We came in here about a week and a 1/2 ago looking at new watches . We came across a gentleman named Khoa... He was very professional and attentive.. He assisted in Showing us probably 8 to 10 ladies watches to start off with. Once one was picked for her i guess it was time to find one for myself. I was back-and-forth between a few options yet Khoa was still just as friendly and accommodating as he was 20 minutes before we got to Picking a watch for myself. I walked out of that place smiling big, rocking a new watch and feeling good about my experience. We really do appreciate your help and we look forward to seeing you there again Khoa

Worst return experience ever. I came to store to return the item purchased online. There was only one customer ahead of me. They took almost an hour to handle that customer and hence I was forced to wait an hour on line. To be surprised there was 5+ associate in the store and almost most of them are free but there is only one return counter. So even others associate are free no one came to expedite the returns.

Dang Khoa was so wonderful! He is very knowledgeable and has great fashion sense. He has a great personality as well. Thank you for assisting us with our purchases today

While I love the products, they make it very hard to return. They said I cannot return in outlet mall. When I went to regular store, they said if I paid by PayPal I have to use the label and return by post. Please read the instructions with attention and save trouble

I went to this store around first week of October with my mother-in-law. She likes hand bangs and she wanted to checkout the design in this store. We shopped at Macys before going to this store. So I was carrying Macys bag. We were checking the designs and all of a sudden one sales girl (Chinese) came towards us and started talking about what we shopped etc and she literally peeped into my shopping bag. We were humiliated by her behavior. Did she check my bag thinking we stole something? I couldnt get out of that for full day. I earn a lot, I dont need to shop lift anything. I hope someone from that store reads this and takes an action against her.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I went into the store with a brand new item, tags attached, and a gift recipt. I wanted to get a store credit so I could shop for something at a different time but was refused. The sales person told me I could only even exchange the item and refused to give me a giftcard. I dont like any if the current styles, why should I be forced into getting something I do not want? Their return policy even states that they will issue a store credit even without a recipt. I am frankly very upset with the service and policy of this store

The store and ladies where nice although no one helped me out but when I went to pay the cashier was some guy who looked gay with black hair (not against gay or lesbian people just the most accurate way to describe him) started giving me bad looks and being really rude. Definitely not going back to that MK store I rather drive down to Milpitas MK or somewhere else.

Very rude staff. Keeps stalling when an item needs to be returned. Spent an hour to return an item that only takes a slide with my card and entering the pin. The manager or whoever that girl was took my card inside claiming that she needs to do it first from the inside to be able to return the item. They wasted my time!I would not recommend going to this store even if it was the last MK store on earth.

Worst store Ever.The STAFF was Rude.Shopped in Vegas,New York,PA,Washington,Baltimore.All the stores had Great Costumer Friendly Staffed and Loved the Collection in all.But unfortunately I bought A Michael Kors Camille MK5720 watch for my wife.It costed me 590USD As it was the costliest watch in the store.The watch was completely covered in Swarovski Crystals, after reaching home I noticed that few Crystals were MISALINGED,Went to the store next day but got the worst response ever, they would just not return back the money and showed me other Pieces which had some or the other defect in Crystals and said that its a common thing because it was Hand made.They just refused to give me my money back or Choose another option from their store itself.Worst experience with completely unprofessional Manager Lady and the sales Guy.Thumbs Down to The Staff In that perticular Store.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Dont like this location at all. Very small (limited items) and staff seems average at best. It cannot compete with other luxury brands that its next to as its an aspirational brand.
