Great deals and merch. I took my niece and daughter here and they manage to find some gems in this store.What I liked about this particular shop is, we were greeted by genuine employees. It wasnt a fake greet but someone who really takes the initiative to acknowledge incoming patrons.Store was clean, organize and stocked. The displays were nice. Shop is really spacious I have to say and has some extra room towards the back area of the store. It was nice and roomy in between isles which is so important because some shops try and stuff everything in that it becomes a blur but they did a great job on the lay out here. Merchandise is off the chain 😎 here and they also have a rewards program so dont forget to sign up if you did, plug in your number, you may have some rewards. My kid who is 13 years old looked pretty cool in her outfit the next day, wish I snap a pic but I didnt. 💋.

They have great deals lately! Loved my Handmaids tales costume ♥️ and it was less than $10.

I hated it but I do like rock. Seen the nice Halloween sweats they had that was totally alright.

I know I know, if youve seen one, youve seen them all. But this place had its uniqueness, come check them out. Had a bunch of deals and merch for things I like. Never disappointed when I come here, definitely coming back!

Store is crammed with stuff - my kid loves this place. Weird experience when paying, first we were pressured to buy an additional item for a discount then over emphasis on a coin shortage and donating your change instead of getting your change. Sometimes its not what you say but how you say it.

Do NOT recommend!!! They over charged me. The person said the jeans were supposed to be $12 and girl lied to me and charge me the regular price and charge me a extra item. They were rude and ended up ripping me off!!!

I live in Indonesia, last june/july i went to US. Here they had a unbelievable selection of funko pops. All the pops were very affordable as well! Will definitely go back here! I was fortunate enough to complete my funko collection.

Best store in Westfield Valley Fair in San José, California! If you go to this mall, I recommend you visit this store! They make sure they follow guidelines with the virus spreading. They have a limited capacity of customers in their store and has everyone making sure to stay six feet apart.

This Hot Topic is true to its franchise by providing as much punk/alternate/fan merchandise as they can fit in the store. Any taste can be met, from pastel goth to death metal. Even some normal wardrobe staples can be found. The staff is always friendly too!

This Hot Topic has a manager that seems a bit clueless. It was disappointing. They have really nice customer service staff, but when I needed more information about a pending order I walked away with zero answers and wondering was that the only person they had to be a manager?

Manager (I think it’s the manager?) seems quite rude. Idk maybe she had a bad day, but she spent the entire time I was there complaining about her job. I needed a bunch of different sizes with t-shirts, but was too afraid to ask cuz she seemed hella on edge. Then I made a mistake and left the stuff I tried on in the fitting room. I don’t try things on often here and thought I was suppose to leave them since they don’t have a place to hang unwanted items. She got mad at me and was like “you’re not suppose to do that and now the door is locked so no one can get it”. I apologized and got the Hell out of there asap. The rest of the staff seemed very nice though. Hopefully, she has a better day next time I come in.

Very cool store, organized, has a lot of merchandise from popular TV shows and movies.

Great hot topic really close to the parking garage.

Super fun store to go with friends or just check out.
