Love clothes, but a bit pricey. Love how there are many brands. Small store, so you most likely would have to wait outside for a few minutes. I saw many people complain about customer service, but there wasn’t any problem for me.

The customer service here really is a hit or miss which sucks. Sometimes the workers glare at you, but other times they are very helpful.

Was there with my daughter and the employees were very rude and unfriendly. I tried looking for a different Pacsun location but they all had bad reviews saying that there was terrible customer service. It seems like this is a trend with rude teenage employees. Avoid company and business.

Great customer service and pretty decesent selection

Poor customer service. Their system does not work for returns neither they care for their customers. They don’t accept the online return under the excuse of their system not working.Manager does not have time for customers. she is rude and does even make a attempt to solve the problem. Also she thinks she owns the store:(Avoid this store and company.

They were closed at 6pm, even though supposedly their hours are until 7pm.

They don’t follow the maximum capacity that they post on the door. Tried to go there 3 times after the holidays but they don’t go by the mall hour. The employees could care less when there’s a customer waiting outside the door, they are too busy looking at their phones.

This store is awesome. They carry the latest and greatest. Excellent and friendly service.

Kinda crowded but the clothes are nice and trendy.
