Five stars for AT&T Store Manager Felix Balajadia! My family and I went to AT&T store Santa Clara branch and Felix went beyond to help and assist my family in regards to updating our phones until our phone plan with a very smooth transactions. Every questions/concerns were politely answered. As soon as my family went out from the store we rang the bell as we were satisfied with the customer service given! I would highly recommend y’all to go come to this store as they have a good leader!
I had a really pleasant experience at this store today. The staff is very friendly & the manager who helped me, Felix, was super knowledgeable & answered all of my questions. And a nice plus is that the store is pretty clean. I think it’s great that they’re keeping everything sanitized during this pandemic. Will definitely be coming back.
My family went to this store inorder to upgrade our two phones usually we will go to AT&T Greatmall but unfortunately the good manager was not there anymore so I decided to try in this branch. The one that helped us was the manager named Felix Balajadia, he was super nice, knowledgeable, and he helped us throughout.Hes really an asset to this company & branch.Hope & pray that he will stay longer in this branch so that anytime if I need help I can go back to him. So visit this branch you will not regret it.We ring the bell before we went out sign that were very satisfied with Felix not only Felix all his team as well.
Josh and Felix: Amazing service, I had lost all faith in AT&T, two weeks of striving to get my daughter phone set-up. 12 phone calls with AT&T and no one knowing. Josh so kind and informative, you should have him be a trainer for many. How to treat people, with respect and follow through in resolving all of the issues. DAVID LUCAS IS MY ANGEL!!!! He is the best AT&T person I’ve EVER DEALT WITH. He’s knowledgeable, smart and friendly. Give this man is HUGE raise please. I was on the phone with 3 AT&T service reps, spent over 3 hours trying to get my Apple Watch to get the AT&T cellular. None of them were able to help me. I walk into the AT&T store, David greeted me and fixed my watch in 10 minutes. THANK YOU DAVID!!!
Great customer service! The employees are all hip and modern they had me laughing on the floor. I was a little confused because they kept on saying, “Hey Peter” to one another but no one was named Peter. Anyways i had a great time can’t wait to bring the whole family next time.
Dont go here! To the Santa Clara Store.I was there today to have my new phone set up and transfer . Felix said can not be done and to set up in my car . He said No ..i will not do it.I have been with Att for over 20 + years.He was rude....very rude. He just walk away.

I had a complicated number transfer issue which I could not resolve with customer phone support, but Liz spent so much time patiently and kindly helping me not lose the number and also find the right plan for me. Store at El Camino Real and Kiely in Santa Clara, CA. Midweek at about 3 pm (June 2021). I was served in less than 5 minutes.Josh and trainee Mike were polite, pleasant and professional. The service they provided was exceptional. I was in to purchase an iPhone and an iPad. They processed my trade in iPone. They helped me set up my phone and showed some new/changed features. They helped me get the accessories I needed for the C type connector and the MagSafe charger. They answered every question I had.It was the best experience I’ve had at any AT&T store over the 3 decades I’ve used AT&T and Apple.
Friend had an issue with her phone & they gave her very helpful information by letting her know if she goes to the Apple store she could use her warranty.
Jay and Frankie were Fantastic at helping us switch 4 different carriers into a Family plan. It took 2 hours and they were friendly and cheerful throughout the process. AT&T please recognize these two associates. The plan saved us money and they both worked to find us additional discounts. A+ service.

Today I went in to pay of my phones and upgrade and after the bad experience I had when first signing up with ATT over a year ago I was hesitant about upgrade, but soon as I went in JAY came right up to me and helped me swearing all my question and helped me all the way through. The process was fast and super easy .Jay was knowledgeable and had my whole account fixed and I walked out with new iPhone and watch ..thank you again Jay I’m super happy.
Victor was great. He listened and responded to all of my requests and questions. He processed my upgrade for a new phone and diligently transferred EVERYTHING from my old to new phone. My experience at phone stores has always been a frustrating process. I was pleasantly surprised when coming here to this AT&T location by how friendly and helpful all the staff were. Marnee worked with us specifically and made the whole service transfer process easy and seamless. The whole staff worked well together and were extremely friendly. I received great product recommendations and didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. I would definitely recommend this location for people looking for good service and hospitality.

I was at the store 1 month ago and got my plan transferred over to AT&T from different career. When I received my bill there were errors on my bill when I came back to store an associate whose name was Omar came to help us. I was very disappointed fromThe whole company by how rude he was, he did not help me at all and just gave me the number of the person who opened the account. He had an aggressive attitude when I tried to explain the problem and ask for help. He didn’t absolutely offer any help and he just walked away on us and made phone calls when we were waiting for help. And at the end of my visit when I was leaving the store we thanked him he did not even look at us or respond. Thankfully the manager Tim which was a great guy and handled the situation very well, he listened to us and fixed the problem as far as he could.
Desiree was AMAZING! My phone stopped working right before I traveled and I needed a new one. Not only was she able to get me set up within an hour, I got a pretty good deal and she got me some amazing accessories. I’m so grateful to her and all her help and I’ll for sure come back!

