanced and those 2 added stars are for the following up call from the store manager for taking prompt action.

The Porsche Stevens Creek Service DPT is not about servicing cars, it’s about taking care of people. I’d say dealer service appointments have in the past ranked just above the dental visit. Ron, Chelsea and team made my first visit in the Porsche family a pleasant and learning experience WRT what it’s like to be supported by a great engineering company. 76% of all Porsche’s still ‘on the road’? That’s crazy and a testament to those who service, own and love these amazing machines. Thanks SC service team!!

I went there for service. But they said all the problems are caused by myself. I need to pay for it even though I have warranty. When I go to Red wood city Porsche, they are very kind and fix all the problems for free, even change a battery for free! I will never go to this store anymore and also not recommend to my friends.

My experience buying a Porsche from this organization was terrible. There were two fundamental shortfalls. One was an error prone process that required numerous and painful corrections that should’ve never happened..... incorrect sales price on the contract and failure to credit the deposit on the contract. It was particularly painful because I was purchasing a vehicle from out of town and contracts had to be FedEx’d, and signed at a scheduled meeting with a notary.The second fundamental shortfall was around integrity. Sales person James Shin did not disclose a number of imperfections/issues on the interior and exterior of the vehicle. Leather seats were stained, the leather in the glove box was cut and I’ve come to discover that the front bumper was over sprayed/painted. The headlight lenses were pitted. These things in and of themselves are not the issue, but failure to tell me about them represents a lapse in professionalism. I would have hoped that a large Porsche dealership like this would have a higher bar. When I brought up these issues after receiving the car, all I was offered was a set of rubber floor mats.Is this the place really where you want to spend your money.

Had a great experience at the dealership. Brought my car for 60K service and asked them to look into my convertible roof retraction mechanism.
