Friendly staff and they only allow 3-5 people in store at a time because of Covid. Make sure to use the hand sanitizer once you enter the store.

This is a nice gamestop. The staff is super friendly and they gave me great advice and a coupon when I went in there. My kids walked around and looked at the systems. Will definitely be back once I decide on which game system to buy.

This is game stop store like we all know it. Video game, accessories, and the like for sale. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is its current store location prior to its old spot(about 50ft away). You can kind of miss it if you dont like for it. The old place was very visible and bigger.

This location is beyond GREAT!! All the staff is very helpful and the store manager is what a manager should be. Hands down, the BEST Gamestop in the Bay Area!!! P.s. its super clean and organize

The reason why I give three stars is because the employees are actually pretty friendly. However the manager(I wont say the name), is very pretentious and condescending when he speaks to customers and other employees. He wont let them do their job and talks over them. He also is very rude when they try to help him out or another customer constantly interrupts.

The male cashier/manager is the very definition of neckbeard living in his moms basement.He is quite rude, unfriendly, and condescending when talking about video games. I think he was trying to impress a new hire or something, he was (attempting) to flirt with her the whole time.The store was fine, but the manager wasnt, and by the looks of it, Im not the first to experience this neckbeard.

So many games to choose from, the staff helped me find a charger for my PS4. they did not have it in stock but found a near by store that had one. saved us a lot of time . supper cool staff.

This place has grown on me. I casually visit this place during my lunch and it has become by favorite GameStop in all the bay area. Its always stocked with the latest and can help with pre orders. Service is friendly and great as well.

I went in to return/exchange a system I bought in another store. Not only the low life living in his mamas basement associate try to treat me like a scammer/crook, he then asked me to take it back to the original store I bought it from after he opened my sealed console for inspection. Horrible way to treat your paying customer.

Super friendly staff and well organized store for electronic accessories. Conveniently located in the plaza. Parking is decent.

A good stop for gaming stuff but mostly items (clothing articles etc) on sale that you look up online arent available at this branch; on the plus side- very polite and helping staff.

While not the biggest GameStop, the employees here are very friendly and will be more than willing to help you find what you need. I always have a good experience when I come here to browse.

I still like being able to trade in games and buy used ones. Otherwise I would just get digital copies and avoid the constant upsell.

Nice place to go. I used to work here and it was an interesting experience. As jist a shopper now, it is much more fun and I enjoy looking around at the different video games and swag. :> Always a pleasure to swing on by! Also, right next to a safeway so it is easy to run and use the restroom or even get food for your tummy.

Well this was pleasant, the cashier overhere MAT or Mathew, whatever he prefers, had this rude attitude while checking out, not much of a speaker, but he sure makes you feel like a nobody. You can call this location a prestige store but these employees are clearly not prestige.

Staff dont have any background of different games to help you get a game you like. If you cant give them a exact name of the game they are unable to assist you.

Ask one of the employee if I could purchase the warranty later and he said yes, make sure to do it within seven days of purchase. Came back and supposedly get the warranty but the manager told me warranty can only be purchased the moment you bought the console. Its freakin disappointing now Im with the used console without a warranty, hope this will last long.