Store employees -- my guess is will get arrested some day for committing crimes against AT and T and AT and T customers. My proof is in the hands of the Burlingame, CA police department under thier assigned Burlingame, CA police department number for thier review of AT and T using me as a set up for wire fraud and credit card fraud and whatever other State and federal crimes as may be determined by this Police department to investigate. I dont believe these acts qualify to be exceptional customer service or exceptional service .
I have been coming here for the last 8 plus years. These guys have always been awesome and still are. Great safety protocols and you feel safe shopping here given the restrictions these days! Great service to boot! Keep up the good work!

Worst customer service ever!The manager was on the phone gossiping from the time I went to store, After 5 -10 min, she took my name while she was on the call and informed me that someone will help. After another 10 min a guy came to talk to me and he started interrogating me like he owns our account. He had no intention to help whatsoever!Update after the owners response to my review.My concern was not the wait. It was the customer service and how your employee was talking to me in a rude way! I went to a different AT&T store and got my issue resolved in a matter of minutes where your employee was not even willing to help.Seeing the owners unapologetic response to my review, its evident on how this store owner and employees treat their customers. The irony is, the guy dont even refill their hand sanitizer stations is telling me how to book an online appointment 😂 refill your hand sanitizer stations first!
Great customer service.Each time I went there the staff have been very helpful. Once it was to change shared plans into individual ones, the person in charge was very patient and thorough, as it was not the easiest task. Another time it was to change a SIM card with a new phone, the process has been flawless.I went there just recently following a significant error of estimation in an email Ive received after adding by phone a small option to my mobile plan, Nwaka has been quick and efficient to explain and resolve the issue. Thanks!Recommend.

My wife set up and managed the account under my name. I cannot excise her without paying more than $1,000 in penalties and other charges. The billing went to her at another address. I have never seen it. You cannot provide me with the billing, yet tell me I am responsible for it, including all late charges. No attempt to work with me. Representatives have no power to do anything, make decisions, nor escalate. AT&T has rightly earned the Far worse than Comcast award. Ill do whatever I can to spread the word that AT&T is simply ☹️☹️☹️ pathetic!!!(Note I had to select an undeserved 1 out of 5 stars to post.)

I bought an iphone cable in a sealed box. When I got home, I opened the box. Unfortunately, the box was empty! I knew I couldn’t prove this, soi let it slide. Don’t want to give 1 star. Maybe some kind of anomoly?

Brandon helped us as soon as we walked in. We had problems logging to our hot-spot. He was able to fix my phone right away. But he was having problems with my wifes iphone 11, he called AT&T customer service and they were able to connect her phone. Brandon also showed us how to log into HBO max on the tv and our phones. He was very patient with us. Brandon was also very respectful when he spoke to us! Store itself was very clean, and we could see other employees constantly cleaning area where other customers had been. We could see hand sanitizers was readily available wherever we went in the store. We will definitely be coming back to this store with any or our AT&T needs, even though it is not the closest store to where we live.
I want to thank Brandon & Josh who both went above and beyond their call of duty to help me with device set up, written instructions. Their knowledge, professionalism and expertise ate good examples of doing the right thing to bring me back to your AT&T store.

Can make their customer service better. I was at the store just to check out the new phone and the phones security alarm went off. None of the store employees cared to come stop the loud alarm.Had questions about my online purchase and a employee didnt care about my request and wanted me to call customer support.

Great atmosphere as soon as you walk in, and very helpful staff. I really needed that extra support while making the transition from an iPhone 5 to the latest model, and Monique was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. I got all my questions answered and left very pleased with the customer service received.

Went to Att store to see about getting my new trail camera a sims card. Was not looking forward to it but was pleasantly surprised. It was Brandons first day working at the El Cmino location he was a manager at the Blossom Hill location before. He was very helpful with the camera. Neither one of us were familiar with how to activate the service to the camera. Brandon went out of his way to research and figure it out and get me taken care of. One of the best experiences I have had at an ATT store!

The good: Well staffed, spacious, places for the kids to sit. Greeted immediately on arrival. You can see your name on the wait board. This is a company-owned store.The bad: Some of the staff are not entirely competent. You get the staff member that becomes available when you are on the wait board. Wait times can be quite long despite the large staff. Each time weve been in the store it has been exceedingly hot (in January!). There is less tech on display than we expected and it became an argument when they had a defective phone on display and suggested we buy one anyway, without even trying a display model. Information brochures are not readily available. Our account was set up wrong and they kept us waiting a long time and still messed it up. Trading in 3 old phones for $21 in credit took nearly a full hour. They dont answer their phone most of the time, and though they take a message if they answer they never returned our call.
Staff was great and not too pushy with offers. Only complaint would be with AT&T policy, not the store’s fault.
This AT&T store in Mariposa shopping center I found a very nice gentleman who help me with my phone. I was very impressed and I wanted to write a letter of satisfaction. Thank you for being courteous and for listening to this senior citizen who doesnt understand everything about phones and computers. Were old schoolers and we need alot of patience.

Usually this stores been pretty good. Unfortunately, my wife took her new phone in to correct an email issue and was told it was tood slow, take it back and get another one, Im training a new person and too busy to help. Geeze, the phone has a new op sys, is only 4 days old, and she gets talked down to? I called ATT and asked them to have someone call the store manager. Not a happy camper, theyve been better.

I was told by 2 associates if I had any questions I could call or text them. I get it their busy but if you can’t text back don’t suggest that as an option. I’m going on 7 hours for one reply.I will however say my service I received while in the store was fantastic! Let’s work on that texting option or just don’t suggest it
