Very good customer service this time. The guy searched and searched for the right size, although he didnt find it. He was willing to help and take extra time to go out of his way.

Worst customer service “ J money “ is rude! Too busy gossiping about another customer rather then helping customers get what they need! Inappropriate language very disappointing. I received an email that my order was ready to pickup. When I entered the mall, the store was CLOSED, even thought I was there before the store closure. The doors were locked, nobody was inside, and the lights were off. I called the store number about 5 times and nobody answered. I’m very disappointed with the store for unexpected closure.

Hello I live in the bay area and have been doing your raffles for a while now never won but always entered to win. As you should know your releases do not come to every store but as a VIP member we are still given option to choose store which u want to participate in drawing and if u want a headstart you are able to enter any Champs for headstart code. Well today at 235pm on November 7 I entered store #15055 district mallb Westfield valley Fair Danny refused to give me the code for the blue the great fearless Jordan 1 mids because he says his store wasnt getting them. As a customer and VIP member I think this is not right I already had to drive 7 hrs to LA in case I won and to not even be given a chance at ahead start. As a manager you should want to drive sales not only for your store but your company as well. I expect some type of compensation wether it be my headstart or something else in the future.

You are not supposed to walk around the shop with the shoes on you are interested in - sorry that doesnt work. I recommend to go to any other shoe shop really

I visited this store today. While I was looking through the tea shirts, an employee named Owan started fixing the shelf. I told him, Let me finish looking through then you can fix it. He showed an attitude, walked away rudely by murmuring something, and didnt know at all how to treat the customers. I talked to the manager, I hope he talks to him.

Was suppose to ship me triple black eqts but sent me regular eqts I bet one of the shady employees took it for him/herself... Bad look for the company and management.
